INTRO
About Lada Ray’s Quantum and Geo Calibrations
The original Scale of Human Consciousness was developed by late David Hawkins, MD, Ph.D, using the 1000 point base scale. It was explained in his best-selling book, Power vs. Force. Lada wishes to give credit to David Hawkins pioneering work and invites everyone to read his book to familiarize oneself with the original scale.
A calibration is normally performed through Kinesiology test (muscle test), technique traditionally used in holistic medicine and to calibrate consciousness levels.
Lada Ray began working with the Hawkins scale since she first discovered it in 2002, helping many of her private clients through calibrations. Simultaneously, Lada Ray began discovering new and creative ways of using, expanding and perfecting the base Hawkins scale. She also discovered a number of new, original levels that were not a part of the Hawkins scale. Lada redefined some of the calibration levels, based on her expanding knowledge and understanding of the multiverse and multidimensional consciousness. Lada invented new calibration modules and created her own interpretations for each calibration. All this reshaped the base scale for the usage in the 21st Century, added depth and veracity, making the new Lada Ray scale user friendly and versatile.
Further, Lada discovered an important distinction between Quantum Calibration (QC - cosmic force available to a subject) and Chi level (CHI – earthly energy manifest by a subject). She also defined the difference between the two.
Lada began calibrating values such as individual chakra levels and complete energy body levels, energy pollution, emotional/anger pollution, empath levels, soul levels, intelligence levels, global event probabilities, and many others. The values to calibrate are infinite, as long as Lada Ray’s strict methodology is correctly applied.
Lada regularly performs calibrations of cosmic and angelic beings, and of the universal energy levels well beyond the 1000 point scale used for human consciousness. She also routinely monitors through calibrations various truths vs. lies, forbidden history and events in our past, present and future – beyond the obvious.

In addition to the expanded and re-imagined scale, these titles apply to Lada Ray’s re-worked levels and their new names, new types of calibrations and their proprietary interpretations, but are not limited to those.
Recently, Lada developed a new type of calibrations: GEO CALIBRATIONS. These are used on macro levels in order to determine the calibration levels of:
collective consciousness and consensus
global and local events
quality of life worldwide
life force energy available to a country, city or region of the world
prognosis for the development of said geo location
probability of war or peace
likelihood of general success, expansion, decline, crisis or destruction of a geo location
climate and earth change

And much more can be geo-calibrated. The new Geo Calibrations are very helpful in determining personal strategies for global relocation. They are also helpful in figuring out global and regional developmental strategies.

GEO CALIBRATION GUIDELINES
The Quality of Life Geo Calibrations are essentially non-political and are designed by Lada Ray to pinpoint the best and/or worst places to live on our planet. This report allows you to compare and understand where any geo-location (country, region, city, continent) falls on the scale, relative to neighbors.
For the purposes of this report, Lada would have preferred not to talk about politics at all. However, due to the ongoing tectonic global change facilitated by the Great Earth Shift, the war vs. peace, political, geopolitical and safety factors figure prominently into this study. Depending on how a geo location fares in these parameters, a cumulative calibration may dramatically change.
How the Quality of Life criteria are calibrated:
They are calibrated from the standpoint of the collective consciousness (general consensus) and based on typical standard of living expectations of those residing in the West. However, in cases where politics, culture and aesthetics are involved, the study has been tailored to a more educated, holistic, awakened and enlightened perspective, such as Lada Ray’s and many of her followers. We want the best for ourselves in all respects, don’t we?
Lada Ray is big on balance and harmony. In all cases a balance between consensus opinions has been observed. You may know that Lada accesses information beyond physical 3D world, and beyond Internet 4D world. Multidimensional approach, based on the cosmic Akashic Records, has been taken.

For the purposes of this report we calibrate countries, world’s regions and some major cities, or places of interest.
To avoid overwhelming readers and in order to effectively deliver the final result, for the purposes of this universal study we calibrate a cumulative value of all criteria, not each criteria separately. This is done multidimensionally, based on Lada Ray’s Multidimensional Universe and Earth Shift System. This study is your first step in determining whether the location you are at is ideal for you, or whether it is more beneficial to relocate either locally or globally.
