Definitions
Quantum Scale is a relative (comparative) numeric scale. This clearly laid out scale makes it easy to see where each action, event, person, or object falls relative to other events, persons and objects, therefore, allowing us to interpret and understand deeper the underlying motivations and consequences of each occurrence.
Calibrations serve as quantum multi-dimensional tool for getting to the very core of the issue and for extracting the real truth.
Quantum Calibration values are numeric, using numbers from 0 to 1000 for the 3D human world. Numbers well beyond 1000 are applicable for cosmic calibrations beyond human world. The language and logic of math contains the all-encompassing cosmic truths. Therefore, it's natural and logical to use it.
If we calibrate a person, note that personal calibrations can change depending on what is happening with one's life at any given moment. If calibrating a country, our planet or any other subject or object - these can also change depending on the evolution of such subject or object.
LEGEND
For all my webinars, books, blogs, ideas, theories, etc., which I plan to calibrate for you going forward, I will include the following 4 values, which will provide additional dimensions and foster a deeper understanding:
QC - cosmic energy quantum calibration
CHI - earthly manifestation
HC QC - heart chakra calibration
TLT - the level of truth (this new calibration is paramount for any written or spoken info and teachings!)
The Level of Truth: Using the usual 1000-point Quantum Calibration scale, we determine the level of truth in any written or spoken material, statement, person, intention, creation, man-made or natural structure or matrix, object or subject.

WHAT IS INTRINSIC CALIBRATION:
There is something I call intrinsic calibration – that's the calibration you have incarnated into and are meant optimally to possess in this lifetime, when you live your life according to your life path and destiny.
Said another way, it is your intrinsic universal energy level, or frequency at which your pulse or vibrate.
Calibration signifies the level of the innate divine energy (divine frequency) of your spirit.
Chi level signifies the earthly manifestation of your soul, and the energy level (vibrational level) at which it is able to function here on Earth.
It works similarly with any other event, action, subject or object we may be calibrating.
Calibration signifies the numeric universal consciousness level available to the target action, event, object or subject. In other words, this is the divine consciousness level at which the target vibrates.
Chi level signifies the level of earthly energy available to the object of inquiry.
Angle of view: Consequently, in my system Calibration signifies the divine, cosmic energy level, or vibrational level, while Chi level signifies the Earthly Chi (energy). Because divine energy and Earthly Chi level may be quite divergent, calibrating both adds a huge new dimension to our calibration scale, making it a truly all-encompassing tool. Calibrating both really helps to get to the bottom of things, allowing us to formulate the most accurate answer, decision or diagnosis.
It is akin to a variety of tests for a patient, instead of doing just one test. One single test, no matter how good, may overlook certain very important details, thus preventing from forming a full picture of one's true condition. It is the battery of tests that usully provides a whole picture. Same is true for any event or situation in life. True analysis is a multifaceted analysis that takes into account various angles of the situation.
Therefore, calibrating both the cosmic vibration and Chi level can be equated to looking at the object of inquiry from different angles. What may not be visible fom one angle, will become apparent from the correctly chosen alternative angle.
What is Chi Kinesiology: Kinesiology is the muscle testing technique, used extensively in holistic medicine to determine a yes or no answer, as well as for the traditional Hawkins calibrations. Chi Kinesiology goes much further to calibrate the divine energy level, Earthly Chi level, as well as many other types of energy values. Chi Kineiology calibrations are based on my re-worked and expanded Quantum Scale.
Muscle test can be done using: two fingers, one finger, fist, or - the most accurate and most traditional - arm test.
Some of the other Chi Kinesiology calibrations I use: Energy Pollution (EP) and Anger Pollution (AP). I can calibrate empath level, IQ, soul level and many other things.
Soul Level calibration: a very useful and important calibration in certain cases. I use it extensively to provide an extra dimension (angle of view) to some of my calibrations. The majority of people and objects on our planet will calibrate at soul levels 1 (the lowest), 2 (the majority), 3 (spiritual seeker level), 4 (best adjusted, highly functional level). The rest is very rare: 5 (awakened spiritual level) - there are more and more people and objects showing up in this level; 6 (mastery and magic) - very rare, 7-8 (levels of light) - extremely rare. Levels above 8 are almost impossible to find among humans and they only happen among exceptionally powerful spiritual objects and vibrations on Earth.
Just like Calibrations and Chi Levels, Soul Levels can change throughout one's life, depending on whether one is growing in consciousness, or the other way around - plunging lower in self-awareness.
Asking the right question: this is paramount for obtaining an accurate calibration value.
How I calibrate: I either say aloud, picture in my mind, or type out a question or statement. Alternatively, the target object or subject can be pictured. Once this is done, I calibrate the issue at hand live, then write down or say the numeric value of the answer received. After that, I interpret the result, using both science and intuition. The intuition includes claircognizance and clairvoyance/audience. My empath powers get used extensively as well.
I don’t ‘think’ about it. This isn’t about random thinking. I focus and produce the result. Some call it channeling. This is the function of the organized and focused cosmic mind, not the ever-doubtful human mind.
Q&A
1. Question from a fan: Do I do pendulum divinations as well, and if so, do I find those accurate enough? Do I consider calibration a divination technique?
I do pendulum sometimes, but I don't find it as precise or reliable as calibration. Calibrations minimize human error, in my view. But everyone chooses what feels best for them individually.
Calibration is and isn't divination. Being a blend of New Science, New Thought and intuitive divination, calibrations go well beyond the traditional divination techniques, making it a versatile quantum tool, fit for the new millennium and Aquarian Age. This isn't to diminish the traditional, proven divination techniques. They are very useful and fascinating in their own way, including Tarot, pendulum, runes, tea leaves and others. I also want to single out I Ching. Another great technique is to use the divining rods.
However, I do find calibrations to be more all-encompassing, a great deal more scientific and precise.
2. Since words have meaning and carry specific energy, how do I choose terms and how do I define what I am calibrating? This is a question in response to my article: Quantum Calibrations of Major Events: Iran Deal, SCO/BRICS Summit, Russian Sanctions, Ukraine, Armenia and Greece.
I choose the terms and formulate questions with a lot of CARE and precision. Every time I do, I qualify what exactly I am calibrating. Because Quantum Calibrations 'feel the energy vibration' based on part language, part image and part math, defining exactly the question you are asking is very important. Every time I focus on an object of inquiry, I make sure I have defined what it is: are we calibrating the outcome of a situation, the value of something to a client, a person's energy, the truth of a statement, a government position, the people's voice, etc. It works the exact same way with personal, global and cosmic issues. It doesn't matter how small or big the issue is - zeroing in on the right question is always the key.
I work with my focused, tuned into the universal truth, cosmic mind; not with the ever-doubtful human mind.
Incidentally, the above question was asked with the ever-doubting human mind. Notice the difference?

