I first wrote this report on September 22-25 on Patreon. However, I decided to wait with publication till October because I felt there was more coming and much more was to be revealed. I was right. Below, read the full scoop.

Zelensky is in trouble with the US. Neither the Republicans nor the Democrats will forgive him for Biden leaks and the sloppy handling of the crisis. In addition, Trump has been annoyed with Ukraine since 2016, and he doesn't trust Zelensky, and rightly so (read below why that is the case). Trump is doubly annoyed because he is pressured by CIA/Congress/Dark State/deep state to play with Ukraine as anti-Russian weapon, but he personally would rather improve relations with Russia.
Zelensky is between the rock and the hard place: he either pisses off Democrats or Republicans. For him, the main thing in now to guess correctly: who will be the next US president. He has uncanny nose, so he may.
But we won’t help him guess... and that's why we won't tell him, or anyone else! I will only make predictions privately, exclusively for my subscribers!
Generally, the level of consciousness in Ukraine has plunged so badly that the best president they could find is a comedian, who has no idea what he needs to do and how he should act in his post. That’s the level of Ukraine today: every country deserves its president.

German paper Zeit Deutsche Zeitung writes that 'Trump won first election thanks to Russia and second he wants to win at Ukraine's expense.' Not untrue, actually. In 2016 Trump did capitalize on the fact that many Americans hated Obama's warmongering and wanted better relations with Russia, and he successfully rallied his electoral base around the promise of better relations with Russia. Despite Trump’s certain attempts to improve relations with Russia, he wasn’t allowed to, per my original 2016-17 predictions of Trump’s DeepState/DarkState ‘straitjacket.’ As to Ukraine, Trump knows very well that it’s extremely dependent on the US for everything, due to the choices made by both Ukraine and USA in 2013-14, and he is trying to capitalize on that fact. But unlike Russia in 2016, Ukraine and its president, politicians and oligarchy DID actively interfere in USA’s elections 2016, and they are attempting to do so even bolder in 2020.

As you all know, the secret Trump - Zelensky phone conversation has been leaked, presumably by an undisclosed CIA agent.
I won’t repeat what that entailed, but here’s a snippet from a Russian talk show 60 Minut, which contains an excerpt from Trump-Zelensky call transcript in English at 1:40. It also contains an interview (in Russian) with ex-Prosecutor General of Ukraine Shokin, one of the whistleblowers - you’ll read all about him below!

PREDICTIONS:
On the US side: Democrats will try to stir up the impeachment talk to deflect the heat from Biden, but they won't succeed.
Trump can and already began claiming that ‘he is concerned about corruption in Ukraine, as the country US took under their wing, therefore it needs to be investigated and if Biden was a part of said corruption, so be it - that's just a fact of life.’ And this is how he gets out of the tight spot into which the Democrats try to pin him. Knowing Trump’s abilities, I have no doubt he’ll succeed.
But Zelensky specifically ran as the man of the people, uncorrupt, non-establishment president. By saying: I have absolute majority and new attorney general is my person who'll do as I say, makes him as corrupt as Poroshenko. His hint that the US should provide the narrative and point fingers, and Ukraine will simply agree with it, speaks volumes of how little sovereignty Ukraine has. Therefore, Zelensky may begin losing his sky-high ratings fast. I have no doubt that being a consummate showman he’ll stage some shows to reverse the fall in ratings, but it’ll only help so much and for so long.
The above was written before new facts surfaced and before Trump made his main moves, which, I have to say, are brilliant. Democrats not only lost the battle for impeachment but now their ‘golden boy’ Biden and his son are under a cloud of suspicion. If Trump had his way, a full blown investigation could happen. The dirt that can come out during such investigation will make your hair curl.
PREDICTION:
But at this point I foresee that a full-blown investigation into the blatant collusion and corruption between USA and Ukraine under Obama/Biden/Democrats will be successfully swept under the rug by a combination of the following forces: Deep State, global Dark State, Democrats, Soros and implicated powerful families within it, and partly by some Republicans/neocons, whose dirt could also easily come out if the investigation continues.
What Trump will be able to successfully do is to hold a threat of blowing everything out in the open over the Democrats, if they continue threatening him.
You’ll recall that I predicted back in 2016-17 that Trump through his first term would be on survival mode and everything he does would be subordinated to this one goal: make all kinds of deals to survive till the next election at all cost, so to beat your opponent and then, if possible, get re-elected to leave a proud legacy. For these people scandal is like food and water: it feeds them and they thrive on it.
I am recalling a US cyclist Lance Armstrong, once a hero and one of the most decorated athletes of all time. He was a personal friend of Bush Jr. Armstrong said that ‘anger and hatred towards him of spectators and other cyclists only made him stronger and more determined to win at all cost.’ He won seven Tour de France titles while Bush was in power. When Obama came to power, whose people he apparently crossed, the long-buried investigation onto his doping conspiracy was reopened; he lost all his titles and was banned from cycling for life.
Trump reminds me of Armstrong in terms of how resistance, anger and hatred of others only feed his ego and determination. I think and hope Trump is very substantially smarter than Armstrong, and he won’t let himself get hung out to dry like the latter did. But for as long as he is in this post, he’ll be surrounded by major scandal and opposition. Let’s hope, without the worst outcome!
I previously mentioned how much Trump reminds me of the ‘inverted’ Gorbachev, and how much what’s happening in the US and West reminds me of the Inverted Collapse (see ESW2 at the bottom).
I also have to say that Trump is very well protected by the higher forces at this point, since he is the Earth Shift agent extraordinaire, performing an important function for the global rebalancing and Inverted Collapse, as part of the Great Earth Shift.
But what I also want to say is that this 3D confrontational modus operandi is very typical of the US establishment. They all thrive on confrontation instead of cooperation - how very 3D.