The results of the study have to be approached on a relative scale. There are no perfect places to live; however, there are places that are much better than others. There can also be places that are ideal personally for you (this can be determined based on personal reading or consultation - see below).
This exclusive, one-of-a-kind report and Lada’s Comparative Geo Calibrations will lay out the big picture in front of you, and help you put it in perspective.
This Geo Calibration Quality of Life study in non-political. It is designed to help you find the best place for you to live and to facilitate your decision based on clear information. That said, certainly political situation in any given country, any strife and disorder lowers the quality of life. Therefore, political and economic stability, as well as the presence or absence of obvious or hidden conflict, carry a significant weight in our calibrations.
Some geo locations calibrated may have lost some or much of their former calibration appeal due to a political strife or war. Same goes for the economic situation. Other locations maintained the same, or even increased their calibration, based on some newly found stability. However, I must warn you that in the next 3-10 years, most world’s countries will experience their share of strife and instability, some more than others. How the country will fare during Earth Shift and how well it will come out of it depends on many factors, including how wise the leadership is, how well law enforcement, economy and social networks are balanced, how the country manages to position itself geopolitically and economically, how much protest and unresolved problems there are, as well as what kind of karma said country has generated.
Last thing to keep in mind for this study is that this data is for 2017. Calibrations may (and they will) change as we get deeper into the Earth Shift. Since the issue of the Quality of Life and personal choice whether to relocate or stay put will become crucial in the next few years for large numbers of people, I may make this report a regular annual feature.

COMPLETE LIST OF THE QUALITY OF LIFE CRITERIA
1. Infrastructure (roads, buildings, offices, general development, shopping, conveniences, country/region/city development and beautification, sidewalks, cafes, walker/cyclist accommodations).
2. Level of technology and Internet development, accessibility and affordability.
3. Transportation (quality and convenience of trains, buses, cars, airports and transport hubs).
4. Culture/Entertainment/History (how rich and accessible the culture and positive entertainment is to an average person. How varied and interesting it is to have leisure in this location). Historic and cultural richness. Man-made beauty, expressed through pleasing to the eye and enriching landscaping, architecture, mindful development, historic monuments, celebrations and traditions.
5. Climate (While various people like different kinds of climate, there is a general consensus that milder and/or warmer climate is generally better. Based on this, some countries with generally worse infrastructure and quality of life, may fare somewhat better on the scale due to their better climate. Others, with excellent QC, CHI and prospects, may fare somewhat worse due to very cold climate.).
6. Housing quality and affordability (incl. real estate taxes).
7. General cost of living and monthly expenses. (Note: the more expensive the country compared to the quality of life it offers, the lower it will calibrate).
8. Food, coffee/tea houses, cafes, restaurants: quality, accessibility, affordability, hygiene, aesthetics.
9. Levels of pollution from all sources (air, ground/surface water, land). How pristine is this geo location. This includes effects of Chemtrails, Geoengineering, Fukushima and other radiation risks, ocean pollution, etc.
10. Future prospects and how future-oriented this location is.
11. Business, employment and career development opportunities.
12. How holistic and spiritual the location is (we calibrate both naturally holistic/spiritual living and commercially/intentionally introduced holistic approach). Availability and cost of natural, organic, non-GMO foods. Longevity, health and well-being.
13. Nature and natural beauty. Nature and Eco-tourism attractiveness (natural beauty is healing and rejuvenating; it has direct effect on one’s quality of life).
14. Quality of traditional Western medical/dental care, cost and accessibility.
15. Holistic, spa and natural rejuvenation services: quality, cost and accessibility.
16. Quality of day care, primary and secondary education
17. Quality of college and grad study. Availability of science opportunities.
18. General cleanliness.
19. The quality of people and community. General level of local population's friendliness, happiness, joy and satisfaction with life.
20. Law and order, including how effective law enforcement is, how well-trained yet courteous its members are.
21. Political stability of this geo-location (is there hidden or obvious political strife and/or military conflict).

0 DEATH
Complete destruction / annihilation of existence
1-9 NEAR DEATH
This is a war of all against all: the end of the line.
