​A REAL-LIFE GEOPOLITIAL CLOAK-AND-DAGGER THRILLER!

​The plot to kidnap up to 200 naturalized Russian citizens, who were mostly ex-Donbass self-defense fighters or those opposed to the Kiev junta, took up to 18 months to develop, according to admission by the Kiev SBU. The plot included a deep involvement and cooperation by the CIA, and according to SBU and Ukraine pro-junta TV host Gordon, allegedly Turkey. 

It was all developed so well, so diligently, so exquisitely. The CIA itself was behind Ukraine SBU, sharing the secret satellite data, guiding them and eliciting help from NATO itself! What could go wrong?.. Turns out, everything!

The whole mega-plot is discussed in Part 4 of Webinar 19, a real-life cloak and dagger thriller!

Note that the name of Ukraine president Zelensky's ex-chief of staff mentioned in this part, who allegedly leaked to Russia the plot to kidnap 33 Russians/Donbass fighters, thus sabotaging the plan and averting the worst outcome, is Andrey Bogdan.
He paid with his position and exile. Zelensky was also blamed for the leak.

My personal opinion is that there are other very deeply embedded Russian double agents, some within Zelensky's office and/or within SBU and possibly Kiev's army intelligence or other security services, who could let Russian intelligence know on time about the plot, thus preventing its implementation! Of course, no one will tell you this - well, maybe in 50 years.

There is one more person oftentimes exerting his will behind the scenes: oligarch Kolomoysky. This has the fingerprints of his style and it's possible he could be involved in leaking intel to Russia to hedge his bets (such people often do) and in exchange for a possible amnesty in the future when this junta is gone. With Kolomoysky, that's a bit of stretch, but also good to keep in mind.
(If you read my Earth Shift Repots talking about Kolomoysky's attempts to make a connection with Donbass leadership and Russia behind the scenes, you know what I mean. The revealing videos showing Kolomoysky's under-the-table efforts to get on Russia/Donbass's good side I had included in the previous Earth Shift Repots, turned out to be an exceptionally elaborate multi-month prank scheme by Russian prank-masters Vovan and Leksus. It seems when that scheme was made public - that was when Kolomoysky first became persona non-grata in both Ukraine and US, who insisted on his exile. Then there was a vengeance by Poroshenko, who took away Kolomoysky's prized Privatbank with US embassy's blessing, and the USA's manhunt for him. In short, Kolomoysky has a lot of beef with both Kiev and Washington.)

And more! No one will ever admit this either, or maybe we'll read about it much later, when this version of Ukraine is no more! I suspect that if Turkey was indeed involved, it was Turkey who may have told Russians about the plot! 
​
In any event, it was extremely dumb and naïve of Ukraine and CIA to involve Turkey. Whoever Erdogan is, he's much too smart to get involved in this type of doubtful affair. And besides, he did owe Putin and Russia for saving his life during the military coup orchestrated - you guessed it - by the CIA (see my ESR13 for the whole story!). This would have been a nothing-of-his-back, easy way to repay the debt!​

LET'S DISCUSS:
As we see, the freedoms there were never great, but a big plunge occurred when Lukashenko concentrated power! He also was able to get away with more when he was in his prime and the country was doing much better economically during the period when Russia essentially carried Belarus on her shoulders through mega-subsidies (2000-2017)! The moment Medvedev posed his ultimatum (2018) and Russia asked Belarus to contribute a little more, the economic miracle of Belarus began to unravel, which was predictable and I wrote about it previously. 
Once Lukashenko and his population began feeling squeezed and the discontent in the country was on the rise (2018-20), Lukashenko began screwing in the bolts and freedoms declined further, together with silencing the press and putting his opponents in jail. At the same time, it was Lukashenko's fault entirely that he allowed the proliferation in the country of the foreign subversives, while eliminating anyone pro-Russian, who could become his support base. It was almost like Yanukovich of Ukraine, except Lukashenko is a lot more brave, his people are smarter and God really protects Russia and Belarus.
The role of Belarus is so much different, compared to that of Ukraine, as we discussed in this webinar! This is why the worst of the worst, compared to Ukraine's mayhem, was avoided! 
What's really interesting, despite the fact that the freedoms still calibrate on the level of GRIEF in 2021, they are just one point below FEAR, which is a huge leap forward for the authoritarian Belarus. And it's all thanks NOT to the West or oppositioners, who yell and scream the loudest, but their actions achieve the opposite result: they just make Lukashenko and his people become more defensive!
It's thanks to quiet and consistent actions and guidance by Putin and Russia that Lukashenko started slowly and cautiously loosening his tight grip on power! 
My predictions that Belarus will be moving toward a full union with Russia and Lukashenko will be eventually stepping down to free room for someone more appropriate are confirmed by these calibrations!

Belorussian flag: Soviet - left, current - center and right
Belarus's official flag is a slightly modified flag of the Belorussian SSR during the USSR days, thus denoting continuity and preservation of a socially oriented state. The national crest was also somewhat modified, but preserves the main elements of the Soviet BSSR version.