The democrats immediately took the opportunity to pounce on Trump and demand his impeachment for putting pressure on ‘the USA's important ally against Russia,’ thus weakening said ally.

The way the story is presented by MSM seems to imply that it was Poroshenko who placed Hunter Biden in Burisma, in order to bribe Biden and sway US policies in his favor. But nothing could be further from the truth! The sequence of events was in fact very different and what the real investigation, of which you’ll read below, shows is that the real truth is even crazier!
RUMORS & FACTS
In the summer of 2019 Trump first promised Zelensky $250 mln in military aid. Then this amount was suddenly upped to $390 mln. In July the secret Trump-Zelensky call happened. More recently the CIA leak took place and the Democrats began attacking Trump.
September 2019: it was the UN General Assembly, the same one where Greta Thunberg gave her highly publicised speech.

Upon arrival to the UN, Trump suddenly announced to the press that previously promised $250-$390 mln would not be given to Ukraine. Then he clarified: ‘until the EU allies also begin doing their part and giving Ukraine money as well.’ This way out was handed to him by Zelensky who, in the leaked phone call with Trump, complained about ‘EU not doing enough for Ukraine’.
Trump is smart and he knows how to distract from the real issue. By implying it’s all conditioned upon EU allies stepping up, he redirected the public’s attention away from the real problem. And this problem I explained to you all repeatedly since 2016-17 (see Webinar 1: WILL TRUMP SURVIVE HIS FIRST TERM; ESR16; FT articles).
Here’s Trump’s big secret! He does not trust Kiev junta and elites and hates them ever since Poroshenko in 2016 tried to sabotage his election campaign, to help Hillary. It was because of the Paul Manafort/Yanukovich corruption scandal that his campaign was nearly derailed in August 2016.
In 2019 Trump again has to deal with a fallout from Ukraine over a sloppy handling of a secret phone conversation. Very quickly the real source of the leak was identified, even if it was never announced. The Russians knew who it was. How Trump found out we don’t know, but he did. What happened next confirms it.
Per my deep intel sources the real leak was Danilyuk, who was Zelensky’s top advisor during his presidential campaign. Danilyuk was the frontrunner to the post of Ukraine’s prime minister, but suddenly after the leak he was sidetracked.
Danilyuk was also supposed to be a part of Zelensky’s delegation to the UN assembly in September, and part of his entourage during meeting with Trump. He wasn’t either: he was simply told to stay home. It appears Trump passed the message along that if Zelensky wanted to meet, that could only happen with a particular person absent.
SOROS’S SPY
Among those in the know Danilyuk is considered Soros’s top asset in Ukraine.
And who is Soros? He still remains one of the pointmen of the neoliberal globalist Dark State, rabidly Russophobic, anti-Trump, pro-Clinton and pro-Biden. He’d do anything to undermine Trump. Per rumors, he bankrolls Biden, whom he wants to see in the Oval Office.
All my best sources, ever since Zelensky rose to the top, have been saying that the majority of Zelensky’s team and most of his surroundings are Soros creations. It’s very easy to believe. It has been very well known that Ukrainians were wined, dined and bribed with trips to the US (or Poland) for the past 30 years. They were sent to various US or Polish schools by tens of thousands, in order to create a new class of influencers in the best traditions of the globalist Dark State. These influencers would come back and reformat the consciousness of the rest.
In fact, they are Manchurian Candidates within Ukraine establishment and Zelensky himself is a Soros follower. The entire Zelensky's team seems in Soros's pocket. Soros NGOs notoriously target education and younger people, therefore aiming to reformat the future. Zelensky and his people are very young compared to Poroshenko and his cronies. It all makes perfect sense. (in ESW4 I explained how Period 8 works - this is all in line with my Period 8 Predictions).
All this surfaced as a result of the deep intel sharing. I have a suspicion that the sources used by Trump to unearth the leaker were the same, or similar, to mine.
The spearhead of the investigation into Biden’s affairs in Ukraine is Rudy Giuliani, ex-mayor of NYC and Trump’s personal counsel. But there is much more to the story and someone has been doing all the behind-the-scenes work. Who was that person? Who received the real intel and brought it to Giuliani and Trump? I’ll tell you below.
So, what was Trump to do under the circumstances? Democrats are accusing him of putting some brutal pressure on Ukraine’s new president; they are threatening him with impeachment. He decides to publish transcripts of the actual phone conversation with Zelensky. A risky and bold move, which paid off in spades.
Trump injured several ‘enemies’ at once. The way it was done (it may have been Giuliani’s idea, knowing him)... it punished Ukraine and Zelensky for all the betrayals Trump never forgave them, and it also pin-pricked Merkel and the EU, with whom Trump has a confrontational relationship.
And it disarmed Biden’s supporters, by making them look stupid and overreaching. But it did more! It actually put Trump in a favorable light compared to Biden, who DID openly threaten Poroshenko and Ukraine in 2015 over Burisma investigation that implicated Hunter Biden and possibly John Kerry and ex-president of Poland Kwasniewski.
Trump’s move also wide-opened the potential for further investigation into Biden’s affairs in Ukraine and Hunter’s corruption. And it opened the door for implicating other top Democrats, such as Nancy Pelosi and Adam Schiff.
In the conversation we can clearly see that Trump simply hinted that ‘it would be nice if Ukraine investigated the corruption Biden is trying to conceal.’ No threats and no promise of a bribe. Trump actually looks a lot better than the Democrats were trying to portray him. Their impeachment argument seems to fall apart.

