​ HELSINKI SUMMIT'S EYE-OPENING LEAKS & CONSEQUENCES
(Donbass Referendum & Putin in Washington)

​We are beginning the Putin-Trump Helsinki Summit Series. I initially wanted to post one large report on the Summit. However, there are so many moving parts and new info is continuing to come in, including leaks and unexpected twists and developments, that I have decided to post a series of articles instead.

The White House has been incredibly tight-lipped about what was discussed behind Summit's closed doors. But some highly important leaks are appearing in Russia. More intel and twists may be coming in the next few days. It will be a lot better if I dedicate all next week to discussing different angles and various consequences of the Helsinki event. And believe me, there will be many, and far reaching!

There is a veritable intel avalanche coming from all directions in the Russian realm! We begin now with the news and leaks!

HELSINKI SUMMIT CONSEQUENCES: LATEST BREAKING NEWS & LEAKS
Will There Be New US-Russia Summit in Washington?

Official White House spokesperson Sarah Sanders officially confirmed that Trump 'asked John Bolton to officially invite President Putin to Washington in the fall and that preparations are already underway.' In Helsinki, per Sanders, POTUS agreed to 'ongoing continuing dialogue between the two security council staffs.'
@realDonaldTrump (Trump's personal Twitter account) tweeted: The Summit with Russia was a great success, except the real enemy of the people, the Fake News Media. I look forward to our second meeting.

LADA'S TAKE
So far, there is no response from Putin to this offer, and it is unclear whether he will agree to visit Washington.
To me this is one of those moves Trump is making to up his ratings among his supporters before mid-term elections. Trump's rating within Republican party has hit 80% mark (all time high), and that's the latest I've heard. This means that the Congress hopefuls from Republican party who want to be elected or re-elected need Trump's support, and in return they will have to support him.

In part Trump was elected because he promised better relations with Russia. Trump is being often called 'unpredictable.' Yes, he is making a lot of erratic and contradictory moves. Remember I told you in one of my previous Patreon articles why he is doing so. Like a boxer in the rink he is making all these moves to see where he may find an opening. There is no long-term plan, just a general feeling that the world is changing and somehow the US needs to be changed with it. We could also call it fishing: he casts his net widely to see what he might catch, not knowing exactly what will come up, but knowing there is fish in this pond to be had.

What Trump is doing is helping the Earth Shift, even if his actions are unconscious, or semi-conscious.
Once elections are over, Trump will be able to breathe easier and have more room for maneuver, provided his people win.
Because there is so much hysteria and howling in the US regarding this invitation, Trump appears to want to deliberately press forward for the Putin meeting in Washington. He will make it a point to insist on it to spite his domestic enemies, and to prove he is the boss. This, yet again will put him at odds with the establishment. He is more and more often compared to John Kennedy. We discussed the odds for his assassination and impeachment in ESW1, my interviews, and earlier Patreon articles. The point is: there will be a lot of to-and-fro, and the battle will be ongoing, as part of the Inverted Collapse and the Earth Shift! (We'll talk more about this in subsequent articles).

And Putin? He conducted a spectacular Helsinki Summit and I didn't expect any less of him (we'll discuss the whole spread, Putin's moves and their consequences in a couple of days).
The connection has been established, dialogue started and now 'the ball is in Trump's court,' as Putin astutely pointed out at the Summit, while presenting Trump with an official Russia 2018 World Cup soccer ball for his son. There will be many forces preventing Trump from implementing necessary steps to continue working with Russia.

Putin and his team will continue monitoring the situation and agree to Washington meeting only if Putin can get a definite advantage from it. However so far, I do not see Putin going to Washington this fall. I think Kremlin is skeptical about it and I don't think Putin considers Washington a good venue for the meeting. I wouldn't. A future meeting may take place on a neutral territory - this is harder to organize but is more likely. I would adopt a cautious wait and see attitude regarding the proposed Washington meeting. As I said, I don't see it at this time, also due to the risk to Putin personally.

Ukraine resolution is coming? A Kremlin Leak on Donbass Referendum Proposal

It has been leaked that Vladimir Putin announced during a meeting with top Russian diplomats on Thursday that he made a proposal during the closed meeting with Trump in Helsinki. The proposal was to conduct a referendum in Donbass in order to determine the status of Donbass within Ukraine. In other words, Putin proposed to Trump a REAL resolution of the Ukrainian crisis. If Donbass votes to stay with Ukraine as an autonomous region with broad local rights (or not), and this vote is internationally recognized, then arguably the war in Donbass can stop and everything returns to peaceful co-existence. The democratic principles are fulfilled as people express their opinion through direct voting, and the whole process, per Putin's proposal, is monitored by international monitors from US and EU.

Seemingly, what's not to like? Shouldn't any democratic leader of the 'free world' jump on such proposal?

Putin's offer to Trump was made behind closed doors and never made public. Moreover, Kremlin announced that they won't talk about what was discussed behind closed doors, to give Trump some time to mull it over and so he doesn't get in trouble with his opponents in the US (aka, neolibs, MSM and Dark State).

Therefore, the Donbass referendum leak was deliberate. Leaks like this don't happen by accident. Below, I'll tell you what I think happened here.

LADA'S TAKE
Per reports, Trump promised to think about it. At the same time, it's clear that Dark State, MSM and neoliberals/Russophobes of all shades will be up in arms and will try to kill the deal. Surely Putin knows this. However, Putin doesn't make such moves just for the sake of making them. Let's analyze and see what might be behind it.

I predicted that US/EU would eventually tire of Ukraine - that suitcase without a handle - having failed to morph it into a full-scale anti-Russia ram, despite all the billions invested into the project and despite all the ukro-nazis trained for that purpose. Having destroyed yet another country, as they did previously to so many other countries around the globe, now all the usual suspects -- US, Canada and EU (most notably, Brussels, Germany, Poland and Lithuania) -- can't wait to wash their hands. But they can't just leave Ukraine without falling hard on their face. To save face they need some sort of an out. Putin is giving them this out, by proposing the Donbass referendum.

But you'll recall my original Ukraine prediction! Despite the timeline shift, it still stands: UKRAINE WILL EVENTUALLY TURN BACK TO RUSSIA AND AWAY FROM THE WEST. Will it happen by the end of 2018, or later? Will it happen to a few most pro-Russian parts of Ukraine only? Will it happen gradually and slowly over the course of several years, oblast by oblast? Or will it be Ukraine as a whole, but years from now? Scenarios may differ, since Russia is also not ready to take Ukraine back, due to its severely destroyed economy and dumbfounded/brainwashed population. Still, the signs of a major turnaround in many areas, especially in the South and East, are very clear. People are just waiting for a sign to free themselves from the ukro-nazi Poroshenko regime. Once the process begins, there will be no turning back. This is why Putin also has to be very careful. Once Ukraine starts turning, it becomes Russia's responsibility. And we are talking a huge country, larger than France, with the population that is now at 26-30 million, but that could swell to 40 million if migrants start returning home. And they may, should Kiev junta be eliminated. This is why Putin must do it slowly and gradually. Ideally, Putin should negotiate in such a way that US/Canada/EU would share in the responsibility and cost of Ukraine's reconstruction: you broke it - you bought it! This is undoubtedly what Putin is trying to do, however, the EU and US don't want to pay up. And this is another reason Ukraine and Donbass may continue being in a limbo for some time, until the right circumstances arise.

This brings us to my other original Ukraine prediction, first made in early March of 2014 in the interview to The Plane Truth. No one listened, it appears, to that prediction - and the interviewer himself seemed to have dismissed it. And here it is: RUSSIA IS INTERESTED IN KEEPING UKRAINE WHOLE, AND NOT INTERESTED IN BREAKING IT UP. RUSSIA WANTS THE ENTIRE UKRAINE BACK, PERHAPS MINUS ITS WESTERN PART (but even that is debatable, although most people in Ukraine and Russia don't trust the ukro-nazi western Ukraine). In the same prediction I also said that there is no serious force in the world which wants Ukraine broken up, or is capable of it. By that, I of course mean those forces that matter, that have real power; not those who just have a wet dream of biting off a piece of Ukraine, such as Poland or Romania.  

This is important to understand: because of the sheer complexity of shifting the whole Ukraine, and due to the conflicting desires of many parties involved both inside and outside of Ukraine, the process may be delayed.

I can also see very clearly that Putin is trying to find a solution that would involve the US and Trump, who (again, my 2016-17 prediction) hates Poroshenko, Ukraine oligarchs and Kiev junta, even as he makes an effort not to show it publicly. But Trump never forgot that Poroshenko and Kiev ardently supported Hillary against him, and that Poroshenko personally was instrumental in igniting the scandal involving Trump's campaign manger Paul Manafort, thus conspiring to sabotage Trump's election. This will never be forgotten, and Poroshenko's attempts at kissing Trump's ass will not make up for it.

Poroshenko doesn't get it that the only reason he's still sitting in his chair is because the real adults in the room are taking a pause, while they decide what to do with Ukraine. Once the consensus has been reached, he is out. The longer various Russophobic forces in the US and EU resist this resolution, the longer Ukraine's agony will continue and the longer Poroshenko will be able to linger. However, one day it'll come to an end.

But here is another part of the puzzle: gradually, US and EU are losing interest in Ukraine. At the same time, the problems associated with Inverted Collapse continue multiplying, and one day, the West simply will be too preoccupied with their own internal crises, and won't be able to pay attention to Ukraine. Once left alone, the people of Ukraine will be in a much better position to resolve their issues.

But back to Putin's Donbass referendum proposal. First, let me say that the people of Donbass themselves aren't really interested in re-joining Ukraine, no matter how broad of an autonomy they are promised. Too much blood has been spilled by Kiev in Donbass. Kiev is not trusted by the Donbass people at all, who know that once Kiev junta gets control of the region they will begin a bloody ukro-nazi terror against those who disagree with them.

So, it's clear why Donbass isn't interested in being with Kiev, and therefore, why they are questioning the referendum.
But shouldn't Kiev, US and EU rejoice, since it gives a chance for Kiev to get Donbass back legitimately and democratically?
But not so fast...