The flag controversy
The opposition and color revolution flag is white-red-white. To me, it's way too close to the Polish flag - and it's a big red flag, no pan intended. 
It was once, for a brief time the flag of Belarus, but it's marred with both Russophobia and Nazism. This flag was used by the pro-German Nazi collaborators who tried to establish their own government in Belarus during WWII, but had to flee or were executed when Hitler lost. 
Currently, the white-red-white flag is used by Svetlana Tikhanovskaya, who's being promoted and financed as the 'real' president of Belarus in exile by the US and EU. 
Of course, the loaded history of this flag is severely whitewashed, and I'm afraid the narrative has been written in Langley (CIA) or their branches in Poland.
​This is what those who clearly went to Yale or Columbia, or were trained by CIA or MI6 (I recognize the style) write about it.
Of course, I can tell you that Belarus will NOT give up its original flag, which in fact gave it luck and prosperity. ​
​But there's more to the story...

Bonus 3
From the horse's mouth! Proof of Kiev conspiracy: "Treason at the very top!"
​
A Kiev govt insider details how in his opinion there is 'treason at the very top' and how Zelensky is to blame. As a result of the failure with the capture of the so-called 'Vagnerovtsi' (supposed members of a private military contractor group), a name they applied to what I've called the '33 Russian Bogatyrs', Zelensky dismissed the head of Ukraine's military intelligence Burba and a head of another agency, and yet another one was put on indefinite leave, for their demands to investigate the failure. The Supreme Rada 'must create an investigative commission,' demands the author.

The rest of the text is a pretty damning description of the SBU conspiracy, which you have heard in P4. He also describes, in his opinion, a 'criminal inaction' by Zelenksy. He describes how multiple people were present during Burba's report about the last stage of the operation. During the meeting with Zelensky and his staff, the office chief Ermak proposed that the operation should be postponed, due to 'delicate' negotiations with Russia about prisoner exchange (probably prisoners from Donbass and pro-Russian activists are meant, since Ukraine doesn't really have any prisoners who are Russians; however, Kiev refuses to talk directly to Donbass and Russia has to get involved, ironically rescuing Ukrainian citizens from Ukraine and exchanging Ukrainians for other Ukrainians). Ermak said the negotiations could be sabotaged by this op. Burba objected that the targets are already on the move and plan is in motion. 
Following the failure, outraged Burba went public, saying that the leak to Russia occurred after presidential briefing, calling it treason. He demanded that everyone present during presidential briefing and all who knew about operation were put through a lie detector. 
Some other interesting revelations: 
1. After the 'brilliant' plot failed, Kiev contacted 'the acting president of Belarus' Lukashenko and demanded extradition of the 33 fake  'Vagnerovtsi' aka, '33 Bogatyrs', at least of the 9 of them who were Ukrainian citizens. Kiev got no response.
2. At the same time, Russia conducted negotiations with Minsk to return all of the 33 back to Russia. With dismay, Kiev realized that all of theme were returned to Russia on August 14, 2020. 
3. In this report Lukashenko is called not the 'president' but 'the acting president of Belarus' which means Kiev has not recognized the results of election. And after such affront they wonder why Lukashenko didn't cooperate with their demand, lol?

Belarus conspiracies and color revolution in images and commentary - for more watch the webinar!

Who financed Belarus maidan: USAID (US); Group "Zagranitsa - Abroad" uniting over 60 Polish NGOs; Fund Freedom and Democracy who sponsor Belsat and Ratsia, the pro-Polish media outlets of Belarus; Swedish agency for intl development (SIDA); Kazimir Pulaski Fund (Poland); Ministry of infrastructure and development of Poland.

NOT on this list, but extremely instrumental: NEXTA, as discussed in ESW19! Per admission by one of the two founders of NEXTA, Stepan Putilo during an interview with Russian opposition journalist: 'our people are watching over us' - and he added, the Polish security forces, of course. Protasevich was the second founder of NEXTA, who then had a falling out with Putilo. During arrest he revealed that the whole Ryanair conspiracy may have been revenge by either Putilo and/or Svetlana Tikhanovskaya chief of staff, who didn't see eye to eye with. In other words, Protasevich was sacrificed by his ex-friends and sponsors to create yet another crisis for Belarus. But in the end it certainly backfired. ​

UK ministry of defense posted on its site during recent drills in Ukraine: "WE LANDED IN RUSSIA'S BACKYARD." This royally pissed off Kiev, who's desperately trying to prove they aren't Russia! Same as Belarus! Yet, they all are failing as the West always did and always will perceive them as RUSSIA'A BACKYARD and their only role is to be cannon fodder against Russia!​

A deliberately rough arrest of the 33 Russians near Minsk, which shocked a lot of Russian observers by its unnecessary brutality. Lukashenko clearly was being set up by his own underlings together with Kiev, who knew very well how to push his buttons and get his wounded ego going.
It appears a very secret investigation was conducted in Belarus since, which revealed who were the traitors within the ranks. And the treason seems to have gone pretty high up!
Still questions remain how Lukashenko, his supposedly professional KGB, interior ministry and his government screwed up so badly, believing a clear setup against Russia, yet missing the real color revolution and a real multi-country conspiracy (Poland, Lithuania, USA, Ukraine) under their very noses! This brings up the uncomfortable questions of how deluded really the post-Soviet republics and their elites are - how far are they gone since the '90s!