Here’s Trump’s big secret! He does not trust Kiev junta and elites and hates them ever since Poroshenko in 2016 tried to sabotage his election campaign, to help Hillary. It was because of the Paul Manafort/Yanukovich corruption scandal that his campaign was nearly derailed in August 2016.
In 2019 Trump again has to deal with a fallout from Ukraine over a sloppy handling of a secret phone conversation. Very quickly the real source of the leak was identified, even if it was never announced. The Russians knew who it was. How Trump found out we don’t know, but he did. What happened next confirms it.
Per my deep intel sources the real leak was Danilyuk, who was Zelensky’s top advisor during his presidential campaign. Danilyuk was the frontrunner to the post of Ukraine’s prime minister, but suddenly after the leak he was sidetracked.
Danilyuk was also supposed to be a part of Zelensky’s delegation to the UN assembly in September, and part of his entourage during meeting with Trump. He wasn’t either: he was simply told to stay home. It appears Trump passed the message along that if Zelensky wanted to meet, that could only happen with a particular person absent.
SOROS’S SPY
Among those in the know Danilyuk is considered Soros’s top asset in Ukraine.
And who is Soros? He still remains one of the pointmen of the neoliberal globalist Dark State, rabidly Russophobic, anti-Trump, pro-Clinton and pro-Biden. He’d do anything to undermine Trump. Per rumors, he bankrolls Biden, whom he wants to see in the Oval Office.
All my best sources, ever since Zelensky rose to the top, have been saying that the majority of Zelensky’s team and most of his surroundings are Soros creations. It’s very easy to believe. It has been very well known that Ukrainians were wined, dined and bribed with trips to the US (or Poland) for the past 30 years. They were sent to various US or Polish schools by tens of thousands, in order to create a new class of influencers in the best traditions of the globalist Dark State. These influencers would come back and reformat the consciousness of the rest.
In fact, they are Manchurian Candidates within Ukraine establishment and Zelensky himself is a Soros follower. The entire Zelensky's team seems in Soros's pocket. Soros NGOs notoriously target education and younger people, therefore aiming to reformat the future. Zelensky and his people are very young compared to Poroshenko and his cronies. It all makes perfect sense. (in ESW4 I explained how Period 8 works - this is all in line with my Period 8 Predictions).
All this surfaced as a result of the deep intel sharing. I have a suspicion that the sources used by Trump to unearth the leaker were the same, or similar, to mine.
The spearhead of the investigation into Biden’s affairs in Ukraine is Rudy Giuliani, ex-mayor of NYC and Trump’s personal counsel. But there is much more to the story and someone has been doing all the behind-the-scenes work. Who was that person? Who received the real intel and brought it to Giuliani and Trump? I’ll tell you below.
So, what was Trump to do under the circumstances? Democrats are accusing him of putting some brutal pressure on Ukraine’s new president; they are threatening him with impeachment. He decides to publish transcripts of the actual phone conversation with Zelensky. A risky and bold move, which paid off in spades.
Trump injured several ‘enemies’ at once. The way it was done (it may have been Giuliani’s idea, knowing him)... it punished Ukraine and Zelensky for all the betrayals Trump never forgave them, and it also pin-pricked Merkel and the EU, with whom Trump has a confrontational relationship.
And it disarmed Biden’s supporters, by making them look stupid and overreaching. But it did more! It actually put Trump in a favorable light compared to Biden, who DID openly threaten Poroshenko and Ukraine in 2015 over Burisma investigation that implicated Hunter Biden and possibly John Kerry and ex-president of Poland Kwasniewski.
Trump’s move also wide-opened the potential for further investigation into Biden’s affairs in Ukraine and Hunter’s corruption. And it opened the door for implicating other top Democrats, such as Nancy Pelosi and Adam Schiff.
In the conversation we can clearly see that Trump simply hinted that ‘it would be nice if Ukraine investigated the corruption Biden is trying to conceal.’ No threats and no promise of a bribe. Trump actually looks a lot better than the Democrats were trying to portray him. Their impeachment argument seems to fall apart.

But who doesn’t look good? That’s Zelensky and Ukraine. President of ‘sovereign’ Ukraine readily promised Trump that the new attorney general would be ‘his man who will do as he asks’ and then the investigation into Biden can happen. Zelensky also asked Trump to provide more info, which can be read as: give us some guidelines for our investigation.

Instead, Trump told him that ‘US is helping Ukraine with weapons, and maybe Russia can help, too,’ and that he,Trump, suggests Ukraine improves relations with Russia and that Putin thinks the same. It’s your guess whether Trump really, truly doesn’t get the nature of conflict in Ukraine… or it was just another way for him to blow off the person and country he deep down very much dislikes and distrusts.

It’s not entirely by accident that the new massive tariffs on EU exports were announced around the same time that phone conversation was leaked.
Now consider Zelensky’s position:
The absolute loser here is also the EU, including Germany and Merkel.
But the biggest losers are Biden and the Democrats. Biden is essentially done as presidential candidate. Very likely there will continue to be more revelations against him and various other prominent Democrats.

- He was going to the UN and Trump meeting with high hopes of validation. He emerged between the rock and the hard place. He either angers Democrats or Republicans. In fact, he managed to anger both.
- He pissed off Europeans, and in particular the Germans and French. If he ever hoped to achieve some pressure on Russia through the Normandy Format summit on Donbass, these hopes are now buried. In fact, Macron already announced that he is now much more in agreement with ‘dear Vladimir’ Putin and Russia, not Zelensky (who also happens to be called Vladimir).
- Putin was previously very reluctant to meet with Zelensky, and now he is even less prepared to do so. Incidentally, I did predict that the Normandy Format, for which Zelensky is pushing, won’t happen soon, and possibly never. Russia will continue insisting Ukraine fulfills Minsk agreements first, which Kiev is unable to do due to ukro-nazi nationalists’ pressure. There is already a new Maidan developing in Ukraine.
- In Ukraine Zelensky lost a chunk of his rating, no matter how much he tried to mend the damage done by his verbal incontinence in his conversation with Trump. He also came back to the newly developing Maidan, where nationalists blame him for betraying country’s interests both due to his poor performance in NYC and for ‘caving in’ to Moscow’s demands on Donbass.