This seems like going beyond the above topic, but to me the issue of the truth – pravda in Russian – is intrinsically connected with Muhammad Ali, the man who once uttered: we, humans, are tenants here on Earth, and we’ve got to pay our rent. The truth of this seemingly simple statement is very profound. It’s sad that so many humans do not understand this simple truth and still attempt to get something for nothing. In the end, there is always a price to pay – call it karma, the law of consequences, or luck (good or bad).

To help you orient yourselves better in all the above, let me use this opportunity to give you some quantum calibration examples.
Let’s recall something important about QUANTUM CALIBRATIONS SCALE: the higher the calibration(unseen spiritual energy vibration), the more truth (the telling Russian word is PRAVDA) there is in a person, statement, action, etc. Consequently, the lower the calibration/energy vibration the more falsehood you will encounter in a person, action, statement, country, book, article, etc. It’s also very useful to calibrate separate chakras as each is responsible for certain segments and directions of our life here on Earth. One of the most important is the heart chakra as its vibration will resonate on the level corresponding with how ‘GOOD’ and ‘TRUE’ – or not – the object or subject really is.
Russian word for truth is ‘pravda.’ The etymology of this word is truly striking. Here is how it was formed (some vowels in the process of historic usage became eliminated for shortness, which is typical of Slavic languages:
pravda = po (in accordance with; in harmony with) – ra (light; male god) – vo (or va – female fertility goddess; Mother Earth) – da (yes; I affirm). In other words, the true ancient meaning of this word is:
PRAVDA = ‘I affirm that I live in harmony with divine light and Mother Earth’s wisdom’
(One day I’ll tell you what the English word ‘truth’ really means & I promise you’re gonna flip!)
Now let’s calibrate!

Muhammad Ali: C: 280 (neutrality/friendliness); Chi: 585 (joy/high creation); HC: 210 (courage)
Leonid Brezhnev: C: 210 (courage); Chi: 490 (humanity/compassion); HC: 198 (yearning/striving – just under min. positive calibration of 200)
(In my article Goodbye Harper! Canada Celebrates New PM Trudeau’s Overwhelming Victory – With Analysis and Predictions, we discussed how hard it is for a politician to preserve a good heart chakra. Incidentally, Trudeau and his wife’s heart chakra calibrations have gone down since elections. See article for my original calibrations. The spike in calibration due to the huge win can be attributed to the excitement and hope associated with it. But then the reality drags the calibration down to settle it within the usual norm for this particular individual.)
Jimmy Carter (as depicted on video’s pic above): C 190 (pride – not good for world leader, but most Western ‘leaders’ calibrate at that level, or even much below); Chi: 150 (anger – oh my, embarrassingly low); HC: 90 (grief/depression!!!)
And this is a US PRESIDENT – can you imagine how utterly wrong his decisions that impacted us all were, when his heart was (is) so obviously in the wrong place! As I said, this is a very common story for US presidents and politicians, and generally for Western politicians.
