SATURN IN CAPRICORN ASTROLOGY FACTS & SECRETS
Saturn moved into Capricorn in December of 2017 and it will stay in it till December 2020. Usually Saturn settles in any sign for an average 3 years. It may move out for a few months and then move back during each sign's term.
Saturn is the ruling planet of the sign of Carpicorn. When it is in its own sign, it feels exalted and stronger than in any sign, which means its influence on all of us will be stronger as well.
The last 3 years (December 2014-December 17) Saturn spent in Sagittarius.
Saturn is responsible for hard work, passage of time, restrictions, building a solid foundation and stability, old people and anything old, history and preservation, as well as karma and harsh lessons to be learned.
Incidentally, from this perspective it is very timely that I am starting my NEW EARTH SHIFT WEBINAR SERIES FORBIDDEN HISTORY & FORGOTTEN ORIGINS.
Shortly after leaving every sign, Saturn leaves what in Astrology is referred to as 'a gift.' This is some sort of reward, either material or spiritual, if one has done a good job learning one's lessons and coping with the hard work associated with it.
Because of its association with solid systems and foundations, the sign ruled by Saturn, Capricorn, also rules big companies and organizations, multinationals and governments. But more than anything it rules money, banks and global finance.
Every time Saturn transits a specific sign (and there are 12 signs overall in Western Astrology), it teaches us something valuable and it makes us work hard on a specific area of life which is touched by this remarkable planet.
It also makes us work out the lingering karma associated with this area of life. If we refuse to work out the karma and learn the lessons, Saturn will send harsher lessons, problems and even disasters, until one way or another lessons are learned. Usually, the area touched by Saturn at any given moment will be under tremendous pressure to work harder than ever and reinvent oneself, or else, fall apart and vanish.
This applies equally to individuals, companies, global organizations, industries, countries, as well as the world as a whole.
If we did not generate a lot of bad karma and if we took care of our life's lessons, if our house has been in order, then we would go swimmingly through any Carpicorn transit. Conversely, if we are in denial, Capricorn will make sure we go through hardship to start paying attention. If we led a criminal and dishonest life, then we will pay very dearly during Capricorn transit.
As we've established, this applies equally to micro (individual) and macro (large organizations/systems/countries/global) astrology. Today, we'll talk primarily about macro astrology.

The FED controlled, US dollar (with added UK pound and EU euro) based international banking system. This system includes debt-based economy, subordinate to the FED and international banking cartel national central banks; plus IMF, World Bank and other Western-based financial institutions.

INTERPRETATION:
QC: The energy available to this system at this time is below the minimum life-sustaining value of 200. Clearly, it is unsustainable. The level of Pride is a typical level of the politics and economy of the West. This level is that of the past. Unless humanity finds a way to substitute this outdated system with a new, more advanced, more inclusive and higher calibrated one, a global financial collapse will loom.
CHI: The manifestation energy is even lower, and it denotes how the people/customers, as well as bankers themselves feel about this global system -- FEAR is self-explanatory.
HC QC: The heart chakra of the global banking system is on the level of Grief. This basically denotes the fact that NO ONE is happy with it, everyone's sick and tired of it and wants something new and better. Yet everyone feels stuck in the matrix.
Meanwhile, the attempts to modify or replace this banking system with alternatives are intensifying, while the system fights back. Examples include crypto-currencies, gold/silver, country-to-country trade and currency swaps, Chinese Yuan, Russian Ruble, the BRICS bank, gas and energy exchanges, local peer-to-peer currencies, barter, etc.

MY PREVIOUS PREDICTIONS MADE IN EARTH SHIFT WEBINARS
This tells us that karmic debt accumulated under current global banking system is astronomical. The system is extremely unfair and extremely lopsided. Therefore, when Saturn transits Capricorn, the sign governing large systems and banking, it will make sure the system changes and evolves. Those who refuse to evolve, will experience harsh and even devastating losses, and may die off.