WHAT REALLY HAPPENED
Many wrongly assume it was Poroshenko who was bribing the high profile US and Polish politicians to ensure support. In reality, the story is very different.
It all starts back in the Soviet days. Contrary to popular belief, Ukraine has its own gas deposits. They aren’t large, but if Ukraine wanted to, they could cover the present country’s needs entirely, especially with its current, substantially shrunk economy.
When during Soviet times Ukraine’s economy was several times the size of today’s, Ukraine’s own gas was nowhere near enough and the gas pipeline built by the USSR delivered gas to both Ukrainian SSR and abroad.
The USSR conducted a very rational economic policy for such a large and spread out country. If it was possible to find natural resources locally, they were used in order to save on the transit cost. Therefore, Ukraine, being very developed economically and needing much energy, had a widespread network of gas fields developed since at least 1960s-70s. This independent version of Ukraine inherited for free the entire network and all infrastructure.
Fast-forward to the 2000s. Since 1990s the oligarchs have been looting the country and re-distributing the wealth generations prior had built. In 2004 the US asset Yushenko came to power and the new redistribution of wealth began. Then Yanukovich and his cronies did another redistribution. Under Poroshenko yet another redistribution took place. In each instance, those who were in or near the power took for themselves everything they could.
In this specific case, Nikolay Zlachevsky was named the minister of ecology. This post sounds like a joke because what his job entailed was monitoring and distribution of rights to mining and energy operations (you tell me how this is ‘ecology’). Using his position, Zlachevsky ‘redistributed’ to himself 20 of the profitable gas fields in Ukraine. Each gas field was small, but since it’s practically free infrastructure and the cost of production and transit is almost nothing, he was making a killing. The company he formed was called Burisma.
If something like this happened in Russia, he would be in jail before he could say ‘gas.’ In fact, I routinely hear business elites and politicians investigated and sent to jail for lesser corruption in Russia. But in Ukraine, the most corrupt country in Europe and one of the top three in the world, this is a daily norm.