Pompeo already came out and said that US is against Donbass referendum and 'will continue supporting and supply arms to Kiev, which Obama administration hasn't done.' And hopefully, said Pompeo, 'the Donbass situation will eventually get resolved by itself' (LR: obviously it'll resolve magically, just because Pompeo has wished so). The whole Pompeo speech sounds like a farce, designed to take swipes at Obama and democrats in the ongoing inner political struggle. It is NOT designed to resolve the situation in Ukraine and Donbass. As we see, US could care less about the people they helped plunge into this endless crisis.

There has been no comment from Trump so far.

Now, let's consider Kiev's reaction: it was hysterical to the extreme, and suddenly Kiev remembered about Minsk agreements of which they normally conveniently forget. That's already good.

My conclusion is that the Donbass referendum leak was done in order to gauge reaction from both Kiev and the EU, as well as certain circles in the US, as to Ukraine and Donbass. The goal is to determine whether US/EU would still protect Kiev and Poroshenko, and to what degree.

This leak has also been a means to show the EU that there is another force, namely US, whom EU has tried to keep away from the Minsk process under Obama. Minsk agreement is presently being ignored by Kiev completely, and the time has come to rethink its future. There are opposing forces in the EU, some of which want to get rid of Ukraine ASAP, while others want to hold on to it, but don't know how to manage that suitcase without a handle. However, generally EU may just be ready to start releasing Ukraine.
Besides, EU is still in utter shock from Trump's performance at NATO Summit and in the UK.

As a confirmation: so far, there really isn't much reaction from the EU to the Donbass referendum leak, except from Italy.
Italy drops the bomb: Deputy PM & Minister of Interior Matteo Salvini recognizes Crimea as part of Russia, condemns Kiev junta and is for the Donbass referendum

Although Italy so far hasn't voted in the EU to stop anti-Russian sanctions (one of the new Italian government winning consortium's campaign promises), Italian government and personally Deputy PM Salvini continues criticizing sanctions, calling them wrong and hurting Italian business (true).

In his interview to Washington Post Salvini said that Crimea is Russia because there was a legitimate referendum with 90% of voters voting to secede from Ukraine and join Russia, and it is also historically Russian land, with people speaking Russian. (LR: I could add that Odessa, Kherson, Nikolaev, Kharkov, Donbass, Dnepropetrovsk, Cherningov and Kiev itself are also historically Russian lands). Salvini went on to call the Kiev Maidan 2014 a 'fake revolution sponsored from abroad.' (LR: Salvini is our kind of guy).

Salvini also said that Donbass referendum is a good idea. As a consequence, Kiev hysteria reached new levels and the Italian ambassador was called 'on the carpet' to Ukrainian foreign ministry, while Ukraine FM Klimkin called Italian Deputy PM insane (LR: how very diplomatic).

CONCLUSIONS
So far, as we see, the leak was successful and it achieved its goals, clarifying that:
1. Ukraine is mortally afraid of the referendum, knowing that Donbass will vote against re-uniting with Kiev.
2. US establishment is afraid of the same, as voiced by State Sec. and Russophobe Mike Pompeo, since they know that the referendum result will only strengthen Russia and put the US in a very awkward position. After all, the US has been supporting the war of Kiev against Donbass and supplying arms to the junta for that purpose.
3. EU's reaction is so far practically non-existent, showing how little EU cares about Ukraine, being preoccupied with own problems.
4. Italy is harbinger of the Earth Shift in the EU - and more to follow!

The consequences of the Putin-Trump Helsinki Summit will be far reaching, complex and fast-shifting. So far I have not seen a single report or analysis, which would attempt to analyze the Summit and its consequences in all its details and complexity.

INTRO

It has been almost a week since the Putin-Trump Helsinki Summit. The dust has settled sufficiently to look at it as a whole and determine what long-term consequences it will have. The consequences have only begun showing up. It's like a constantly budding tree, with branches, new leaves and flowers showing up every day in all expected and unexpected places. The possibilities of the future developments are endless. As of now, we have only begun scratching the surface of the future potentialities, embedded into this groundbreaking Summit by those who cleverly masterminded it.

WARNING! Timeline Shifts!

We are in the midst of the Great Earth Shift. It's like being in the eye of a storm. Many things around us are changing, and will continue changing. Much of what we are discussing below is very fluid and before all is said and done, much of what was announced today, may be retracted or denied tomorrow. Therefore, the statements made by Trump, Putin, what's announced by the MSM, may sometimes be designed to confuse and mislead on purpose. This is necessary so adversaries wouldn't be able to regroup and act quickly. I am doing my best to sift through all the conflicting intel and signals out there. But do keep in mind that some of the things may change. The Helsinki Summit was the first step, which was very hard to make. There will be other steps, no matter how Dark State and its agents resist. How and where these steps take place -- we'll see that soon enough. 

Before we proceed to analyzing the Summit and its many branching out consequences, I have to mention that we are also experiencing an unusual amount of 'TEMPORAL DISTURBANCES' (my term), which may manifest as the shifting timelines. Small timeline shifts are happening frequently at this time, and they confuse matters further. I'll have a separate Patreon post soon on these very interesting issues.

Consequently, the issues we are discussing here are some of the most complex, confusing, and contradictory I've ever seen. Nothing at this point is set in stone. This time reminds me of the late 1930s, before the start of WWII. There is also a resemblance with the beginning of the 20th century, up to the start of WWI. However, as I many times told you before, this time I do not anticipate a world war. One of Putin's main missions in this life is not only to facilitate Russia the Great Balanacer's stabilization and rise, but also to prevent WWIII.

However, expect constant ongoing shifts and changes (some of the anticipated changes I'll demonstrate to you throughout this piece). 
As a separate point, during the Summit several jaw-dropping things took place: 
1. Trump behaved decently, in absolutely stark contrast to how he treated USA's European allies. 
2. Trump sided with Putin, lashing out at the US MSM and taking swipes at the work of the US intelligence and security agencies (some of which he backtracked on later - as I predicted he would). 
3. Trump attempted to put a wedge between Russia and China, and indirectly between Russia and Germany/EU during the Summit and before, during his UK and Brussels/NATO trip (also as predicted).
4. Trump and Putin had spent 2 hours and 10 minutes together tet-a-tet, instead of pre-planned 1.5 hours. This is almost unheard of and demonstrates the level of confidential meeting of the minds between the two. 
This tet-a-tet time worries neoliberals and Dark State so much they are now talking about making Trump's personal interpreter testify and reveal what was discussed. (Between us, I don't think it'll happen because it's not practical: a synchronous translator doesn't remember the deep intricacies of a conversation, especially this long; her job is to focus on translating each word and sentence as accurately as possible, and then move on to the next one. I don't think she'll be made testify, unless they pull yet another bomb of accusations and scandals out of a hat. I hope not, but they are going so crazy, so hysterical, that I wouldn't be surprised if they do. They sure would poison the life of that poor Trump's translator.) 
5. Most expected Putin to attend the Summit as someone who's polite, but who is expecting Trump to make the first step by offering something tangible to Russia. And if you recall, I said in previous analytical article that Trump hardly has anything to offer Russia. This remains entirely true, as Trump truly offered nothing of consequence to Russia. That said, there could have been some things involving Ukraine and Syria, which may have been discussed behind closed doors.

Ukraine/Poroshenko side note

I'll talk more on that below, but here I'll just mention that it is my firm conviction that Trump has every intention to shed Ukraine as a non-performing asset, and that he personally despises Poroshenko and other Ukraine politicians and oligarchs. He was forced to meet with Poroshenko for show, but he would rather have him in jail. This is the multidimensional energy I am perceiving, but of course, there is no tangible proof of that. However, Trump's position and his tight Dark State 'straitjacket' are preventing him from make any drastic moves. Moreover, Ukraine in his book is such inconsequential entity that he hardly thinks it necessary to make waves around it. He'd rather pretend it does not exist for now, in the hopes it'll somehow get resolved later. Putin understood that and offered some things to Trump in the attempt to get this hard and uncomfortable topic going. However, as you'll see below, it didn't work that well.

6. As usual, Vladimir Putin surprised everyone, including me (well, a little). He assertively took the lead; he very unexpectedly and skilfully used the Summit to turn many unfavorable situations around the world in Russia's favor, demonstrating yet again that he really is unsurpassed Grand Master (which, incidentally is yet another thing infuriating the Dark State & US elites). 
As I told you in previous posts, it is a highly abnormal situation when leaders of two superpowers don't meet for years. It is dangerous for the whole world. During this time of the Great Earth Shift, they should be meeting more often than usual. Instead, the EU-US Russophobes, neolibs and Obama completely closed down all channels of communication. 

Putin and Trump both used this Summit to begin re-establishing the old channels and creating new ones.
The point made by Putin was: yes, we have many things on which we continue to disagree, but let's see where we can find common ground. Therefore, Putin and his people went ahead and put together a package of common goals and common targets.
IMPORTANT! Hardly anything of what Putin presented to Trump was on the agenda. Meanwhile, some of the things that were anticipated to be on the agenda, weren't. Lavrov complained publicly that the usual preparation for the Summit, where the agenda would be normally worked out, was sabotaged by the US. Whenever the expert groups would meet, any proposals by the Russian side would be rejected by the US side. Pompeo canceled his pre-Summit meeting with Lavrov. Therefore, most of what was discussed was new and unrehearsed for Trump. 

The above just goes to show that Trump continues being surrounded by Dark State, even among his closest people! 
Trump also previously complained that US intelligence agencies don't give him accurate information. This is part of Trump's conflict with said agencies, and this is why he has made it public and international. I have to say it's very dangerous, and it's not by accident that he is being compared to Kennedy.  

From this it follows that personal meetings between leaders of major countries, in this case between Putin and Trump, are paramount. The old international system, put together during the 1945 Yalta Conference between Stalin, Roosevelt and Churchill, is falling apart. NWO has tried to install a different Western globalist system, which was rejected by humanity.
Present day situation is characterized by a fast shifting and all-encompassing changes in all spheres of human and earthly existence. I call this system of major changes upon us the Great Earth Shift. 