Those of you who listened to SERIES 1 EARTH SHIFT & INVERTED COLLAPSE, may recall us talking about the timeline and the inverted nature of Western collapse, including the changes in money and how it's perceived by us. All these major changes are a part of the Earth Shift we are experiencing, and astrology, in its mystical way aids in this Great Shift.
What we discussed in those webinars:
For now, while we are in the Period 8, the collapse is very slow, as if in slow motion. But it should expedite in the beginning of 2020s, when we approach Period 9.
Another crucial prediction I made was that I recommend taking your money out of Western banks (US especially, but also EU and UK) by 2019, or possibly by some time in 2020. To be conservative, I recommended doing so in 2019.
These recommendations were made based on my Theory of 180-year Cycles and Periods 8 & 9 timelines. This theory is based on Chinese Mysticism, Numerology & Feng Shui.
My recommendations are also based on my multidimensional vision and predictions. You can find all that in my Earth Shift Webinars 2, 3, 4 and 5.
As we'll see, Western Astrology confirms my predictions. It usually happens so: if based on mystical truths, different predictory systems will confirm and reinforce each other's findings.
Before we go into my detailed predictions as to what will happen during the new Saturn transit, it's very beneficial to explore what happened in the last three years. This will not only add a new layer of understanding, it will also become a new moment of clarity for you; a mystical clarity about the fact that nothing is random and there is a plan for everything in our universe.
WHAT HAPPENED DURING PREVIOUS TRANSIT OF SATURN THROUGH SAGITTARIUS Dec 2014- Dec 2017?
My story
I happen to have Sagittarius rising, so the Saturn transit through my sign changed my life dramatically. Many people, because they do not understand the plan or their ego gets in the way, try to work against karma and destiny. As a result they feel awfully surprised when things start happening to them and around them. There was a time I was a bit like that.
This time there was no surprise for me. I planned for it and I knew exactly what was coming well ahead of time.
Saturn was in Sagittarius from December 2014 till December 2017. During this time and in the 10 months prior, I went through a period of extremely hard work and took on extra responsibility I never thought I could or would. Not only I worked very hard and published close to 800 original, fully authentic free articles and reports on FuturisTrendcast, I also did dozens of YT videos, recorded a number of interviews, and did 17 major Earth Shift Reports, each the scope of a small book or webinar.
During this period I built not only FuturisTrendcast but also my new site LadaRay.com into the presence they are today.
In the beginning of 2017, as Saturn literally loomed over my Sun, I went even further and began the new EARTH SHIFT WEBINARS, even more forward-looking, expansive and innovative in terms of the scope of ideas, material and vision.
During this period I developed my theories: Earth Shift and Russia the Great Balancer, Multidimensional Universe, Spiritual Geopolitics and 4D Wars. For short, I call the whole thing EARTH SHIFT SYSTEM.
I also refined and developed to the new levels my Quantum & Geo Calibration System.
Last year, I began offering my revolutionary Skype and written Private Consultations.
Simultaneously, my status and notoriety in the world has risen dramatically. In other words, through hard work, sweat of the brow and sheer perseverance I built a new solid foundation for my future career and personal growth. I basically redefined what I was and what I wanted to do with my life. Through that, I also built a structure for educating and helping people around the world, something I always wanted to do. I always was a teacher, but I wanted to do it on a larger, global scale, and on my own terms. Saturn in Sagittarius supported me in that.
Because my karma is very low, I had nothing to work out. But I needed to push myself beyond boundaries, while learning a valuable lesson. Looking back I understood that I could create and manifest high quality and cutting-edge content at very high speed. Turns out I was able to produce much more than I though possible.
This was my personal experience. Now let's look at the global experience and I promise your eyes will pop when you see what Saturn in Sagittarius did to change the world! I smile when I look at the result and see that I was a part of this revolution!
But let's take things in order.