Burisma CEO Nikolay Zlachevsky
Before 2014 the cost of gas production and transit in Ukraine was just a few US dollars, while the cost to users was about $100. Also, under the government of Yanukovich, PM Azarov worked hard to keep the IMF out of Ukraine. At that time anyone around energy and gas was already making a killing. This also concerns Ukraine’s nuclear energy, another major infrastructure left to Ukraine by the USSR for free, and since then used by oligarchs as a golden goose.
Fast forward to 2014. When Poroshenko came to power, he began begging the US, UMF and EU for loans. One of the conditions of IMF loans was to increase the cost of gas to Ukrainian users to the level of European. Don’t ask me why this was logical from the IMF's point of view. People in Ukraine make 10 times less than in the EU, on average. So, how would one justify having utility costs on the same level? The only logic behind it is IMF’s desire to destroy the economy of Ukraine and plunge the population into further poverty. In fact, that’s what the IMF had done in the past to many countries.
The cost of gas for users went up to over $200. Profits of energy companies shot through the roof. Burisma, a mid-sized private gas company, was making hundreds of millions in profits, and at one point it was over a billion in profits.
Poroshenko was Ukraine president at the time and he decided that having helped gas oligarchs make more money he deserved his cut. He started compelling various gas oligarchs to share. They would be told to finance this or that, pay for the army equipment, finance ukro-nazi battalions, various events, etc.
Burisma’s Nikolay Zlachevsky was one of those who were ‘taxed’ that way. But he apparently decided to make an independent play. Another thing that can be pointed out here is that not all oligarchs approved of Poroshenko and the Kiev junta, not all wanted Galichina Bandera followers (from western Ukraine) and nationalistic battalions dictating the country’s direction, and some wanted to restore good relations with Russia.
In an attempt to protect himself from Poroshenko’s increasing demands Zlachevsky decided to engage as part of his company’s supervisory board some of the most prominent Western politicians, or their offspring. That’s how Hunter Biden, Kerry and Kwasniewsky ended up on the Burisma board. Per my intel, they were paid between $50,000 and $150,000 a month. Per reports, Hunter Biden was paid $50,000 a month and he ended up receiving $3 mln overall. He had no experience with energy or natural gas and no knowledge of Ukraine, nor of Russian or Ukrainian language. I doubt he even showed up for meetings.
I also need to mention that Burisma was involved in the shale gas scheme. This scheme was started by the US, proclaiming that Ukraine was only second to the US in the amount of shale gas. It turned out to be a hoax. The amount of easily extractable shale gas in Ukraine turned out minute, and mostly in western Ukraine. Most of it was abandoned. It turned out, yet again, that the Soviet inheritance and way of doing business were the most solid and profitable. US involvement resulted in little or no profit.
The people Zlachevsky brought in were the who is who of the US politicum and they were supposed to serve as his shield in his dispute with Poroshenko. One of the things Zlachevsky was trying to do is avoid paying taxes; he was engaged in money laundering to drain his profits out of Ukraine into offshores. Another thing he was attempting to accomplish is to stop contributing to causes he considered wrong, such as financing ukro-nazi battalions. Poroshenko soon noticed Zlachevsky’s game and ordered then chief prosecutor of Ukraine Shokin to begin investigation into Burisma dealings. Shokin was Poroshenko’s close personal friend and associate and the request to start investigation came directly from Poroshenko.
Zlachevsky complained to Biden, and Biden, knowing that his son would be exposed, demanded Poroshenko stop investigation. Poroshenko tried to squirm out of it, but Biden threatened him that he would cancel $1 billion in aid due to Ukraine, if he doesn’t stop investigation within the next 6 hours. To cover up his problem, Poroshenko had to betray and fire his personal friend Shokin on the spot and name another prosecutor general, Lutsenko, a man with no legal background, who stopped investigation on demand.
Needless to say Shokin was shocked. Ever since, he more than once confirmed publicly this sequence of events, thus incriminating his ex-boss and Biden.
But Biden confirmed it, too. You may have seen the viral footage of him bragging on camera. He infamously said that he told Poroshenko that he has 6 hours to stop investigation, and if by the time he is flying out of Ukraine it’s not done, he will withdraw $1 billion US was about to give to Ukraine.
Oleg Tsarev states that according to his data, although it wasn’t independently verified, Zlachevsky paid Biden handsomely as a thank you for getting Poroshenko off his back. The amounts mentioned are $3 mln and $10 mln in several installments.
Here is where it gets even more interesting. What kind of $1 bln is it that Biden can on a whim so easily either give or take away? This was not an IMF loan. It turned out that the $1 bln in question was part of the $3 bln USAID gave to Kiev junta and Poroshenko between 2014 and 2016.
Oleg Tsarev states that he is familiar with parts of the investigation started during Trump administration into the illegal distribution of $3 bln of the US taxpayer money to Kiev. It appears none of this money reached citizens and was stolen by Porohsenko and his cronies. The reason Tsarev is familiar with certain details is because, as he says, he was involved in consulting some of the Ukrainain witnesses for this case. It appears that the money was distributed to Ukraine through USAID under Obama/Biden and Democrats with unusual speed, with no proper paperwork, bypassing Congress and the usual approval procedures.
We had spoken about it before and we very well know just why Obama/Democrats were paying Kiev off:
~ So Ukraine would continue to serve as a thorn in Russia’s side
~ To constantly keep tensions between Russia and Ukraine going
~ To prevent parts of the same Russian people from coming together in peace and cooperation
~ To continue feeding the rift between EU/Germany and Russia
~ To exhaust Russian resources
~ And to have a ready made pretext for vilifying Russia.
All that was accomplished through the 2014 Maidan and billions in bribes to Kiev and Poroshenko.
Biden, as Vice President of the United States, had no responsibilities other than supervising Ukraine. When he was in Kiev he, like the big boss, would be seated at the head of the table during Poroshenko’s government meetings.
WHY DEMOCRATS WANT TO EXTRADITE UKRAINIAN OLIGARCH FIRTASH
This is a very convoluted story, which began in 2016-17. One of Ukraine oligarchs by the surname of Firtash had to flee Ukraine and he, as far as I know, is currently in Austria. There was a criminal case against him in Ukraine, but details were thoroughly camouflaged. The US began demanding his extradition and for a while it was a big scandal, reported by Russian MSM.
According to Tsarev, Firtash was involved during Yushenko days (2004-2008) in a joint Russia-Ukraine gas company. Somehow the Democrats think that some of the profits of that company ‘went to finance Trump’s campaign’ and if they were able to make Firtash spill the beans, it would serve as proof of Russian involvement in 2016 US elections. I can tell you that from all indications, nothing can be further from the truth, but Democrats are desperate and they try to find anything they can to pin on Trump.
By the way, it appears Trump doesn’t control FBI and CIA at all, who have kept their allegiance to previous bosses.