The ultimate goal of the Great Earth Shift is for a higher consciousness to emerge on our planet. The current stage of this process includes major changes in international relations, the rise of the Great Balancer and gradual collapse of the Western powers, which can be accompanied by a lot of confusion. In the crazy situation that it developing in the West as part of the Inverted Collapse, such personal meetings may be the only way to receive accurate information and make correct decisions.  

7. Putin's billion-dollar gifts
Putin used the Summit to convey to Trump several very important messages. He made Trump several generous offers of trust and cooperation, which are very lucrative and compelling. Which ones will pan out - not clear at this point, but the potential is staggering. There is a lot of skepticism as to what Trump will be able to accomplish and push through. But the very fact that these offers were made, speaks volumes. 
In this report I'll tell you what these gifts are, how Trump reciprocated, and what the global implications of this exchange may be.

REACTION TO HELSINKI SUMMIT: AMERICAN PERSPECTIVE

You all know very well what the reaction to the Helsinki Summit has been in the US. In addition to multiple scandals and wholesale bashing of Trump, he is now being accused of treason and branded loser. This is the reaction of the neoliberal MSM and politicians. There was one moment during Putin-Trump joint press conference, which USA's intelligence and security agencies collectively cannot forgive Trump. It was when he sided with Putin, who said that Russian state and Russian government never interfered in US elections. In response to a US journalist's question, Trump said that he saw no reason why Russia would interfere, directly opposing the view of the FBI and CIA. During the same press-conference, he also harshly criticized the behavior of the US intelligence services and the behavior of the US 'fake news MSM.' 

He came home to a new avalanche of bashing and accusations, which Trump anticipated. Pre-Summit he preemptively tweeted to the effect that even if he brought home Moscow on a platter, MSM would criticize him for also not bringing St. Petersburg.

New scandals (real and imaginary) have been pulled out of a hat. Russian student in Washington, Maria Butina (not by accident, a very suspicious resemblance of Putin's last name, just one letter difference) was arrested ON THE DAY of the Helsinki Summit, just as the press conference was taking place. She was accused of being an unregistered Russian agent, but treated as a spy. There is a big difference legally between being an unregistered foreign agent and a spy, and US crossed that legal line. 

I am preparing a separate CLOAK & DAGGER post about Butina and a corresponding Russian secret op, which revealed a group of high-profile US operatives in Russia. Russian mirror reaction to Butina's arrest may have very long-reaching consequences for a certain, very special area of the US-Russia relations. MORE IN THE DEDICATED POST, which will be part of this new serialized ESR23!  

What is happening is in complete alignment with all my Trump and Russia predictions since 2016. Here is that ugly Dark State 'straitjacket' again. Here is that 2016-17 prediction that 'Trump will be in the fight for his life throughout his presidency.' And here is what I said in my most recent Trump post on Patreon: Russia has to expect that after coming back from Helsinki Trump will backtrack on his words and promises. Trump already backtracked on his statement that he doesn't see Russian interference in the US elections. I misspoke and it should've been a double negative, he said apologetically: "there is no reason Russia wouldn't have interfered in US elections." (A double negative is considered a very poor grammar by any standards). 

This awkward save calmed down the critics just a little. I would expect Trump backtracking on some more promises he made to Putin. Yet, the Helsinki Summit overall is still a huge victory. Even the fact that they were able to meet, and speak tet-a-tet for over two hours, is a major step forward. The very fact that they discussed all major global issues and were able to come to certain initial understandings, is a victory for both Trump and Putin on behalf of their respective countries, and for the benefit of the world as a whole. 

It is clear who doesn't want the world to be a better place: all those Dark State-related MSM, politicians, neoliberals and intelligence services, and as a separate category, also the global financial elites.
Trump is trying to consolidate around himself the manufacturing elites, as well as the simple hard-working and conservative Americans, plus the US Army and Pentagon. He has succeeded in much of that.

REFRESHER LADA RAY PREDICTIONS & NEW IN-DEPTH CHECKLIST!

-- First of all, let me say that I am happy that many have begun using my term 'Dark State' along with or instead of 'deep state.' I first publicly proposed this term in my interview to The Plane Truth in 2016-17, after my release of ESR16 and ESW1 on US elections and Trump.
I have seen the term Dark State used on Twitter, in American and Russian MSM and Russian TV political debate shows. I think it's a much more accurate term to define what's happening and why. 

-- One of my Patreon followers wrote to me, saying that Trump 'is a mystery.' Many appear to think this way, since his behavior is unpredictable. Yet, I would say, he is the most predictable of the US presidents since, perhaps, Roosevelt. 

One: he is trying as much as possible to fulfill his campaign promises, which keeps his support among his constituents. 
Two: if you work from my original predictions (SEE ESR16 and ESW1) that Trump is in the Dark State's 'straitjacket' and in a fight for his life, it's very easy to understand why he has to act unpredictably - to stay one step ahead of his persecutors and critics. 
Three: I more recently (SEE my Patreon posts about Trump) said that Trump admires Putin and he has learned a lot from him. Throwing off your opponent and then making a winning chess move is Putin the Grand Master's old technique. Putin takes his sweet time, but he does it very elegantly and naturally, and the results are always stellar and unexpected. Trump is a different person and he's mimicking this technique according to his fiery temperament, to the extent he can in his environment and with his capability. 
Four: If you are familiar with my EARTH SHIFT THEORY and practice, you will understand why Trump doesn't always know how exactly to act, thus making his actions seem erratic. You'll also understand why I call Trump 'the Earth Shift Agent Extraordinaire'  and why I also call him 'the American Gorbachev' (I see some in Russia began using this term - MORE in an upcoming post!).

-- My new prediction on Trump, to clarify all the above: 
Trump will always feel like a mixed bag: win some - lose some. His actions will continue to seem erratic (one step forward, one step back and one sideways - repeat many times). This is all because he is unable to act any other way in the fast-changing reality, which he only partially understands.

Trump is a very strong, and let's say, aloof persona. Perhaps, this is the only type of person who could take US through this stage of the Earth Shift. The US is lost, its elites and political class don't know what's happening and why the power they used to take for granted is slipping between their fingers (they would if they understood my Earth Shift Theory!). 

Trump's intuition and his multidimensional programming as an Earth Shift agent extraordinaire allow him to maneuver between Scylla and Charybdis, so far without too many bruises. He will have many more pitfalls and many more difficult, dangerous and conflicting situations to go through during his presidency, as predicted in ESW1: WILL TRUMP SURVIVE HIS FIRST TERM.

REACTION TO THE SUMMIT: RUSSIAN PERSPECTIVE

In short, Russian reaction to the Summit ranges from distrustful and cautiously skeptical, to moderately optimistic and even euphoric. In their own way, all these reactions are correct, depending on how you look at the issue. Overall what happened at the Summit and its consequences are complex. 

Russians are correct to distrust Americans - they have seen US flip-flop on promises too many times in the past. At the same time, the very fact that Trump wants to meet and that two leaders are able to talk and agree on things is already a major win, and that deserves a degree of optimism. Mostly, the rational and cautiously optimistic approach is the best one, since two superpowers must find a way to communicate and find some common grounds, to avoid the dreaded global conflict. Pouting at each other won't work. 

The most important thing is that Putin and Russians have finally learned a big lesson. Never give advances to those who have betrayed your trust more than once. Putin clearly conveyed to Trump that any actions and any cooperation will be conducted based only on principle of reciprocity. Such as the US wanting to interview Russian citizens. Sure, says Putin, your investigators can be present while we interview our citizens, but only in exchange for Russian investigators being present during interviews of Americans wanted in Russia (read a complete account of the  Browder/ McFaul case below).  

Another, equally important thing is that Putin, the overachiever, yet again surprised on the upside. He did something no one expected. He came bearing billion-dollar gifts and a serious leg up for Trump. Will Trump, Republicans and US be able to recognize these gifts, and use them to best advantage? The jury is still out, but the first step has been made.

DONBASS REFERENDUM & PROPOSAL FOR THE US TO PARTICIPATE IN UKRAINE/DONBASS PEACE NEGOTIATIONS PROCESS

New info on the referendum issue: there is presently silence on both Russian and US sides regarding referendum. It is now being denied publicly this issue was raised. To me it looks like US is trying to pacify Kiev (read in above post about Kiev's hysteria), as well as the international ukro-nazi elements and their supporters (such as McCain, Obama, Nuland, Clinton, Trudeau and pro-Bandera Canadian elites) many of which are embedded in the US and Canada. 

In addition, Putin also made an offer for the US/Trump to engage in Ukraine/Donbass peace process. At the very least, this issue was breached in their tet-a-tet discussion.

For years we were told that only Minsk agreements, which no one observes, are valid. US was deliberately excluded from the Minsk agreements (and from the Normandy format) since both Russia and EU were mad at USA's meddling in Ukraine's affairs under Obama. However, it has been proven that Germany/France don't have a real influence on Ukraine/Poroshenko. Moreover, they basically lost interest in Ukraine (also being angry at Poroshenko/Ukraine/ukro-nazis for their actions in regards to many issues, including Nord Stream-2). The EU is tired of Ukraine, yet they don't know how to get rid of it. 

In this situation, Trump, who unlike Obama, wasn't implicated in the Kiev Maidan coup, can be a good counterbalance. As I said, Russia is not ready to take on Ukraine, and deal with its destroyed economy and infrastructure. Russia wants US/EU to continue carrying Ukraine (you broke it - you bought it). In addition, the Kiev junta is only listening to the US, not so much the EU or Germany, even less so, France. That's why it is very logical to involve US fully in the peace process and make them pull their weight. 

Of course, Merkel and Macron are up in arms regarding this offer. But let's face it, just like years ago (and as predicted) most global geopolitical issues are still decided between two superpowers: USA and Russia. 
Due diligence: I have to add that my close observation of the evolution of Poroshenko and Kiev junta shows that even the US influence on Kiev is waning. Junta feels that they are being slowly abandoned by those who they thought would finance and love them if they delivered Ukraine as anti-Russian ram to the West. 

