WORLD INFRASTRUCTURE
QUANTUM CALIBRATIONS
How well developed, functional and user-friendly is the infrastructure
of various countries, regions and cities?

Infrastructure includes the quality, outreach, accessibility, cost, development, maintenance, and functionality of:
public transportation of all sorts and roads; leisure, relaxation and entertainment; quality and accessibility of health care, clinics and hospitals; quality and smooth functioning of city structures, power grid and utilities; shopping and conveniences; cleanliness and public services; quality and functionality of police and security; availability and quality of culture, museums, theaters and public events; day care, primary, secondary and higher education; retirement and social nets;
internet speed and accessibility, as well as general beauty and pleasing to the eye appearance.
In addition, I absolutely take into account how holistic, friendly to the environment and good for the higher-calibrated/higher dimensional people such infrastructure is. This applies to everyone, as the more holistic, kind, heart-based space is good for everyone's soul! Whereas, a superficially orderly and/or seemingly luxurious, but devoid of heart and soul environment is bad for anyone's soul and general personal growth, as well as health as a whole.
Not only this kind of study is not available from anyone else anywhere in the world, but the majority of those who make millions on putting out such studies from a mere physical 3D perspective, miss the mark more often than not.
This kind of Multidimensional / higher-dimensional Quantum Calibration study is beyond comprehension of such people.
Yet, it's very easy and very useful to EVERYONE WHO COMES TO THIS PAGE!
I quantum calibrate infrastructure, according to my definition, of the world as a whole, all the countries on the list,
and of some select cities in some countries!

RUSSIA & POST-USSR
Russia as a whole - 280 - FRIENDLINESS/NEUTRALITY
Let's remember that Russia is by far the largest country in the world, with some of the most challenging climates you can find, and a very scarce population, which makes it doubly challenging. On top of it, not too long ago, still on most of our memory, she went through a giant collapse of everything in the '90s. Yet, compare it to the so-called 'civilized countries' below and see how much better Russian infrastructure is in comparison!