People in Ukraine make 10 times less than in the EU, on average. So, how would one justify having utility costs on the same level? The only logic behind it is IMF’s desire to destroy the economy of Ukraine and plunge the population into further poverty. In fact, that’s what the IMF had done in the past to many countries.
The cost of gas for users went up to over $200. Profits of energy companies shot through the roof. Burisma, a mid-sized private gas company, was making hundreds of millions in profits, and at one point it was over a billion in profits.
Poroshenko was Ukraine president at the time and he decided that having helped gas oligarchs make more money he deserved his cut. He started compelling various gas oligarchs to share. They would be told to finance this or that, pay for the army equipment, finance ukro-nazi battalions, various events, etc.
Burisma’s Nikolay Zlachevsky was one of those who were ‘taxed’ that way. But he apparently decided to make an independent play. Another thing that can be pointed out here is that not all oligarchs approved of Poroshenko and the Kiev junta, not all wanted Galichina Bandera followers (from western Ukraine) and nationalistic battalions dictating the country’s direction, and some wanted to restore good relations with Russia.
In an attempt to protect himself from Poroshenko’s increasing demands Zlachevsky decided to engage as part of his company’s supervisory board some of the most prominent Western politicians, or their offspring. That’s how Hunter Biden, Kerry and Kwasniewsky ended up on the Burisma board. Per my intel, they were paid between $50,000 and $150,000 a month. Per reports, Hunter Biden was paid $50,000 a month and he ended up receiving $3 mln overall. He had no experience with energy or natural gas and no knowledge of Ukraine, nor of Russian or Ukrainian language. I doubt he even showed up for meetings.
I also need to mention that Burisma was involved in the shale gas scheme. This scheme was started by the US, proclaiming that Ukraine was only second to the US in the amount of shale gas. It turned out to be a hoax. The amount of easily extractable shale gas in Ukraine turned out minute, and mostly in western Ukraine. Most of it was abandoned. It turned out, yet again, that the Soviet inheritance and way of doing business were the most solid and profitable. US involvement resulted in little or no profit.
The people Zlachevsky brought in were the who is who of the US politicum and they were supposed to serve as his shield in his dispute with Poroshenko. One of the things Zlachevsky was trying to do is avoid paying taxes; he was engaged in money laundering to drain his profits out of Ukraine into offshores. Another thing he was attempting to accomplish is to stop contributing to causes he considered wrong, such as financing ukro-nazi battalions. Poroshenko soon noticed Zlachevsky’s game and ordered then chief prosecutor of Ukraine Shokin to begin investigation into Burisma dealings. Shokin was Poroshenko’s close personal friend and associate and the request to start investigation came directly from Poroshenko.
Zlachevsky complained to Biden, and Biden, knowing that his son would be exposed, demanded Poroshenko stop investigation. Poroshenko tried to squirm out of it, but Biden threatened him that he would cancel $1 billion in aid due to Ukraine, if he doesn’t stop investigation within the next 6 hours. To cover up his problem, Poroshenko had to betray and fire his personal friend Shokin on the spot and name another prosecutor general, Lutsenko, a man with no legal background, who stopped investigation on demand.
Needless to say Shokin was shocked. Ever since, he more than once confirmed publicly this sequence of events, thus incriminating his ex-boss and Biden.
But Biden confirmed it, too. You may have seen the viral footage of him bragging on camera. He infamously said that he told Poroshenko that he has 6 hours to stop investigation, and if by the time he is flying out of Ukraine it’s not done, he will withdraw $1 billion US was about to give to Ukraine.
Oleg Tsarev states that according to his data, although it wasn’t independently verified, Zlachevsky paid Biden handsomely as a thank you for getting Poroshenko off his back. The amounts mentioned are $3 mln and $10 mln in several installments.
Here is where it gets even more interesting. What kind of $1 bln is it that Biden can on a whim so easily either give or take away? This was not an IMF loan. It turned out that the $1 bln in question was part of the $3 bln USAID gave to Kiev junta and Poroshenko between 2014 and 2016.
Oleg Tsarev states that he is familiar with parts of the investigation started during Trump administration into the illegal distribution of $3 bln of the US taxpayer money to Kiev. It appears none of this money reached citizens and was stolen by Porohsenko and his cronies. The reason Tsarev is familiar with certain details is because, as he says, he was involved in consulting some of the Ukrainain witnesses for this case. It appears that the money was distributed to Ukraine through USAID under Obama/Biden and Democrats with unusual speed, with no proper paperwork, bypassing Congress and the usual approval procedures.
We had spoken about it before and we very well know just why Obama/Democrats were paying Kiev off:
~ So Ukraine would continue to serve as a thorn in Russia’s side
~ To constantly keep tensions between Russia and Ukraine going
~ To prevent parts of the same Russian people from coming together in peace and cooperation
~ To continue feeding the rift between EU/Germany and Russia
~ To exhaust Russian resources
~ And to have a ready made pretext for vilifying Russia.
All that was accomplished through the 2014 Maidan and billions in bribes to Kiev and Poroshenko.
Biden, as Vice President of the United States, had no responsibilities other than supervising Ukraine. When he was in Kiev he, like the big boss, would be seated at the head of the table during Poroshenko’s government meetings.
WHY DEMOCRATS WANT TO EXTRADITE UKRAINIAN OLIGARCH FIRTASH
This is a very convoluted story, which began in 2016-17. One of Ukraine oligarchs by the surname of Firtash had to flee Ukraine and he, as far as I know, is currently in Austria. There was a criminal case against him in Ukraine, but details were thoroughly camouflaged. The US began demanding his extradition and for a while it was a big scandal, reported by Russian MSM.
According to Tsarev, Firtash was involved during Yushenko days (2004-2008) in a joint Russia-Ukraine gas company. Somehow the Democrats think that some of the profits of that company ‘went to finance Trump’s campaign’ and if they were able to make Firtash spill the beans, it would serve as proof of Russian involvement in 2016 US elections. I can tell you that from all indications, nothing can be further from the truth, but Democrats are desperate and they try to find anything they can to pin on Trump.
By the way, it appears Trump doesn’t control FBI and CIA at all, who have kept their allegiance to previous bosses.
Oligarch Firtash
Since 2016 Firtash has been fighting extradition. His lawyers were able to prove that his prosecution and his extradition request are politically motivated. Viktor Shokin, the ex-Prosecutor General I mentioned previously, was brought in to testify in Firtash’s defence. He confirmed that he experienced pressure from the USA to indict Firtash and extradite him to the US, although by Ukrainian law he committed no crime.
There is an indication that Shokin is now under pressure from CIA and Democrats to reverse his previous statements on Biden pressuring Poroshenko to fire him, and on Firtash. He is promised lots of money and benefits, if he does. Even if they get to him, it’s too late: he already told his story more than once.
It appears, based on my intelligence, that Democrats are very deeply involved in the corruption in Ukraine on many levels.
Recently, the new details surfaced that implicate Nancy Pelosi’s son and congressman Adam Schiff in having financial and personal interests in Ukraine. These are the two of the prominent Democrats who have been very persistent in calling for impeachment against Trump, based on Ukrainian events. In reality, it appears they all have a lot to hide. If and when the true facts emerge that prove the Democrats’ collusion and corruption in concert with Kiev, under normal circumstances this would cost them election.
Oleg Tsarev wouldn’t mention names, but he indicated that if the whole story behind Burisma, Firtash coercion and the illegal USAID $3 bln becomes public, the entire top of the Democratic Party will be implicated.