Per my original 2014 predictions: Putin and Russia slowly, carefully, using all peaceful and quiet means at their disposal, continue rebalancing the situation in Ukraine in Russia's favor. Russia will continue patiently doing so, while at the same time facilitating the Earth Shift, until the new balance has been achieved in Eurasia and the entire world. 

My original prediction stands that Ukraine (or the country(s) to emerge in its stead) will eventually join Eurasian Union. However, the nazi pollution and mess in Ukraine, facilitated by the outside forces, turned out to be a lot worse than originally anticipated. Once all these filthy and dark elements are dealt with, the population of Ukraine will yet again be able to be themselves. Malorossians, Novorossians and Russins are as a rule good and hard-working people. Once they are freed from the mass MK-ultra psychosis imposed on them from abroad, they will quickly restore their country, with some help from Russia. They have a great potential; after all, even if some of them have forgotten it, they are also Russians and they remain a part of the Great Balancer. 

The Great Balancer is multidimensionally designed and karmically pre-destined to bounce back from any adversity much faster than anyone can imagine. 

I also want to reiterate two recent stark warnings by Putin to Kiev and Poroshenko:
~ If Kiev begins another war against Donbass, it will lose its sovereignty.
~ If Ukraine joins NATO, there will be dire consequences. 

To conclude this controversial subject, one thing happened that went unnoticed by most. Before the referendum leak was floated, Kiev adamantly announced that Minsk agreements on Donbass were dead. Kiev tried to perform the strategy of 'leapfrogging': taking over Donbass villages in the so called 'gray zone.' Dozens of villages were illegally taken over by Kiev that way. US and EU were also showing signs of not adhering to Minsk agreements, which imply Ukraine stopping the shelling of Donbass, changing its constitution to accommodate Donbass, broad amnesty and conducting elections where Donbass people could vote freely. Kiev has refused to do any of that. As a result of the 'referendum scare' Kiev and EU are suddenly remembering Minsk agreements and talking about their implementation. At the very minimum, as a result of the 'referendum leak' there could be a revival of the Minsk process, and something positive may come out of it (although I don't expect too much at this time).
To finish this part off, it has to be noted that Trump during official joint Helsinki press conference didn't say a word about Ukraine, which in itself is a signal to Kiev and Poroshenko.

HOW TO SOLVE SYRIA REFUGEE CRISIS: RUSSIA DELIVERS RESULTS, WHILE EU AND US SIT ON THEIR ASSES!
PUTIN PROPOSES TO TRUMP A JOINT RUSSIA-US HUMANITARIAN PROGRAM TO RESETTLE SYRIAN REFUGEES & TO END SYRIAN WAR

This one isn't a leak or speculation - this was clearly announced by Putin!
This is a bomb of a plan, and the fact that Putin offered Trump to share in its implementation means that Putin is trying to give a leg up to Trump, raising his status internationally. 
Europeans are yelling and fighting over the inflow of refugees and migrants from the Middle East and they promise billion-dollar bribes to Erdogan/Turkey and other countries to keep refugees within Middle East borders. 
Incidentally, the reason Merkel and other EU elites are acting so incongruently on the refugee subject is very simple: it's the collective profound guilt talking. Merkel is acting out her personal and many Germans' genetic guilt over WWII, thinking that accepting refugees would allow her and her nation atone for past sins. It doesn't - it only makes her look even more incongruent. And Western Europe as a whole is acting out its colonial guilt.

Eastern Europe (Poland, Hungary, Czechia and Slovakia) are throwing tantrums because they never profited and never had the chance to colonize and rob other countries as well as others. In their mind, why would they share in the guilt? Forget 'European solidarity' proclaimed by Merkel and Brussels. These silly Eu politicians never understood that countries like Poland joined EU to get fat perks and money inflows, paid by the German taxpayers, and they would express 'unity and solidarity' only to the extent it suits their interests. 
PREDICTION: This alone tells us that the EU project isn't viable, but it will take some years to either completely rework or disband it. Most likely it'll be very slowly rotting away until one day all of Europe wakes up to a completely different world, with EU in name only. This process is already underway.

US and Trump are simply acting the way the US always acts: we are above it all, we are on an island, and therefore, we are pretty safe. 
It is only Russia who has taken real action in Syria, made sure the war is over and offered a real humanitarian plan and real resolution of Syrian crisis. 

By now, 90% of Syria is under Syrian Army control, and in the past month the liberation has expedited. Most ISIS-controlled lands have been retaken and practically all 'moderate' rebels chose to negotiate with the government. It would have never happened if Russians didn't broker these deals. Assad has reclaimed the control of Jordanian border - a very big deal, which allows millions of Syrians, who have escaped to Jordan, return home. 

So far, Putin's proposal was confirmed and agreed to by Trump. Trump also made a very interesting comment, saying that the cooperation and trust between US and Russian militaries in Syria is a lot better than cooperation between countries in general. 

Incidentally, this confirms what I've been saying to you since my 2015 ESR5: SYRIA GAME CHANGER, where I predicted that Russian and US jets and troops in Syria will meticulously cooperate in order to avoid any potential mutual conflict. Throughout the whole Syria war this was the case. This again confirms one of my original 2014 predictions that Russia and US will never be in a direct military conflict, or said another way, there will never be WWIII (because Russia-US direct conflict automatically means a world war). 

Another moment worth mentioning is the humanitarian aid to Syria. All this time, the UN aid was directed only to the areas NOT controlled by Assad government. If I was a conspiracy fan, I'd say it was a clear conspiracy. Only Russian aid went to Assad-controlled territories. It became ridiculous, when UN truck convoys did everything in order NOT to distribute aid to those territories liberated by Syrian army, but gladly went to those controlled by various rebels. 

Putin said this needed to change, and Russia indicated in the UNSC that such inequitable distribution of aid won't be tolerated any more. 

By offering Trump participation in the correct re-distribution of aid, plus participation in returning refugees back home, Putin included Trump in humanitarian efforts that are both reasonable and beneficial for everyone. US has a chance to stop being a super-bully and begin acting like a benevolent force for good. This Putin's gift is worthy of a king, by all accounts. 

Basically, Putin said: you want to make up and restore relations? Fine, how about you show us some good will in a place where it's neutral and easier to do. This gift simultaneously offers US an opportunity to begin acting together, not against each other, in the UN. And it offers Trump a chance to make good on his promise to leave Syria, while also repaying a small portion of the debt US owes to Syria. It also gives US/Trump a choice to either bypass European and NATO allies, or include them in the project. 

That said, I'm sure Russia will attempt to fully include Europe and UN in this humanitarian effort as well - the more the merrier. 
Essentially, the Helsinki Summit podium was used by Putin to advertise this new initiative by Russia to the world. EU benefits tremendously from this Russian project: it will alleviate hugely, and likely eliminate, the migrant pressure on Europe. However, the EU has become so infested with crazed Russophobia that the old elites do not perceive anything coming from Russia in a positive light. The EU needs a change of elites in order to see the light, and this change has already begun in Italy.

**As an aside, I want to mention that Greece, which had once a potential for leading the way through Grexit, has now completely succumbed to Brussels, Merkel and Dark State. Simultaneously, there is a worsening of Russia-Greece relations. Very sad. Russians hope for an improvement of the traditionally good relations soon, but Greece is an inherently weak country. We'll see where all this leads.

How much will Trump be able to commit to the Syrian refugee resettlement effort, and whether he'll be allowed to do anything, remains a question. 
In Helsinki Putin explained to Trump the Russian plan to return millions of Syrian refugees back home. During the Syrian civilian/ISIS war 7 million people left Syria. The areas taken over by ISIS and various militants often lost most of the population. In order to rebuild Syria they need to return home. Syria needs much help with resources and Russia alone is unable to do everything. Russia signaled that US and EU participation is welcome, but no one will wait for them to begin getting off their rear ends. Just a couple days after Helsinki, Russia began implementing the Putin humanitarian plan on her own: Watch this explicit Vesti video.

**Side note - in the news: The infamous White Helmets, financed by the UK and other Western countries and frequently seen working with ISIS, have been urgently evacuated from Syria. Now that the Syrian army took over most of Syrian territory, Israel evacuated 450 of the pretend White Helmet 'humanitarians', who were caught on camera rejoicing at ISIS executions and making fake footage of false flag gas attacks, to be blamed on Assad. Per reports, they'll be given asylums and resettled in various Western countries.

RUSSIA'S OFFER FOR THE US TO JOIN THE EXCLUSIVE OIL & NATURAL RESOURCES CLUB (Russia, Saudi Arabia, OPEC)

This is even more a King's gift than the previous one! 

As of 2018, according to data supplied by the US, its oil production exceeds that of Saudi Arabia and Russia, two top producers. The difference is that US consumes most of the oil it produces. But US is also exporting more and more oil. 
The natural gas situation is similar - more is supposedly being produced, however US only has the unhealthy for the environment and more expensive fracking LNG gas. I have my doubts as to the true amounts of natural gas produced by the US; the numbers seem overstated. 
The US oil production is on the rise, that part is true. Because of the rising production and fast growing US oil exports, USA began signaling in the past several years that it has a diminishing need in Saudi oil. The purchases of Saudi oil by the US are declining, which is one of the reasons Saudis are unhappy with the US. 

But here is one question to ponder: despite the fact that USA quietly became an oil (and supposedly, also natural gas) superpower, have you ever seen it being regarded as such? Have you even seen US being accepted as an equal in the exclusive oil producing and exporting club? 

Recent decisions on regulating global oil prices were made essentially by two countries: Saudi Arabia and Russia. There are regular Russia-OPEC meetings.
The US is never consulted, nor invited to the meetings. Meanwhile, US is the world's largest consumer, and now apparently producer, of oil. 
Putin's next multi-billion-dollar gift to Trump, which should have pleased Trump's businessman soul immensely, was Russia's invitation to join the exclusive Oil Club. The info is extremely scarce, but I'd say it was an invitation to join the exclusive Natural Resources (Oil and Nat. Gas) club. Instead of fighting over Nord Stream-2, would there be a way to work on various beneficial projects together? 
This was a truly generous offer, which would benefit both Russia and US and which, incidentally would neutralize US/Trump's resistance to Nord Stream-2. A brilliant, brilliant move on Putin's part: including Trump and showing respect, where Trump feels the US has been slighted and shunned. 