Sagittarius (aka, Sag) is ruled by Jupiter, the planet of expansion, joy and luck. It is the opposite of the restrictive Saturn/Capricorn. Sag is one of the 2 Great Benefics of the Zodiac, another being Venus, the planet of love and peace. The Benefics give you gifts and treat you nicely. The opposite side of the spectrum is occupied by two bad boys, called the Great Malefics and they are Saturn, the planet of karma and retribution, and Mars, the planet of war and argument.

As an aside, I want to say that this was the ancients' view. Today, we do take a much more enlightened approach. First, all planets and signs have their positive and negative sides. Jupiter can be un-beneficial, if you overindulge. Venus can also backfire as laziness or overindulgence. There is such a thing as too much of a good thing.
I must say that I treat each planet and sign with respect and deference and I try to understand their message and live in harmony with all. This is the only enlightened approach I recommend for anything in life.
3D is 3D, so it doesn't always work as designed. We do get scratched knees and nasty surprises once in a while, but intension and conscious living are two most important things. It is wisdom that erases any karma. It is listening to the universe and being in tune with it that shows us our way. Always listen: what message are you getting from this or that event, person or situation?
So for me, one of the things I needed to learn in the past 3 years was that I needed to work harder and accept certain physical challenges, restrictions and limitations in order to manifest my vision. It was hard for an expansive and fun-loving Sag, but I did it, and I am better for it!
GLOBAL REVOLUTION DURING SATURN'S SAGITTARIUS TRANSIT
SAGITTARIUS and its ruling planet Jupiter rule many things. International relations, joy, gifts and expansiveness, foreign travel, people and places, higher education, teaching, learning, truth, deeper, higher and spiritual knowledge, religion, as well as writing, speaking, and communications.
Media and MSM are ruled by Sag by association, but really they are ruled by Gemini, the sign opposing Sag. When a sign opposes Saturn's position, it will also experience a lot of hardship, oftentimes the most hardship of all. This is important to remember, as you'll see below!
Those who have followed FuturisTrendcast, Earth Shift Reports and my Webinars know how much international relations have changed since 2014. We practically live in a different world.
Shift in international relations
I'll give you a number of points. None of these things were possible just in 2012 and even in 2013. But in 2014-17 they suddenly became a new norm of our life. Here they are:
1. USA/EU openly engineered a coup in Ukraine, Russia's backyard, bringing to power Russophobic Kiev junta and ukro-nazis;
2. Russia's bold op and victory in Syria;
3. NWO and deep state fail;
4. Trump's upset of the status quo as US president;
5. Brexit, EU weakening and migrant crisis;
6. US loses much of its international influence;
7. Russia-gate, accusations of Russian interference in elections and expropriation of Russian diplomatic properties in the US;
8. Russian doping scandal and illegal Olympic ban;
9. Development of alternative currencies and crypto-currencies, insubordinate (arguably) to global banking cartel, nor to any country's government;
10. N. Korea threatening a war with the US and vice versa;
11. Turkey threatening to exit NATO and a major rift between Turkey and US / Germany.
12. Russia - China alliance grew by leaps and bounds, the two countries getting closer to each other than they've ever been -- all due to animosity and threats by the West.
13. Russia successfully forming an unthinkable previously coalition in the Middle East, and the triangle of power unheard of before: Russia - Iran - Turkey. All these countries were historical rivals and such trinity could not have been conceived just two years ago.
14. The closest US allies, satellites and vassals have begun rebelling, and that includes countries such as Japan, Germany and France, as well as (inconceivable before!) Israel, Turkey and Saudis!
These are just some of the major stand-out international shifts, inconceivable previously. So much was happening and the material was so rich that I was busy talking about it day and night on FuturisTrendcast!
The following things are undisputed!
The global balance of power changed dramatically in the past 3-4 years. International norms and relations changed completely during the same period. Some countries' borders have officially changed (Ukraine), and continue changing. Ukraine's borders were seemingly so set in stone, so guarded by both West and Russia, that before 2014 it appeared inconceivable to change them in any way.
Syria has proven to be a major cornerstone of the global rebalancing of power, where world powers clash and fight for advantage (my new SYRIA DEVELOPMENTS Earth Shift Report coming in a few days).