Usually, this is a country experiencing a state of a long-term, devastating war, extreme destruction, where the majority of the population has lost all will to live or resist, with a large number of refugees and people without any means to existence. There is no law and order in such country and it becomes a natural breeding ground for terrorism and illegal bands, who don’t value life, such as ISIL. No elementary quality of life or safety requirements are met. No industry to speak of. Natural resources are mercilessly looted by all factions. No redeeming values whatsoever.
The best contemporary examples of this level are Afghanistan and Iraq, destroyed as a result of American aggression, wholesale looting, terror and devastating civil war. See the Global Calibrations table below for exact values for Afghanistan and Iraq.
An example from WWII: after US dropped nuclear bombs on Japan in 1945, Hiroshima’s GC was 4 and Nagasaki’s GC 8.
As a telling example of the opposite, even during WWII, the most devastating war in modern human history, the Geo Calibration of Russia - country most destroyed by the German Nazi attack - was on average well above this value: at 85 between 1941 and 1945 (it fell to 45 (guilt) in the most brutal second half of 1941 and rose to 180 (pride) in the first half of 1945, in the run up to victory). The average of 85 is violent/angry grief, which, while being very, very low, still expresses enough energy to propel people to rise up and defend life. The USSR continued maintaining strict law and order, although at a huge cost to individuals. USSR also had a large and growing army, as well as various partisans and spies, who together won the war. The collective life force of the people turned out stronger than the Western war machine unleashed on them. After May 9, 1945 Victory, Geo Calibration of the USSR temporarily shot up to 410 (reason) – an extremely high GC value you will not encounter in any other country today. Despite the country’s extreme devastation, this unbelievable spike in Geo Calibration occurred due to an enthusiasm for many soldiers returning home, victory over the deadly enemy and anticipation of a better life. At the end of the day, this example simply speaks of the hidden life force reserves of the country.
10-19 HOPELESSNESS (total loss of hope/deathly shame)
For the purposes of Geo Calibrations the interpretation is basically the same as for the value: 1-9 near death. Albeit, with a bit less intensity and urgency.
Much like with the preceding level, at the level of Hopelessness the collective consciousness of the population vibrates on the level of shame for misdeeds they had perpetrated. Alternatively, it can be misdeeds done to them, which they failed to prevent. In short, there is a general understanding that karma has done its job and a hopeless regret that past opportunity to reform was lost.
20-29 SHAME
This value can be incurred due to extreme devastation that can happen as a result of a major war, accompanied by destruction, combined with very little, if any, will to live, resists and/or rebuild. The devastation is extreme, violent gangs roam the land, people hide however they can, often underground, and are afraid to show their faces in the sunlight. Complete blurring of the notions of good and evil. The survival instinct is non-existent.
This level resonates with a general notion of karmic retribution, as in the preceding level of 10-19 Hopelessness.
The difference with lower values is that there is still a sliver of hope that remains at the bottom of all this hopelessness.
Today’s example of this calibration is the Palestinian Autonomy - see Table for the Quality of Life GC value.
30-49 GUILT (Regret)
Guilt carries just a little more energy than the near death / shame values above. There is also a little more self-awareness here. The main characteristic of the Guilt level is an extreme self-suppression. Another typical characteristic is Regret and being stuck in the past, which completely paralyses one’s ability to move forward.
This usually happens due to many extreme mis-deeds, whether they were perpetrated by the subject or against the subject. Guilt usually eats one alive, unless remedied and unless there is external help, OR if sufficient internal life force reserve is found to rise above it.
While in lower calibrations 0-29 we are well past the Karma (repercussions have already taken place), with Guilt an extremely heavy Karma weights in. With this QC, CHI and GC, if the energy is not risen soon enough by all means possible, the subject will eventually slip into lower calibration with a real danger of death and annihilation.
The best contemporary example of the level of Guilt is today’s Ukraine (see Table for calibrations).
Historic example: Germany in 1945 after it lost WWII: GC 40. Germany at the time was revived and collectively helped out of the bottomless pit of death by the USSR and USA.
Who will help Ukraine?