But again, will Trump be able to practically respond to it? The jury is out. This said, Putin always overdelivers, and then some. If he decided to make such offer, all necessary calculations have been made ahead of time. 
The fact that Trump is super-interested in another meeting in Washington this fall, indicates that he wants to hear more and see how else the cooperation between Russia and US can be built. 
Again, let's be cautiously optimistic and adopt a monitor and see attitude.

**Side note: next Summit in Washington? 
As to the next summit in Washington, I see that many of my readers have a negative reaction to this idea. 
First of all, I don't think Putin and his people would agree to anything even remotely risky. I also, to be absolutely honest, do not think Putin's trip to US would result in personal danger for him. Any problem with Putin's safety would automatically result in Russian all-out attack on the US. It has been already reluctantly admitted by the US that new cutting-edge Russian weapons are far superior to anything US and NATO possess. I don't think anyone in the US is that stupid. 

The reason why traditionally it's a good idea to visit each other on native territory is because better plans can be made and more can be accomplished. Also, more minds can be won on either side. 
That said, emotionally, I agree with you all: I wouldn't want Putin visiting US at this stage and with this kind of attitude by the US Dark State elites. It's just unpleasant. 
Another thing that has been leaked is that Trump may reciprocate and visit Russia next. I agree this would have been a lot safer for both of them, but that would also subject Trump to more attacks at home. Two words: Trump's straitjacket!

Meet William Browder, Soros 2.0!
Operation Quake: How to overthrow Putin and start a color revolution in Russia

You've heard me mention these names before. I even had an exchange on Twitter with McFaul, who denied he was instrumental in preparation of a color revolution during his tenure as US ambassador to Russia under Obama (and who is also Obama's personal friend). McFaul is now banned from entering Russia. It is alleged by the Russian investigators that he worked with Browder to undermine Russian political system. 

Browder and Hermitage Capital were mentioned by me more than once. Essentially, Hermitage Capital served as a multi-billion-dollar front for elicit activities in preparation for a color revolution in Russia, in order to overthrow Putin and his government. 
Browder and his Hermitage Capital cronies are wanted in Russia on charges of tax evasion and money laundering. During Helsinki presser, Putin said that Browder is accused of illegally siphoning $1.5 billion out of Russia, while no taxes were paid. But this is only the tip of the iceberg. In reality, it's much, much bigger. If you recall my novel THE EARTH SHIFTER, I based my main oligarch character, Konukovsky, partly on Russian oligarchs and partly on Browder. There are certain echoes to the Hermitage case in the book. 

In reality, Browder was the driving force behind so-called 'Operation Quake,' which was made public by a team of Russian investigative journalists. I followed the Operation Quake revelations when they first appeared on Russian TV and in press. Judging by how massively, viciously and immediately those findings were attacked by Russian pro-West neoliberals, Browder himself and his friend Navalny's cronies on MSM and social media, these findings were much closer to the truth than many realized.  

Per Russian investigation, Operation Quake involved training and financing various anti-Russian and anti-Putin activities, such as protests, school and university programs, TV and media, with the idea of building up discontent in order to start color revolution in Russia. The most valuable asset recruited by Browder was Russian scandalous opposition 'revolutionary,' Alexei Navalny. Navalny seems to deny his cooperation and accepting money from Browder (yet, the surprisingly well-coordinated social media campaign designed to discredit the Russian Browder/Navalny findings is very suspicious). 
Per Russian investigative journalists the biggest secret of the Operation Quake was a very convoluted scheme in which minority shares of the most prominent Russian companies were purchased by various front persons and organizations. These purchases were financed by Browder. 

After a person or organization established themselves as a minority shareholder in a major publicly traded Russian company, such as Lukoil, Gazprom or any other, such new shareholder would suddenly begin protesting that the rights of 'minority shareholders' were denied in this company. They would begin a very loud campaign, in which they would seek to unite all 'minority shareholders' to sue the company for this or that. Navalny was famous for these lawsuits in the 2000s. Using Western legal practices, Browder trained Navalny and others how to use legal system to blackmail Russian oligarchs and large companies. 

The main goal of this mafia-style racket was to put the owners and Russia's rich into such position where they would do whatever Navalny and Browder demanded, to avoid a public lawsuit or scandal, which could damage the company's reputation and plunge the stock price. This arm twisting was the first step in compelling Russia's oligarchs and the rich to betray Russia. Goal number two was to tie them up with blood, in order to make them finance a future color revolution and regime change in Russia. 
This is, in short, the Hermitage/Browder story.  
Incidentally, something similar, but with variations, was performed in Ukraine - with great success. In Russia is failed completely.

​In exchange for allowing Russian investigators to be present during interviews of Browder, McFaul and others implicated in the Quake/Hermitage scandal, Putin promised to give the US investigators access to the Russian investigators' interviews of 12 Russians accused of interference in US elections. 

A very fair and equitable offer, I'd say. During the joint press conference, Trump was seen nodding with great interest and in agreement, while Putin was making this public offer. Putin made it a point to mention that the embattled William Browder -- an ex-UK, now US citizen, who seems to be hiding out in the UK, unless he is again in the US -- not only never paid taxes on $1.5 billion he siphoned out of Russia, but he also contributed $400,000 out of that money to Hillary Clinton campaign. 

Putin misspoke; he said that 'Browder contributed $400 million to Clinton campaign. Later, Russian Attorney General's office clarified that it was in fact $400,000. Attorney General (Russian: Generalny Prokuror) also made public the list of those Americans Russian investigators are very interested in interviewing, including McFaul and Browder himself.

The mistake notwithstanding, it was Putin's brilliant gift to Trump, which could potentially allow him to go after both Browder and Hillary. I don't know if Trump will ever be able to utilize this gift, considering how viciously neoliberals and Dark State protect their assets.

RUSSIA-US-CHINA TRIANGLE (predicted by me in my novel The Earth Shifter, 2012)

This should be no surprise. The Earth Shift is advancing, Russia and China's relationship is getting stronger. US dollar is still relevant, but it's becoming a little less relevant every day. Trump understands what a very close alliance of Russia-China means for the waning sole superpower. US/Trump tried to break up this alliance. It was very easy to predict that such attempt was destined to fail. If you can't beat them, join them. The logic is that in the multipolar world, you need the three legs to stand on, for stability's sake. Tripod is the most stable construction there is (more stable than 4 legs). This is logical, but not that simple. 

I think we can safely say there are three real centers of power as of now, and while the US is waning, two others, Russia and China, are growing. The balancing and mutually containing act is needed, of course. The EU is not an independent power, as has been proven by Trump, but it may try to become so, albeit smaller in scope. We also have some other centers of power trying to emerge, including India, Iran, Turkey and Saudi Arabia. Of course these will be regional in their impact. Still, including more countries makes the system more stable and secure. 

There are too many variables at this point, and as the USA's power continues waning there may be more unexpected events and twists. At this point, it's too early to draw final conclusions. One thing is clear: Trump's past attempts to break up Russia-China alliance have only backfired. As a result, Russia and China only got closer to each other. Trump's jerky moves don't help him and USA, and my advice to him is to be careful going forward.

EARTH SHIFT IN PROGRESS: THE WANING USA POWER STARTS EXPERIENCING ISOLATION

Another conclusion: as Earth Shift progresses and Trump is acting out his role as the 'Make America Great Again' president and the Earth Shift agent, USA's waning power begins experiencing some signs of international isolation. Some of these are self-imposed and others are imposed from the outside.  

Examples of self-imposed isolation are when Trump exits organizations such as UNESCO and threatens to exit NATO, demanding allies pay more. EU powers begin to question whether they need NATO, or whether they must have a separate from US armed and security forces. TTIP and TPP exits and Iran deal exit are other such examples. 
Examples of imposed from the outside isolation are what I have illustrated above. For example: US being sidetracked by EU 'allies' in Minsk negotiations, and US not being invited to the Oil Club. 
Russia trying to include US and Trump is very smart (keep your enemies closer), but only if Russia remembers the rule stated by Putin: only the principle of reciprocity works with the US!

STRATEGIC ARMS TREATY AND NUCLEAR DISARMAMENT

I left this for last because I think it's very amusing. Don't misunderstand me; I am all for disarmament and I am a confirmed pacifist (in a good and reasonable way, not like those crazies, who pass for pacifists only in the US). I am a fully rational one: peace and disarmament are terrific and wonderful, but only if there is someone to reason with. If the super-bullies of the world, USA and NATO, only understand force and don't understand nice, Russia has no choice but to fully arm herself. In history, Russia has been through this more than once. 
Disarmament was a big deal for Trump during Helsinki. He seemed very passionate about it (suddenly). Why? Just to score a point? No, I think there is a deeper reason. 

Most likely, because Russia and Putin personally recently demonstrated the newest weapons so superior to the US that it suddenly became crucial to talk disarmament. It took the US analysts several months to wrap around their minds what Putin demonstrated to the world in his March address. SEE full info in ESR21.

I don't think, with all their passionate discussions of the Helsinki Summit, any of the international bigwigs and 'experts' noticed that this sole issue may have been the true secret reason for Trump insisting on the Summit, and the likes of Russophobes such as Bolton and Pompeo agreeing with him! 

And here is the clincher very few know about!

The reason Russia was able to make such a leap in the development of ultra-futuristic hypersonic weapons is because USA years ago made a show of exiting from various arms treaties 'to teach Russia a lesson.' Talk about stepping on a rake!
This unilateral demonstrative act by the USA was the reason and motivation for Russia to put much energy and resources into developing these weapons. Many of the cutting-edge Soviet designs were once shelved when Gorbachev and then Yeltsin gradually gave away the farm, in exchange for empty and broken promises by the US, NATO and Europe. 

The treaties signed between US and Russia in late 20th century kept Russian R&D in the cold. The initial reason the US unilaterally exited the treaties was because US/NATO wanted to expand to Russian borders without any checks and balances. But when the US made a big mistake of exiting the treaties, which controlled the arms proliferation on both sides, Russia quietly began un-shelving old super-inventions and creating new ones. 

The result is now out for all to see. 