The countries that were firmly in the pro-US and anti-Russian camp are rebelling and defecting (Turkey, Saudis, Austria, Hungary, Czechia)
The influence of the US and West on international affairs has been waning, while Russia's growing by leaps and bounds. Of course the Dark State fights back every step of the way, via sanctions, hybrid wars, false flags, color revolutions and regime change. But consistently, the result is the opposite of their intention, as Russia's influence grows.
I have described all these processes, predicted where they'll lead and how they'll work out long-term through SERIES 1
EARTH SHIFT & INVERTED COLLAPSE. The shifts I am describing here are a part of the Great Earth Shift and the present global rebalancing performed by the Great Balancer.
Therefore, the point of learning the precise astrological timelines is two-fold:
1. Astrology brilliantly confirms many of my predictions and theories, including the timing and why various 'gurus' were wrong.
2. It gives us a blueprint for the precise timing of different types of shifts unfolding in front of our eyes, throughout the Great Earth Shift!
KARMA! Death of MSM and the rise of alternative media
Another thing that also happened under the Sag Saturn transit was pretty earth-shattering, and hard not to notice. It is the death of Western MSM and the rise of alternative media.
Just look back and remember how the world was before 2014. Did you have so many alternative sources to check and double check the truth vs. a story presented to you by the MSM? Nope. The alternative media and truth-telling (FYI: truth is ruled by Sagittarius) was very small and relegated to the dark corners of public perception.
Then Ukraine happened in the end of 2013-beginning of 2014, and suddenly there was an explosion of awakeners and truth-telling alternative media that questioned the Western party line.
I was one of them. FuturisTrendcast began in the end of 2013 - beginning of 2014 as a means to communicate to the world the truth about Ukraine, US, EU, NWO and Russia. It was Ukraine that woke up many people around the world and allowed them to boldly start questioning status quo. Something smelled really bad in the official Western MSM narrative, and we all felt it.
By the end of 2014, when Saturn moved into Sagittarius for a 3-year stay, FuturisTrendcast and other alternative media was established enough to challenge MSM, which continued lying. Viewership and sales of MSM, be it papers, magazines or TV channels, plunged dramatically and some went bankrupt or had to be bailed out by US/UK/German governments. More and more angry and derogatory comments and complaints were received by the perplexed MSM functionaries in the US, UK and EU, who simply couldn't understand why public stopped eating up their lies like it did before.
During the past 3 years the reputation of all Western MSM hit bottom and went through it. Russia Today took a huge share from the CNN/BBC news market and became the world's most trusted and most watched news source.
People wrote to CNN and BBC that they stopped reading and listening to these corporate giants and now switched to reading my small FuturisTrendcast Blog. On Wall Street and Main Street people highly preferred the new kid on the block, Russia Today.
I know, my friends (because many of you told me), that you participated in this revolution, by writing to your respective MSM and exposing their lies in comments on their sites; and you also supported me and others like me. THANK YOU FOR THAT!
And then, in a typical Sagittarian fashion, some of those alternative media purveyors whose integrity was not top-notch, overindulged. Some of us preserved our commitment to truth, real knowledge and news, while others thought too much of themselves and began delivering 'fake news' and tell fairytales, thus compromising all of our reputations.
People like yours truly kept to the mission of delivering the truth, but fairytales always sold much better. Such fake triumph is short lived though, and the very next Saturn transit will fix that.
Another thing that happened was that Dark State (which is my term -- aka, deep state), NWO and MSM fought back. In a typical Saturn fashion, everyone was punished, just by association with alternative media. People who always told the truth were still accused of 'fake news.' Under false pretenses the censorship began. Russia was accused of propaganda and anyone who told the truth about Russia and/or was friendly to Russia was hit with sanctions and censorship, including yours truly.
All this was happening as Saturn was completing its transit through Sag. Now the situation with all media, international relations and other Sagittarius things will come to a new point of equilibrium. It's not ideal, but it will become less prominent, and fewer major shakeups should be expected on that front.