50-74 APATHY
Total dulling of senses and perspective, can’t discern, can’t act. Usually is a result of being overwhelmed to the extreme by the demands of life and being disoriented about the world, environment and self. This is normally accompanied by extreme indifference to one’s own quality of life and life itself, and/or that of others.
Apathy can be an accompaniment or result of a devastating war, when there is nothing left to lose, or it can be the result of extreme poverty. Drugs, severe drinking together with deep depression, or serious illness can also result in this level. Apathy can often happen in a seemingly relatively peaceful environment. There is very little life force.
The best examples of Apathy: the infamous slums of Calcutta during the times of Mother Theresa (its GC is much higher today – see table). In truth, Calcutta's QC and GC circa Mother Theresa could fall below Apathy in many cases and go as low as 8 – near death. Due to her personal very high calibration, Mother Theresa, by her very presence, managed to lift Calcutta’s calibration to levels at which it could function. Her actions gradually raised awareness and invited external help, eventually propelling the energy higher and raising Chi.
A contemporary example is Haiti: its QC today is 55, GC is 50.
75-99 GRIEF / DESPONDENCY
This value, which I also subdivide into 3 sub-categories already carries enough energy to express one’s negative feelings. It may be done in different ways, based on subdivision below. The essence of this calibration is that a lot of perceived harm and injustice took place. It may have been self-inflicted, or it may have been perpetrated by others. There is usually a lot of karmic debt at work here. Oftentimes, but not always, the subject is deluded and refuses to take responsibility for its actions, blaming others for its problems.
However, it has to be pointed out that the GC value is cumulative. It tells you the overall calibration, which consists of a number of smaller values.
Many of the world’s terrorists began with Grief, but due to devastation they inflicted, they usually regressed towards Death or Near Death. Great examples are ISIL or AlQaeda.
An example of a cumulative Grief in the table below is LDPR (Lugansk and Donetsk Republics). In some ways, due to devastating bombings by Kiev, LDPR calibration may have been near death, however, the people’s will to resist and determination to build a better life is so strong, that it outweighs deathly hopelessness. Therefore, the overall cumulative GC is in the 80s, which accurately reflects the overall situation (see table below for more).
75-79 paralyzing grief/despondency
There is less action and more apathy in this value. The grief is overwhelming, paralyzing ability to think and act. Crying, complaining and immobility are main characteristics.
80-84 violent/destructive grief
Usually there is violent and angry energy, which is normally directed towards outer destruction or self-destruction. The subject perceives destruction as a necessity to avenge a perceived injustice or to destroy the source of pain. Destruction is usually excessive, as there is little reason and ability to control oneself. It can lead to self-destruction as well.
85-89 survival grief
This is already a more reasonable Grief, when a subject has certain amount of internal checks in place. Because the subject already begins perceiving a fear of retribution and danger to own existence, it will not destroy or harm as easily. A more ‘discerning’ version of Grief, if you will.
Life-diminishing (survival) levels 100-199
While still insufficient to sustain life, the levels between 100 and 199 already begin valuing life sufficiently to focus on survival and own needs. This level also carries a lot more energy than the previous 0-99 level. Usually the only life that is considered valuable is one’s own. Sometimes it is expanded to include one’s family or clan because it is perceived as a subject’s ‘ownership.’
This level is self-serving and egoic. Only one’s own life, possessions and inner circle (such as in the case of a Mafia ‘family’) matters. Others don’t. However on this level the importance of self-survival dictates that entities will try to preserve their own by negotiating with others. The destruction is no more the goal, but a means to an egoic end.
100-124 SURVIVAL FEAR (primal fear)
This is the lowest of survival levels. There is infinitely more energy here compared to the lower levels. However, it’s still severely stunted and insufficient for any normal existence.
The 0-99 levels had a decidedly hopeless, negative and destructive energy to self and others. The main distinction is that at the 100-124 level there is already a glimmer of hope in the end of a tunnel. There is action and some productive beginning at work. In fact, there can be a flurry of activity on this level. The important significator of this type of energy is that it is directed specifically and solely at self-survival, sometimes with a vague idea that life will somehow get better in the future. Violence on this level is performed when one may fear that harm can come to one’s existence (whether such fear is real or imaginary).