Please recall our recent Quantum Calibrations on Patreon. While calibrating and interpreting for you the US and NATO armies, I wrote that that 70% of the US aging airforce jet park is in maintenance, or said another way, only 30% is operational. UK and EU fleets are in worse condition. Not nearly as bad as Ukraine's, but getting there. 

By contrast, only 30% of Russian airforce jet park is in maintenance. A similar situation takes place with strategic and nuclear weapons. 
This is exactly the reason US suddenly wanted to talk disarmament. But as we said before, for Russia only the principle of reciprocity will do going forward. 

Why doesn't the US show an example, by abandoning its plans to place weapons directed against Russia in Poland and Romania? Why doesn't US remove its troops from the Baltics, scrap plans for a full-time base in Poland, and get out of Georgia and Ukraine? Why doesn't US remove its nukes and over 50,000 troops from Germany, as Russia did in late 1980s-early 1990s? Then, I think we can talk disarmament. There will be no more easy victory for the US and EU, at Russia's expense. Putin isn't Gorby or Yeltsin - he won't give away the farm. 

Actually, my prediction is... it'll be the other way around.

​How Putin Took Away Trump's Initiative 
& Led the Helsinki Summit in a New Direction
(& more on the Mystery of Trump, Earth Shift Agent Extraordinaire)

​​Despite my earlier skepticism (expressed in my 6/27/18 article mentioned below), I have to say I am impressed by both Putin and Trump's performances at the Helsinki Summit. To be sure, I'm, more impressed by Putin's than by Trump's performance, but they both did an A job (in my book, Putin gets A++), in the circumstances dealt to them by the Dark State and Western establishment.

Putin and Trump took a huge cart of lemons thrown at them from all directions, and together, they managed to produce some pretty impressive and delicious lemonade.

Were my predictions founded? All in all, the summit went exactly as predicted in terms of my main predictions that US has nothing to offer Russia, and that Trump has much more vested interest in this summit, than Putin. However, my analysis was done based on assumption that Trump would be the one initiating, and that the US would be the country that would try to recruit Russia as an ally. These assumptions still stand, but as I told you in THE BIG MAIN REPORT, Helsinki Summit and its consequences are very complex and controversial. The consequences of the Summit are bound to branch out in different directions, and the timeline shifts will continue occurring, all thanks to the enormously earth-shifting time, in which we live. 
 
I am confident that taking the lead of the Helsinki Summit was in fact US President Donald Trump's initial idea. And I am even more sure that the Russian President, Grand Master Vladimir Putin, LET Trump and his advisors, as well as the whole world, believe Trump would be the one leading the agenda, the same way Trump led the agenda during earlier NATO Summit in Brussels and UK meeting with Theresa May.

And that is why Putin is Putin (by the way, I explain how Putin works in ESW6: THE PUTIN ENIGMA).

Trump gave everyone a nice and thorough preview of what was to come by showing us all how he treated his EU, UK and NATO allies. Trump was assertive, if not aggressive, and I've heard rumors he even made Angela Merkel cry when he attacked her in absentia regarding Nord Stream-2, including his bizarre assertion that 'Russia occupies Germany.' In short, throughout his entire European tour, Trump looked like a pushy but undisputed leader, while the EU/UK/NATO elites with trepidation awaited to be told what to do. As a confirmation, read on FT: Trump at His Best at NATO Summit: The Ultimatum to EU, Russian Gas Scandal and Rift With Merkel!)

Why and how I know Trump was actually preparing to LEAD Helsinki Summit, but was unable to do so, as Putin took away his initiative: Strange behavior by Trump, Bolton and Pompeo & how it goes with my predictions

PROOF 1:  Remember the initial joint press statement by Putin and Trump, which took place before their 2+ hour tet-a-tet talks? During that brief opening presser, Putin said only a few words, while Trump went on and on for several minutes, going as far as mentioning 'our mutual friend' Xi and China, as a topic of future discussion with Putin. China and Xi were in fact never on the preliminary agenda of the Helsinki talks, surprising analysts, and causing much alarm in China. I personally listened to that presumption with raised eyebrows. It should have been clear that Putin would not discuss China and Xi behind their back, and without a necessary heads up, due to Russia's very special and close relationship with that country. We know that topic was breached by Trump during confidential talks, per our discussion in THE BIG REPORT. But how far has Trump gotten?   

PROOF 2:  A recent White House leak suggested that Trump's advisors prepared hundreds of pages of guidance on how Trump should conduct himself at the Summit. The guidance suggested that Trump was to strongly pressure Putin, attack and criticize him, demanding various things on the US agenda. It was assumed that this would be Trump's stance, but he simply did not follow these instructions. 

Also, let's recall the curious appointments of Bolton as main advisor and Mike Pompeo as State Secretary. Both are known to be some of the biggest Russophobes in existence, yet they both behaved relatively neutrally at the Summit. At the very least, they didn't spew hatred left and right, and both pretty much let it be known that their own views notwithstanding, they will be loyal to Trump and serve at his pleasure. Nevertheless, when Russian journalists tried to approach Bolton for a comment, he shook his head, silently and gently holding his finger to his mouth (no comment). What really surprised Russians was that he did it gently. Pompeo, when approached, simply walked away with a stone face, as if not seeing Russian journalists. 

Another observation of the same strange behavior: Putin gave a big interview to American MSM (see my FT analysis: Extremely RUDE AMERICAN ‘journalist’ keeps interrupting Putin, not letting him say a word + MY INSIDE RUSSIAN INTEL! #Helsinki2018). Yet, Trump DID NOT give an interview to the Russian media, which Russians didn't very much like.

MY CONCLUSIONS

All three were afraid to talk to the Russian press for fear of being accused of colluding with Russia. This yet again confirms ESR16 and ESw1 predictions (2016-17) that Trump continues being confined by the Dark State to a STRAITJACKET, severely limiting his moves. Yet, at the same time, he is trying to work around this confinement in order to fulfill as many of his election promises as he can, with varied result. He has more successes on the domestic front than on the international front, with Russia being the most sore point. Despite all that, what he is able to do is already a monumental leap forward. This is why I call Trump the Earth Shift agent extraordinaire, even if he is unaware of his true role.  

Another conclusion is that the US continues following the Inverted Collapse trajectory of the USSR (per my predictions made in ESW2: INVERTED COLLAPSE and The Time of Russia predictions made in ESW4: PERIOD 8 PREDICTIONS).

During The Time of Russia - Inverted Collapse, we are observing a very interesting phenomenon: Russia and Putin have assumed an open to the world position, which the USA once - during its heyday - enjoyed. Meanwhile, the USA and its leaders maintain the closed-up to the world position the old Soviet leaders once were confined to: no interviews to foreign press, accompanied by a stone-faced silence.

Add to that extreme fear and suspicion of the other side. Although I have to say that the US was always hysterical and paranoid about Russia and the USSR, while the USSR was a lot more relaxed and Russian people were not fed as much hatred towards the US as Americans were. There were no silly school drills, such as those described to me by my American followers of a certain age (eg., hiding under your desk in case of a Russian nuclear attack). In the USSR no one built individual nuclear bunkers in their backyards; no US-style cold war hysteria was prominent in Soviet MSM. I happen to know all this for a fact, having grown up in the USSR. Sure, there still was a great deal of antagonism, but it was very measured, and as is usually displayed by Russia the Great Balancer, reasonable. Just like today, it was fact-based. Overall, it was very significantly less, compared to the USA's.​

How Putin turned around the Helsinki Summit to lead it in a new direction

Putin managed to turn around the Summit's agenda in a new direction by making those brilliant billion-dollar offers to Trump, which I described in detail for you in THE BIG REPORT. Putin gave Trump some serious passes and a leg up. And he said very clearly in the end, 'Now the ball is in your court.' Putin's gifts and his leg up shocked and completely turned around the entire Summit. There was absolutely no way Trump could behave the way his advisors suggested. 

But there were deeper reasons as well...

Why couldn't Trump help it? 

As we discussed, there happens to be a very deep and mutually respectful curiosity between Trump and Putin. Trump would never allow himself to behave with Putin the same way he behaved with UK/EU/NATO allies, or with anyone else, for that matter. Let's recall Trump's famous arm-twisting, opponent-dislodging handshakes, such as the ones he performed on Japan's Abe and Canada's Trudeau; his bizarrely playful, yet awkward, man-crush behavior with Macron; his refusal to shake hands and sharp criticism of Merkel and Germany; his mocking put-downs of Theresa May and very strange flip-flops regarding UK; his outright name-calling of N. Korea's Kim and his war of words with Xi and China. To be sure, Trump said plenty of strange and antagonistic things about Russia, as well. But he did not achieve dragging Putin into a war of words. Most importantly, his behavior towards Russia was more clear-cut than towards any of his 'allies.' And when he was face to face with Putin, he was on his absolute best behavior. Equally, during his previous casual meeting with Putin on the sidelines of G20 his handshake was straight and uncharacteristic of his earlier shows of power. 

Despite all the 'good advice' of his advisors, this time Trump has outdone himself by being super-polite and very deferential to Putin. The show of respect was extremely evident. It was sort of like: I am alpha male, but you are alpha plus, and I defer to you. It's no secret that this kind of behavior, which Trump simply couldn't help, is what infuriated American MSM, neolibs, neocons, Russophobes and the Dark State as a whole.

However, let me reiterate and expand on one specific, very important, point!
Trump is a partly willing and partly unwitting (unconscious) agent of the Great Earth Shift.
Even as, from his perspective, he only endeavors to work on changing the status quo for the US, he works on furthering the Earth Shift. He has come to understand his role a little better since he came to power, but he still doesn't fully understand it.
That said, instinctively he always knew what and why he needed to do.
I first talked about it in my 2016-17 interviews and ESR16 and ESW1. He, and those who brought him to power, knew the US power is on the wane. They understood that they needed to do something different in order to become a part of the newly budding multi-polar world. The forces I am talking about are those US powerplayers and companies who know that the sole superpower and petrodollar days are coming to an end. ​

​ESR23 Surprise Installment #4
Per Predictions: US backpedals on Trump-Putin Summit!