Another thing that is happening under this new Saturn in Capricorn transit: I am starting to write books again. I have accumulated so much knowledge and I must share it with the world. The books are a great way to summarize a lot of knowledge and share it with many people all at once.

Therefore, prior exploits of Saturn in Sag are finished as of late December 2017. In the following 3 years, until December 2020, something else is coming to the forefront. It is the complete overhaul and SHIFT in the global and every country's national banking systems; how we do business and relate to money; how global currency and international business is done. In other words, the financial system overhaul is finally on the horizon!
I didn't give you the overview of what happened when Saturn was transiting Sag by accident. I gave it to you as a vivid illustration of what Saturn is capable of. Now, imagine what Saturn will do to the global banking system! In a word: it will be a monumental shift!
We have already seen a preview in the past few years. But now, between 2018 and 2020, Saturn will roll up his sleeves and finish the job! By the time we reach December 17, 2020, we will live in a different world, financially speaking! Get ready!
WHY GLOBAL FINANCIAL SYSTEM NEEDS AN OVERHAUL
I know, friends, you are here because you feel the same way I do: the global Dark State (dying NWO), debt and petro-dollar based financial system desperately needs an overhaul. Hell, it needs a revolution. It is predatory, it is unfair to practically all people and all countries. The time has come to change it!
You all follow the developments and you know how this system is used to enslave, swindle, take away resources and wealth from many in order to give it to few. I all have seen how the US government uses this system for global control. The system is used to manipulate leaders and counties, and make them toe the line. This unsustainable debt system enslaves both countries and individuals. It punishes savers and hard-workers, and rewards those who overspend, overindulge and those who don't work.
There are so many examples, and I won't bore you with them. But by way of an illustration, I'll give you two most recent such examples, so to also keep you up to date on 4D Geopolitics and Global Finance developments.
LATEST INTEL! The Dollar Trap for Russia and Kazakhstan
1. The Russian Stabilization Fund ended on Feb 1, 2018. The fund, established in mid-2000s, at one point had above $500 bln in assets. The last $27 billion were spent in January. Stabilization fund which is now valued at $0 used to be one of the sides of Russian national reserve system. Another side is the savings fund, comprised of various currencies and gold. This part wasn't touched.
Russia used to have the second largest Stabilization/ National savings fund after China. After spending the stabilization money it became the third largest... Overall, Russia is still No. 3 at this point due to fast growing non-dollar reserves, such as gold.
The news of the Stabilization Fund end is good and bad, and I might discuss that in a separate article. My opinion has always been that Russia and China have too much in reserves, especially dollar reserves. Spending some it is a good move, in my view. I discussed it in detail in my 2014 predictions regarding anti-Russian sanctions on FuturisTrendcast. I talked about it in detail and explained my position in EARTH SHIFT REPORT 3: THE FUTURE OF MONEY.
All that money has been spent to stabilize Russian currency during Soros/US attacks against the ruble in 2015-2017.
Note that the fund has become officially defunct literally the moment Saturn switched to Capricorn. The funds simply ended -- remember, Saturn rules restrictions and endings!
Who got rich of the $500 bln Russia had to spent to stabilize the ruble? Wall Street, of course! That's how they drain the rest of the world of their riches!
2. Kazakhstan: over $22 bln in Kazakh national pension fund assets were frozen in the Netherlands in January 2018. This way the US was putting pressure on Kazakhstan to toe the line. Recall from my ESRs and articles how important a Russian ally Kazakhstan is. Also note that Kazakhstan is one of the richest mineral deposit countries, with lots of oil, gold and rare ores.
Kazakh president Nazarbayev personally flew to Washington in late January 2018. During the visit and undisclosed talks with Trump and CEOs of US multinationals, reportedly, billions in contracts were signed. These contracts give foreign corporations bigger access to Kazakhstan riches than ever before.
