Introductory Deep Discount Price $119 for 30 (up to 33) minutes.
If you are my subscriber, go through CONTACT, or EMAIL ME DIRECTLY (if you have my email), for the earliest dates available.
I am usually able to squeeze a short consultation into an earlier date than most long consultations. Grab the date quickly, as they go fast.

Prepaid, as always: invoice will be sent and payment expected immediately upon scheduling, in order for the appointment to be reserved and for the consultation to proceed.
For your session, please make sure you have:
- a clear and concise list of questions and explanations of your situation
- a good idea of what you want to get out of this focused session
- if relevant, submit images and/or links 30 minutes before the session
As always, I will be leading the discussion, you follow my lead. I'll ask you any questions necessary for clarification.

PREPARATION & RULES
1. You'll be sent a unique to you private virtual consultation link, which you need to open a couple of minutes before the session, and wait to be admitted. No special app or anything else necessary.
2. Make sure your computer or mobile device video and audio, and the microphone, are working properly, and that internet connection is in order.
3. Your computer or mobile device should be on a table/desk height, stationary and secure, with you seated at said desk/table (no low tables, no laps, no holding it in hand, or moving around).
4. The room lighting should be adequate, not too bright and not too dim. Nothing else is required.
5. If necessary, submit some images and/or links about 30 minutes BEFORE your session, such as: images and links to the properties you consider buying or selling; pictures of you or other people, if appropriate; links/images of a place you are moving to, etc.
6. **NOTE! To preserve others' privacy, you should not discuss other people without their permission, unless:
- they are your family and you are speaking on their behalf
- you are inquiring about your relationship, either personal or work
- you are trying to make a life, career or business decision connected to another person
This type of consultation works best:
- as a follow up to an earlier full consultation
- if you've been my client or student, have something urgent to discuss and know exactly what you want to achieve
- if you are well familiar with my work and have a limited and targeted issue to resolve