Hmm... No rest for the weary. That Dark State is extra-hard at work (my much more appropriate term to substitute for 'Deep State') and they are simply refusing to let me take a break! My new Spiritual Spa PAST LIFE RELEASE & CUTTING CORD MEDITATION yesterday was supposed to be my last post till next week. I was already anticipating a big weekend after all my hard work on ESR23! 
First came all the flip-flops by the US and then, the surprise EU/Israel tour by Lavrov and Gerasimov...

My predictions on Helsinki and Trump began materializing with a lightning speed and much faster anyone could imagine! All of them at once: that Trump is in a fight for his life throughout this presidency and that a big improvement in Russia-US relations is not possible during his presidency (ESW1); that Trump had nothing of substance to offer Russia and that he would flip-flop and backtrack as soon as he returned from Helsinki ( Patreon); that the infamous Dark State straitjacket would snap back in place upon his return (ESR23); the fact that Russians do not trust the US any more (See FT posts and Patreon); as well as my predictions about continuous timeline shifts during this Earth Shift. And of course, my prediction about the blood moon lunar super-eclipse in Aquarius on July 27 and that it would affect Russia, whose ruling sign is Aquarius, and Trump, with his Leo ascendant (ESR22).

After coming back to the US, Trump's straitjacket snapped back in place with a vengeance. Trump, Bolton and Pompeo completely flip-flopped and entirely backtracked on everything and anything that was discussed in Helsinki.

Trump flipped on 'Russian interference in US elections' and denied he ever said he distrusted US intelligence agencies.  

Pompeo and the US State Dept came out with one of the harshest since Cold War declarations regarding Crimea: 'Crimea is Ukraine, Russia annexed it and this puts Russia 'in isolation' because Russia is 'not respecting the sovereignty of other countries.' Just imagine the hypocrisy: says the country, which destroyed Yugoslavia, Iraq, Libya and Afghanistan, not to mention, Ukraine; says the country that orchestrated regime change in dozens of countries. 

Bolton has outdone everyone. First, Trump and the White House very loudly announced an invitation for the Russian President to visit Washington in the fall of 2018. Trump asked Bolton to issue OFFICIAL INVITATION TO PUTIN, which Bolton did yesterday. And less than a day later, the same Bolton revoked said invitation, after the Dark State and neocons told the White House to do so. 

And incidentally, remember I predicted years ago (2014-15) that the 20th century divisions on conservatives and liberals are in the past and that neocons and neoliberals would be hardly distinguishable in their attitudes and views, especially where it concerns Russia and other countries not under the US umbrella. We are seeing all this play out as the Inverted Collapse /  EARTH SHIFT unfold. 

Load off, my dear readers! All of you who left your concerned comments and wrote to me that Putin should under no circumstances go to Washington because it's a trap -- you can sleep well, knowing Putin isn't going. As I was telling you in ESR23, Putin and Russians know what they are doing and Russian intelligence works very well. 

It wasn't by accident that neither Putin nor the Kremlin reacted to Trump/Bolton's invitation, watching skeptically all those Washington flip-flops. Neither did Russia react to Bolton revoking the invitation Putin never accepted. In fact, USA's dialogue on Putin's Washington visit appeared to have been... a US monologue. 

CONSIDER THIS MY NEW PREDICTION: 
These monologues, suspiciously resembling the infighting, will continue and intensify inside the Western camp, the US itself and Trump's Administration, as the Inverted Collapse continues to unfold.  

There is more to the story, and I'll continue telling it to you as the GREAT EARTH SHIFT and the Inverted Collapse develop.

Let me just give you a primer of the deeper meanings of some things:
1. Either Bolton or Pompeo was murmuring something about Trump scheduling a possible meeting with Putin next January, after they put enough pressure on Russia through new demands and sanctions. But you know, it takes two to tango. Who knows if Putin will be in the mood. 
2. I am observing the US reactions, and I clearly see that they are all in shock over how cleverly Putin and Russia took over the initiative at Helsinki. They are now fighting a desperate rear action.

3. US is still very powerful and dangerous, and the Dark State never sleeps. As US backtracks on any and all connections with Russia, which Trump and Putin tried to re-establish in Helsinki, the US arms manufacturers receive new government orders for hundreds of millions worth of new Javelin hand-held missile launchers to be supplied to Ukraine, Baltics, Turkey and more. 
4. Meanwhile, as US backtracked on deals, Russian FM Lavrov and Chief of Gen. Staff Gerasimov did a surprise tour of Israel, Germany and France, where they met with Netanyahu, Merkel and Macron. Syria and Ukraine were on the agenda. Separate Patreon article is coming.
5. US is doing a new round of muscle flexing, threatening Russia with more sanctions. The new rounds of sanctions are supposed to introduce a new, bigger than before pressure by the US/West against Russia's rich and ex-oligarchs. The new sanctions will also target Russian sovereign debt and finance sector. NOTE! Can't even blame neoliberals for that; it's all US neocon idea -- draw your own conclusions!  
6. Reacting to US threats, Russia sold off over $80 bln in US treasuries, leaving only $14,8 bln, citing risks due to US cavalier attitudes and escalating sanctions. Russia used to own nearly $100 bln in US treasuries, which was widely criticized in Russia. This is actually over one-week-old news, which made it to the dinosaur US MSM only now. This old news has infuriated Trump, who knows that there are fewer and fewer buyers for US debt. This sell-off was long in the making, but I guess no one gave Trump the memo before the Summit. (This speaks volumes of how poorly US and West's intel gathering works -- yet another sign of the collapse, which we'll discuss in upcoming article on Lavrov/Gerasimov EU tour.)
The sell-off of treasuries is connected to the revocation of Putin's invite, which Putin appears to have not noticed.

ESR23 Surprise Installment #5:
A Mystery of Russian FM Lavrov & Gen. Gerasimov's Visit to
​Merkel, Macron & Netanyahu
(Plus: BRICS Summit & Turkey)

I wasn't planning on this surprise installment, since the power duo's international tour was a complete surprise to everyone. However, this tour is a direct extension and logical follow-up to Helsinki & Putin's billion-dollar gifts to Trump and the West. As such, it must be addressed. 

On July 24 Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov, together with Chief of the General Staff of the Russian Armed Forces and first Deputy Defence Minister, Gen. Valery Gerasimov, made an unusual tour of Europe and Israel. They jointly met first with PM Netanyahu in Israel, then with Chancellor Merkel in Germany, followed by President Macron in France.

The fact that the tour happened directly after the historic Putin-Trump Summit in Helsinki, and after Putin made what I call his 'billion-dollar gifts' to Trump, is especially significant.  

All parties to the secret talks are very tight-lipped. The public information is very limited: it is only known for a fact that the topics discussed were Ukraine and Syria. Russian sources also specifically emphasized that Syria was discussed first and foremost, Ukraine being an additional topic. The Ukraine topic centered around Minsk agreements. This is the majority of the direct info about this mystery tour, but I have a few more leaks - read on.  

It has been recently confirmed by the Russian Defence Ministry that it never before discussed Minsk Agreements internationally. Also, it's historically highly unusual for the Russian military to combine efforts with Russian diplomacy.
 
From the above we can easily make a conclusion that such visit by the Lavrov-Gerasimov tandem is unprecedented, although a symbiosis of Russian military and diplomacy on the international arena has been highly recommended and is very logical.  
This is because Lavrov/diplomacy has the channels of communication, while Russian Army holds the real technological and logistical power. If we are talking the sore spots, such as Syria and Ukraine, it makes perfect sense to combine the efforts. Not the least because the military of the West lately doesn't listen, and often does the opposite of what diplomacy agrees upon. This, for instance, happened previously with Kerry and Pentagon contradicting each other during and after negotiations with Lavrov on Syria. 

Another moment that comes to mind: it turns out, the leaders of major Western countries don't get accurate information from their military and intelligence, and moreover, they are lied to by their 'allies,' big and small. Merkel, Macron, EU and US are fed constant lies and manipulative messages by small European countries with their own agenda, such as Poland, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Montenegro, Moldova, Romania, Georgia, and now also Ukraine. Of course, EU/US leaders should be smart enough to be able to tell a manipulative lie, but it's just too convenient for them to surround Russia with Russophobic neighbors. Therefore, if they are deceived, it is because they are allowing it to happen. But even that has to end at some point, and this point may be now.

It's a separate discussion, which perhaps we'll have in the future. Suffice it to say that it wasn't by accident that Trump recently called the brand spanking new member of NATO, Montenegro (aka, Chernogoria, a splintered off part of Serbia), quote: 'a small, but vicious country.' Trump reportedly said it in response to Russophobic president of Montenegro trying to compel NATO/US into an escalation of conflict against Russia. This, per my intel, was intended by Trump as a warning for all other 'new Europeans.' It's just possible that Trump, whose wife is Slovenian, knows a little more about the true history and current situation in Montenegro than a usual American president would (Slovenia is also ex-Yugoslavia and Montenegro's close neighbor and relative). Along with others, Ukraine has been lying and deliberately misleading EU/Merkel/Macron and others about the true situation in Donbass. This couldn't continue forever. The reality check appeared well overdue. 

An interesting detail, which has thrown the EU/German MSM into a new bout of hysterics, is that Gen. Gerasimov is under EU sanctions, and is banned from travel to the EU. The very fact of him traveling freely around the EU and meeting with Merkel and Macron confirms what a farce these sanctions are. It also, sadly, confirms how irrational, lost in translation, and powerless the EU 'leaders' are. German government explained that since the conversation was about Ukraine and Donbass, such trip was allowed.

MYSTERY REVEALED: WHAT WAS DISCUSSED

Putin and Russians were not kidding at Helsinki. As revealed in previous ESR23 #4, Putin skillfully used the podium of the Helsinki Summit to advertise Russia's new initiatives and make a public call for action on Ukraine/Donbass and Syria!  