This clearly was Kazakhstan surrendering part of its sovereignty in exchange for getting back its assets held hostage. This is what this US-controlled banking system does, even to the countries that are outside of the US sphere of influence.
Three days after Nazarbayev returned from US, the $22 bln in question were unfrozen in the Netherlands.
Another example of a side-effect for the US/West's control of the processes in countries that are considered more or less sovereign:
in 2017 Kazakhstan's Nazarbayev made a sudden and inexplicable decision to switch from Russian alphabet to Latin. No explanation for this decision has been provided. If things like that can happen to Kazakhstan, just imagine what kind of arm-twisting happens to countries inside the US circle, or completely weak and defenseless small countries out there!
HINT: S. America, parts of Asia and Africa.
LADA RAY PREDICTIONS 2018-2020:
24 THINGS THAT WILL CHANGE DRAMATICALLY IN THE NEXT THREE YEARS
1. One of the interesting side-effects of such an unfair financial system is that those of us who are independent-thinking and forward-looking will learn how to become more self-sufficient and detached from the matrix. This process began years ago; however, in the next 3 years it will culminate and be completed. Many of us will find that we do our banking and live our lives in a completely different way!
Start planning early!
2. Interest rates may change dramatically in the next 3 years.
3. How you do banking will change.
4. Your ability to move money abroad will change. There may be restrictions on that front by the US and EU governments, so be careful if you plan to move your money abroad! Plan ahead.
5. There may be government crackdowns on certain transactions.
6. BTC and cryptocurrencies -- this is a wild card, good and bad

They could continue developing, but Saturn favors conservative investments, so be careful with BTC!
Besides, there could be government crackdowns and intensified hacks on virtual crypto-currency exchanges.
On the flipside, some governments may warm up to BTC, Ether and other crypto and start making it their own. For example Russian government recently announced that they would begin developing their own NATIONAL crypto-currency, to rival existing ones, which already are under US control in big part.
7. Some banks that are under-capitalized or weak may go bankrupt.
8. Banking holiday, much talked about for years by the alternative crowd, may finally take place in some cases.
9. Will US default? I don't see that, at least not for now, but US monetary system and the dollar will weaken and become less important.
US will also try to continue blackmailing countries into submission using the dollar, however gradually the US hold will weaken.
10. Debt forgiveness and bankruptcies are possible.
11. The tightening of the belts and austerity in many countries is in the picture.
12. In Russia, there will be massive repatriation of the ex-oligarch capital which was siphoned out in previous 20 years to Western offshores.
13. At the same time the new, non-traditional offshores may gain popularity, as old offshores wane.
14. Generally, oligarchs and financial elites will be under much pressure globally.
15. Alternative global banking and finance will again start developing by leaps and bounds: Russian, Chinese, BRICS, Eurasian currencies, currency swaps, barter, alternative local currencies, such as Berkshares, etc.
16. Russia will begin taking bolder strides to change its dependency on the FED and Western financial system. China has already been making such strides. This will make Russia and China leaders of the alternative movement.
However, China is still very dependent on the US treasuries. This is another wild card.
17. The BRICS Bank may develop further, as well as country-to-country currency swaps.
There are also potential new Eurasian currency developments. Remember I told you about Russian Altyn and Evraz, as new alternative currencies in development. These will challenge the status quo and become alternatives to the petro-dollar/IMF/FED banking system.
18. Actually, just by their sheer stupidity and bad karma, US/West may trigger an expedited collapse of the USD-based banking system.

21. Generally, under Saturn in Capricorn investments that are conservative will do better!
22. Since much of the US power rests on its petro-dollar and US reserve currency status, the US will emerge at the end of this Saturn transit as a weakened country, which lost its dominant global position.
23. I do not see the total collapse of the system yet. Overhaul - yes. But the total Inverted Collapse is a process, according to my Earth Shift Predictions. The final act will happen later.

24. In the next 3 years, I see a major restructuring, overhaul and dramatic shift. There will be a shift of mentality and priorities.