He was the one who blew the whistle and made public some of the corruption schemes by the US Democrats in Ukraine. He very likely used the same or similar sources to the ones Tsarev is using. There are plenty of people in Ukraine who are against the regime and who want the world to know how US screwed over their country, no matter how dangerous it is for them personally.
Sam Kislin investigated in Ukraine and the US where the money went and who stole it. As a result of his findings, in October 2018 a criminal case was opened by US Attorney General to investigate the misuse of power and misappropriation of $3 bln of the US taxpayer money.
In Ukraine the main suspects are Yareska and Danilyuk. You recall the latter: I mentioned him above in relation to Soros and the leak. The former is a US citizen of western Ukrainian pro-Bandera heritage, who was appointed by the US, with Biden’s blessing as finance minister of Ukraine under Poroshenko. She had complete access to Ukraine’s finances and the damage she’d done is incalculable. Ten other top Ukrainian politicians and ministers are implicated. Poroshenko is also implicated, and in the investigation documents he goes under the codename ‘Pork or Porky.’
This smells very badly for the top Democrats and it explains why they are attacking Trump anew so viciously, insisting on impeachment and removal from office. As I mentioned, the whole top of the Democratic Party is allegedly involved in this collusion.
This is not the only corruption scandal in Ukraine. There are dozens of major ones that need to be brought to light. Just to give you an idea of the scope, here are a couple of others.
MAIDAN SNIPERS, MI6 & LITHUANIA
Most of Poroshenko’s ministers were fired or left, but one remains. It is Arsen Avakov, the untouchable Minister of Interior. He concentrated a lot of power in his hands and Zelensky cannot touch him.
Under Yanukovich, he was once arrested in Italy and was about to be extradited to Ukraine for alleged crimes, but someone stepped in... The man who allegedly saved him was a Lithuanian with a very specific reputation and suspected connection to MI6. Many point fingers at him as the mastermind of the infamous sniper shootings during various color revolutions in the past-Soviet space, starting with Lithuania in 1989. That false flag shooting became the pretext for the Baltic republics seceding from the USSR and it gave the green light to subsequent collapse of the USSR.
His name is Andres Bichkavichus (it’s very hard to spell Lithuianian names from hearing, hopefully I’ve got it right). He helped free Avakov, with his London friends’ assistance, and later he became Avakov’s assistant.

He also is suspected of being the supplier of arms and carrier of instructions from foreign agencies to the Kiev Maidan. In 2014 SBU realized he was illegally in Ukraine only after he left for Washington. They quickly traced his route and discovered him headed directly for the CIA headquarters.
This was happening shortly before Yanukovich was ousted. The Lithuanian was persona non grata in Ukraine, but one of Ukrainian generals illegally authorized his entry. After the 2014 coup all of Yanukovich’s generals were fired and stripped of their rank and pension. This one general was allowed to keep his rank, position and later awarded a pension. Lithuania has been at the forefront of support for Kiev Maidan and Russophobia in Ukraine, along with Poland. The Soros, Poland and US State Department tentacles are very deep in Lithuania.

During Soviet times certain areas of Ukraine were used for stockpiling weapons, to be used in case of another Western invasion. After the breakup that’s where those weapons remained.
You may recall me write about the repeated fires and explosions in several arms depots between 2014 and 2018. One after another they burned and blew up with frightening regularity. I posted several videos in previous years, which you can find on my FT blog. These fires were blamed by Poroshenko and Kiev on Russia and Donbass ‘separatists.’
In reality, the culprits were a lot closer to home. They realized that during the war with Donbass they could loot and blame it on opposing side with impunity.
When investigators counted the shells remaining after arms depot fires, they felt only 20% of what was supposed to be there was accounted for. 80% was missing.
The story is very simple really. These depots were looted and arms shipped off to ISIS and various extremists in the Middle East. The amount being quoted is 10 tons of weapons. This includes some missiles and various hand-held weapons. How much damage did they cause in Syria and elsewhere?...
Per Tsarev, the end beneficiaries of this scheme are Poroshenko and other politicians, along with the top military brass. Now the question becomes who helped them find buyers and who helped them get these weapons to destination? Make no mistake, whoever helped them would also reap handsome financial rewards!
It appears, based on some intel, that the US was helping with satellite navigation and protection of free sea passage through Black Sea straits and Syrian waters. Can you imagine a loaded with illegal arms Ukrainian ship freely passing through Syrian waters and docking in Syria, where the shore is closely watched by Russian surveillance? It could only be done in areas controlled by either Turkey or Kurds and US, and even then it had to be done very discreetly, as those are also closely watched. There are only a few countries who have the capacity to make an op like this happen...
Needless to say, such arms sales are illegal. All this was taking place primarily under Obama and Biden, but it appears some of it continued under Trump, whether he knew it or not.
DEMOCRATS COUNTER-ATTACK
It would be naive to think that Democrats would just be sitting and waiting for Trump to strike. These people love to fight; as I mentioned above, a typical lower-to-mid-3D mentality. I believe this mess and this scandal will continue for as long as the election cycle is ongoing, and it may even continue past US election 2020. This is fully consistent with my predictions on the Earth Shift and Inverted Collapse.
At this time the Democrats’ livelihood is threatened and they are counter-attacking. This is the latest I have heard and these may be empty accusations since they are grasping at straws, or the people allegedly arrested may indeed be Giuliani’s informants from Ukraine. The game is clear: put pressure on Giuliani and his people. Now that you know the whole story you’ll be able to put it in perspective. IN CONCLUSION: MAKE UKRAINE GREAT AGAIN?
PREDICTIONS: DOES RUSSIA WANT UKRAINE OR NOT?
More and more Ukrainians are seeing the truth: they are being used as pawns in the grand game between superpowers: USA, Russia and EU. For as long as Ukraine continues selling itself to the highest bidder for cheap and continues yelling that they are the 'last defense and the outpost for the final battle against Russia', they will be cast in this role.
How to Make Ukraine Great Again? Zelensky stole this slogan from Trump. Like he stole the Steinmeyer Formula used in the Minsk format and attempted to call it Zelensky formula.
So... how do you make Ukraine great again and is it even possible, or is it too far gone?
The only time Ukraine was really and truly great and prosperous was when it was called Ukrainian Soviet Socialist Republic as part of the USSR. There was no other time in history a state by the name of 'Ukraine' ever existed, and no other time the area where it's located did well. Over 1000 years ago there was what is called ‘The Kievan Rus,’ operative word being ‘Rus’, as in “Russia.’
And that's you answer: to make Ukraine great again it has to rejoin Russia. But the big question is whether Russia wants Ukraine back?
Many think a much better solution is for the south and east to split from the rest and join Russia. The problem is that Ukraine is too destroyed due to their own ineptness and wholesale looting of the country, with hardly any infrastructure and not much of once flourishing industry left, and with a diminished agriculture. Russia can't take on such a burden, even if it's just the potentially richest and most promising parts of Ukraine. That's why Ukraine has a long and arduous road ahead, and it won't be fun.
The only way out for Ukraine and neighboring Moldova is to shift their direction completely, declare allegiance to Russia and then resign to living very modestly and frugally for at least 10-20 years, while working their asses off to rebuild their countries and not expecting any handouts from Russia.
However, most of those who are the best and most talented already left Ukraine and now are applying their talents elsewhere. Those who are left don't want to live humbly or poorly; they would also rather leave and make a new life abroad. That's why, unfortunately, Ukraine will be festering for a long time, while no one will want to fully claim it.
Ukraine bet on the wrong horse. This will eventually be resolved… But the road will be very rocky.