A subject at this level will do everything to survive, such as work hard for pennies, keeping his head down. As some examples, a subject may risk being shot while illegally crossing a border or die taking a leaky boat across the sea in order to gain refugee status in a well-to-do country.
Overworking, overeating, drinking, smoking dependencies, sleeping disorders and anxieties originate at this level. (Drug dependency, as well as very severe drinking and smoking that causes cancer, belong in 0-99 category).
For the purposes of collective consciousness and GC, we presently have many regions, cities and countries calibrating at this level.
In international relations Fear and Survival demonstrate a severe lack in proper perspective and reason. The infamous American panic regarding the imaginary “Russians are coming!” calibrates at this level.
Wars have been known to start from Fear. One of the good examples: using the innate fears of the American population, manipulated and expanded by MSM and politicians, US government began ‘preemptive’ wars in Iraq and Afghanistan. The USA’s ‘preemptive strike doctrine’ calibrates at 100 and belongs in the Survival Fear category.
Typical historic examples of survival fear are: Protestant ‘Pilgrims’ fleeing to the US from prosecution by Catholics; the Irish fleeing Ireland to the USA as a result of Potato Famine and/or prosecution by the British. Same is true for Jews fleeing to the USA from Russia in early 1900s and Jews fleeing Germany during Hitler.
These same people, such as Pilgrims and other US immigrants, later sought to exterminate or enslave the indigenous population of America. American and European Jews were instrumental in building unjust MSM and present day predatory financial system. This is how the Level of Survival Fear works: subject only cares about their own survival, never about that of others.
125-149 GREED / EGOIC DESIRE
At this level wars are only likely when the subject wants to score a large economic gain or take over a territory for the ultimate goal of self-enrichment. Wars are often induced through coercion, manipulation and lies, and are executed with the others’ hands.
This is the level of Globalism, NWO, Wall Street and international conglomerates.
On this level it is preferred to act surreptitiously and quietly, behind the scenes. The goal is to enrich oneself and get ahead of others in the material sense. This can be done simply through the outward luxury and glitz, by outspending others, in order to impress. A good example of this type of Greed and Desire is the glitz of Hollywood. This is the most innocuous expression of Egoic Desire.
OR it can be done through swindling, sucking out resources and impoverishing other countries to enrich oneself. The great example of the latter is the work of US economic hitmen, as described by John Perkins in his book, Confessions of an Economic Hit Man.
150-174 ANGER
Anger can possess quite a punch of an external physical energy. That said, this burst of energy feeds of an extreme negativity coupled with a very significant life force. Usually, the burst comes from within when the subject rebels against a situation it deems confining in any way. This burst of energy, drawn from darkness or subject’s own hurt, can be very violent and abusive.
As the rest of the Levels of Survival, it is largely, or entirely, self-centered. There is no place for compassion, love, acceptance or any other wonderfully peaceful things here. All of this energy is concentrated in the physical 3D realm, none in the spiritual.
150-159 destructive anger
If it is in the process of plunging, then the energy is moving in the direction of negativity and therefore, it will continue going down, until it drops to the 0-99 level, if not stopped on time with some positive hope.
160-174 productive anger (stubborn anger)
Productive anger occurs when calibration rises from the lower levels and more inner Chi becomes available to the subject. Although angry, the subject tends to direct energy not towards destruction, blaming or hurting anyone, but towards the goal of getting out of the hole, out of a bad situation. This causes a huge spike in physical energy and if used productively, it will continue propelling one towards higher values.
A defining characteristic of this level is stubbornness focusing on surmounting the odds at all cost and achieving personal victory. This often occurs in sports and various competitions; also during liberation wars, revolutions or protests, if they are based on productive and fair agenda. A great examples are Dr. King, racial equality, as well as anti-Vietnam war protests of the 1960s in the USA. The energy here often became courageous and inspired, and could rise to the levels of Courage: 200 and above.
It has to be remembered that anger is still a life-diminishing calibration, it is egoic/self-serving in nature and carries a decidedly physical energy of 3D. Only when a spiritual and service-to-others elements are added - only then this energy can have a hope of rising to higher levels.