UKRAINE: MINSK-2 and DONBASS REFERENDUM

Russian military never discussed Minsk agreements with anyone previously. But Russian Army is the best source of military intelligence and surveillance to help coordinate efforts to stop the war in Donbass.  Therefore, the first logical thing to surmise is that if Gerasimov was there in addition to Lavrov, the conversation was about Russian military's proof of Kiev's non-compliance with Minsk agreements. Russians have ample proofs that Kiev is slowly taking over villages in the neutral gray zone - in direct non-compliance with Minsk-2. 
Nothing Putin-Macron-Merkel have tried with Poroshenko and Kiev worked. It is clear that everyone's tired of the 'black hole' Poroshenko. But Poroshenko just steamrolls over everyone and everything. There appears no way for anyone to reason with him, while, as I mentioned, the intel the West gets for Donbass and Ukraine is either biased or a direct lie. 

The fact that there are no more Normandy format meetings that include Poroshenko or Ukraine FM, should speak volumes to Kiev. Putin simply refuses to meet with him, never mind the presence of his babysitters, Merkel and Macron  -- and this should tip him off as to his future. But neither Poroshenko nor his Kiev junta cronies seem to get it. It actually appears quite difficult for the junta to digest that yet again Ukraine's future is being decided outside of Ukraine; and it will continue to be so, until Kiev stops behaving like a prostitute. 
As explained in previous ESR23 installments: post-Helsinki, Pompeo and others in the US denied that there was a proposal of the Donbass referendum. This was one of Putin's gifts to Trump, allowing him to insert himself and USA into Ukraine negotiating process, and to help remold the situation in Ukraine, if he was really serious about changing the status quo. 

Russians took USA's denial to mean that they aren't interested, and quickly took their Donbass referendum proposal to Merkel and Macron, which takes us back to Minsk agreements. Gerasimov, with maps, numbers and tangible proofs, can demonstrate to Germany/France that Kiev/Poroshenko lie to them, that the Ukraine army takes over the gray zone villages and continues to bomb Donetsk and Lugansk. 

The next problem is that Kiev continues threatening to blow up the Crimean Bridge, invade Crimea, start a full-scale war against Russia, and in addition, Ukraine has been harassing and taking hostage Russian fishermen in Azov Sea. After a Crimean shipping vessel was detained and its crew put on trial, Russia had to respond and now all Ukrainian ships and boats coming to and from Azov Sea are being detained and searched. 

The issue to ponder for Merkel and Macron is what to do with Poroshenko. This would be beyond the scope of Gerasimov's and Lavrov's agenda, but as a result of the visit, I'm sure both leaders of the EU would have to think long and hard what kind of monster they have helped create in Ukraine and what to do with this monster going forward.
 
The main thing discussed during these mystery meetings would have been the Russian proposal of the Donbass referendum, which is part of Lavrov's task. And this visit also serves a role of creating a competition between US and EU in terms of Ukraine - a good move on Russia's part.

RUSSIAN SYRIA REFUGEE PROPOSAL: EU, MERKEL & MACRON BENEFIT GREATLY!

And here's another huge bonus for everyone involved. The reason Syria and Ukraine were bundled together is this: Russia is proposing a refugee solution for Syria, which benefits the EU greatly, while just maybe EU can do something for Russia. The resettlement back in Syria of Syrian refugees will spectacularly solve the migrant problem in the EU. It is another multi-billion dollar Putin's gift we have discussed in previous installments. 

It appears Merkel and Macron were paying attention to the Putin-Trump Summit. And this is why Lavrov and Gerasimov are there. Gerasimov can demonstrate with secret maps, numbers and tangible proofs the true situation with the liberation of Syria by Syrian and Russian armies (90% of the territory liberated, and the process is accelerating). As mentioned above: it is a fair bet that neither Merkel nor Macron have accurate intel on what's really going on in Syria. 

However, Putin's refugee return proposal is something they would be very interested in. Something crossed my wires recently: EU/Merkel's proposal to pay 6,000 euros for each refugee who returns home. It occurs to me that this isn't a bad way for the Russian Army to make some extra cash. 

SYRIA-UKRAINE RECIPROCITY AND COOPERATION SWAP

And here's the best part: if all goes well, Russia can swap her help with returning Syrian refugees back home, thus alleviating EU migrant crisis, for Merkel/Macron's cooperation on Ukraine and Donbass. 

Of course, we have to be realistic. Merkel and Macron are still parts of the same EU and globalist neoliberal-neocon elites. They still cannot be trusted. They will still get lots of pressure from the Dark State and they are still confined by their outdated ideology. 
However, with Trump's and Earth Shift's help, they are in dire straits on many fronts. The EU, yet again, confirms my original scenario of the Inverted Collapse. The pressure on both to resolve the EU refugee crisis is tremendous, while Ukraine (as discussed in earlier installments) is a suitcase without a handle they don't know how to get rid of without losing face.
 
All this combined makes for a perfect storm, which gives Russia the Great Balancer a great deal of room for maneuver. This is why the Lavrov/Gerasimov tour is a brilliant initiative, and some results may come out of it. No wonder Poroshenko and his cronies are extremely worried, watching with dated breath what will happen next. I'll return to Ukraine in my future writings, but it is clear that Poroshenko is considered spent material, and next elections in 2019 may see a big change in Ukraine. Meanwhile, challengers and pretenders, such a Yulia Timoshenko, are out, and trying to recruit supporters in the EU. 

HOW DO ISRAEL AND NETANYAHU FIT IN?

There are more moving parts, such as Israel, Iran, Lebanon and Hezbollah, plus Turkey.
Russian Army has been working hard to keep apart these conflicting forces. The biggest issue is between Iran and Israel in Syria. In ESR20 I explained the whole spread. 

Israel is playing a double, or even triple, game in Syria. A Syrian jet was shot down by Israel a couple of days ago. I also told you previously about another questionable act by Israel: the evacuation of secretly pro-ISIS White Helmets from Syria, to save them from the advancement of Syrian Army. 

At the same time Israel has become very interested and active in cooperation with Russia (as I've been telling you lately, and as I've predicted since 2015). Netanyahu and Israeli army make meticulously sure they provide to Russia all the intel on their activities around Syria. Also as I explained in ESR20, Israel is very worried that Iran is using the border in southern Syria to build up military presence next to Israel, in order to attack later. 

Russia and Syria don't need Iran on the loose on Syrian territory and on the border with Israel any more than Israel does. Russia and Assad are trying to bring an illusive long-lasting peace to Syria and calm down the conflicting forces. Iran's activities signal a potential new war in the region. Russia the Great Balancer is working on the opposite - peace. 

In this regard, Russian and Israeli interests coincide. This is why in Helsinki both Trump and Putin mentioned Israel. Before Helsinki, Netanyahu went to visit both Trump and Putin, as he's been regularly doing as of late, to explain Israel's security concerns. 

This is also why Gerasimov and Lavrov went to talk to Netanyahu. I have another piece of leaked intel, confirming what I've just told you. According to my sources, Lavrov/Gerasimov proposed to Netanyahu a 100 km gray demilitarized zone between Syria and Israel around the Golan Heights, where Iran will not be able to have any military presence (and this is where Iran is presently trying to insert itself). Netanyahu rejected this reasonable compromise, demanding that Iran be fully expelled from Syria. I am pretty sure this won't happen. Russia won't start a confrontation with Iran to please Israel. Neither would Assad. Therefore, this for now may become yet another frozen conflict. In several years the situation may change, and I am most confident that eventually Russia will come up with an all-encompassing solution to this impasse (likely, the continuing pressure on both Iran and Israel), and the delicate Syrian peace will hold, despite hotheads on both sides.

That said, I am sure Netanyahu was advised to be careful about bombing Syrian Army and asked to use discretion going forward to avoid escalation against Iran and Syria. In fact, Netanyahu and Israeli army make it a point to continuously convey to Russia that they are not interested in escalation.

Israel could also take part in Syrian refugees' resettlement and return; it could potentially help monetarily and with certain intel. Generally, it's good to coordinate the effort. Additionally, what was on the negotiations table: the maps of Israeli, Syrian, Iranian and Russian troops dislocations, the disputed Golan Heights, Russian/Israeli intel was exchanged, and some tactical future maps were drawn. 

If we are talking about intelligence, unlike the EU, Israeli intelligence is top-notch. Israel's limited participation in some humanitarian projects in Syria may be useful, at least on the level of intelligence-sharing and non-interference.  

BRICS SUMMIT & ERDOGAN'S PROPOSAL
**As I was preparing to publish this installment, this news arrived. The BRICS Summit just ended in Johannesburg, S. Africa. The BRICS+ format allows for invitations to the summit of various additional leaders. Among others, President Erdogan of Turkey was there. Turkey, along with Indonesia and some other countries, is being considered for future membership, although Putin said that it will be a slow process. Many things were discussed, including US/EU sanctions, trade wars, the BRICS bank, as well as transitioning out of the dollar to trade in national currencies. So far the trade is already conducted in yuan and rubles, but other BRICS currencies may be added later. Putin also mentioned that BRICS may organize their own Olympics.
 
At the Summit, Erdogan proposed a new Syria-related Summit in Turkey, to which he has invited Putin, as well as Merkel and Macron. The refugee program will be on the agenda. Even if Trump ignored this opportunity, looks like Putin's Syrian refugee resettlement proposal hit the nerve with all other countries of interest. There seems to be a race to the table.
 
Just an illustration of how fast-changing our world presently is! When I first wrote this post on July 24, there was only one leak in Russian. I had put this article on hold, since that day I just published my main report for ESR23. Later, I had other posts to publish. But my quick and astute readers began posting comments, asking me to address the Lavrov/Gerasimov tour. When I came back to the article, the phrase I began it with became obsolete: 'So far it's a secret, but soon the leaks should begin developing.' Within one day it wasn't a secret any more.  

In short, this is the close-up of Lavrov/Gerasimov secret talks with Merkel, Macron and Netanyahu. What needs to be stressed is that the Lavrov/Gerasimov's 3-country/3-leader tour was organized very quickly, as a response to and continuation of the Helsinki Summit. This tour signals practical steps to the implementation of both Syrian and Ukrainian plans. Gen. Gerasimov is a man of action, which means that Russia is trying to steer the West, first US, and now EU, into action. Since both diplomacy and military are involved, plans revolve around some complex negotiations, intel and humanitarian missions at the time of war.