The story is very simple really. These depots were looted and arms shipped off to ISIS and various extremists in the Middle East. The amount being quoted is 10 tons of weapons. This includes some missiles and various hand-held weapons. How much damage did they cause in Syria and elsewhere?...
Per Tsarev, the end beneficiaries of this scheme are Poroshenko and other politicians, along with the top military brass. Now the question becomes who helped them find buyers and who helped them get these weapons to destination? Make no mistake, whoever helped them would also reap handsome financial rewards!
It appears, based on some intel, that the US was helping with satellite navigation and protection of free sea passage through Black Sea straits and Syrian waters. Can you imagine a loaded with illegal arms Ukrainian ship freely passing through Syrian waters and docking in Syria, where the shore is closely watched by Russian surveillance? It could only be done in areas controlled by either Turkey or Kurds and US, and even then it had to be done very discreetly, as those are also closely watched. There are only a few countries who have the capacity to make an op like this happen...
Needless to say, such arms sales are illegal. All this was taking place primarily under Obama and Biden, but it appears some of it continued under Trump, whether he knew it or not.
DEMOCRATS COUNTER-ATTACK
It would be naive to think that Democrats would just be sitting and waiting for Trump to strike. These people love to fight; as I mentioned above, a typical lower-to-mid-3D mentality. I believe this mess and this scandal will continue for as long as the election cycle is ongoing, and it may even continue past US election 2020. This is fully consistent with my predictions on the Earth Shift and Inverted Collapse.
At this time the Democrats’ livelihood is threatened and they are counter-attacking. This is the latest I have heard and these may be empty accusations since they are grasping at straws, or the people allegedly arrested may indeed be Giuliani’s informants from Ukraine. The game is clear: put pressure on Giuliani and his people. Now that you know the whole story you’ll be able to put it in perspective. IN CONCLUSION: MAKE UKRAINE GREAT AGAIN?
PREDICTIONS: DOES RUSSIA WANT UKRAINE OR NOT?
More and more Ukrainians are seeing the truth: they are being used as pawns in the grand game between superpowers: USA, Russia and EU. For as long as Ukraine continues selling itself to the highest bidder for cheap and continues yelling that they are the 'last defense and the outpost for the final battle against Russia', they will be cast in this role.
How to Make Ukraine Great Again? Zelensky stole this slogan from Trump. Like he stole the Steinmeyer Formula used in the Minsk format and attempted to call it Zelensky formula.
So... how do you make Ukraine great again and is it even possible, or is it too far gone?
The only time Ukraine was really and truly great and prosperous was when it was called Ukrainian Soviet Socialist Republic as part of the USSR. There was no other time in history a state by the name of 'Ukraine' ever existed, and no other time the area where it's located did well. Over 1000 years ago there was what is called ‘The Kievan Rus,’ operative word being ‘Rus’, as in “Russia.’
And that's you answer: to make Ukraine great again it has to rejoin Russia. But the big question is whether Russia wants Ukraine back?
Many think a much better solution is for the south and east to split from the rest and join Russia. The problem is that Ukraine is too destroyed due to their own ineptness and wholesale looting of the country, with hardly any infrastructure and not much of once flourishing industry left, and with a diminished agriculture. Russia can't take on such a burden, even if it's just the potentially richest and most promising parts of Ukraine. That's why Ukraine has a long and arduous road ahead, and it won't be fun.
The only way out for Ukraine and neighboring Moldova is to shift their direction completely, declare allegiance to Russia and then resign to living very modestly and frugally for at least 10-20 years, while working their asses off to rebuild their countries and not expecting any handouts from Russia.
However, most of those who are the best and most talented already left Ukraine and now are applying their talents elsewhere. Those who are left don't want to live humbly or poorly; they would also rather leave and make a new life abroad. That's why, unfortunately, Ukraine will be festering for a long time, while no one will want to fully claim it.
Ukraine bet on the wrong horse. This will eventually be resolved… But the road will be very rocky.