None of this will happen if there is no plan and/or dream; in other words, when a burst of productive anger isn’t moderated with reason and creative energy. In that case the subject will remain stuck at the Anger level or plunge lower.
Example: pointless protests that lead nowhere, such as 2017 SWJ anti-Trump protests. The kinds of protests we are presently seeing around the world are mostly based on destructive anger. The result is that their energy invariably plunges well below 100, thus never achieving their main goal of change.
175-189 PRIDE
Pride is the very first value where confrontation and harming others becomes undesirable. But it isn’t because the subject is noble or humanistic, as in the 480-499 values, and above. It is merely because the subject doesn’t want disruption to his/her own established well-being, which is valued extremely highly. So high, in fact, that nice appearances, negotiations and delicate tiptoeing around issues are infinitely preferred.
This is also the level at which ‘see no evil, hear no evil’ adage applies, even if such evil stares you in the eye. This is how WWII began in Europe: the West shyly averted eyes and pretended not to see the rise of Hitler. They all preferred to negotiate with him as long as he promised to leave THEM PERSONALLY alone. Never mind that he ripped apart other countries. This attitude only enabled the global bully, resulting in the entire Europe takeover and the bombings of London.
The typical illustration of Pride GC in action is how the EU behaves in regards to fascism in Ukraine and the bombings of Donbass. Note the wishy-washy way in which Merkel conducts her international affairs.
Appearances and superficiality are the defining characteristics of this level. The level of Pride is ‘keeping up with the Joneses’ and being very superficially respectful of others, but only from an egoic standpoint, not because it is meant. Usually behind the scenes, such entities gossip, snitch and plot against each other. However, it is all done hush-hush. On the surface, the proprieties are observed.
190-199 YEARNING / STRIVING
I’ve isolated this level from the traditional Pride level because I see it as almost the opposite of Pride in many ways, although many Pride characteristics are still a part of this borderline calibration.
This is the last of the life-diminishing levels. At 200, we make a huge qualitative leap to life sustaining levels, when the life of others is respected and when service to others (as opposed to self-service) becomes a norm.
At the 190-199 level the subject is still brewing in a self-serving karmic brew. However, there is a very interesting metamorphosis that is occurring at the same time. The subject already feels that there is something better than Pride and lower levels out there. There is a rebellion (quiet, or not so quiet) going on against the constraints of society and a matrix into which one is thrust upon birth and conditioning.
There is an attempt to break free. There is a sense of longing, seeking and yearning for something, akin to a search for the Holy Grail. A false sense of stability, characteristic of the lower energy of Pride usually suddenly goes out the window as the subject struggles to make a leap, but doesn’t quite succeed, just yet. This is the level at which people quit cushy jobs and become spiritual seekers.
Sometimes the rebellion against status quo happens as a result of a visible personal or collective crisis, but not necessarily. It may develop very quietly and internally, until one day the subject snaps and begins doing everything differently.
If one has enough energy and spiritual underpinning, plus reason and desire to serve others, such subject will eventually make the necessary leap into higher calibrations, and often will become a global leader, inspiring being or a remarkable country.
A great historic example of this scenario is the breakup of the USSR, the 90s crisis and subsequent rise of Russia and Putin.
Another historic example is the true life story of Siddhārtha Gautama Buddha.
On an individual level a person may leave a lucrative Wall Street career and dedicate life to helping others see the truth and awaken.
If one doesn’t have spiritual and service-to-others underpinning, the rebellion will turn shallow. Such as what we call ‘a middle age crisis,’ like running out and buying a sports car or suddenly coloring your hair purple. The result may be that the subject ends up lingering at this level till the end of his/her life, turning juvenile, or regressing back to more comfortable levels.
Life-affirming /life-creating calibrations 200-1000
Life-affirming levels 200-399
First set of truly life affirming and life sustaining levels. Here, there is a relatively healthy balance between positive and negative energy, with positive and life-affirming energy ratio gradually increasing with the increase in calibration.
I again want to remind everyone that we all are a composite of many different layers and calibrations. The finalized composite calibration depends on which energy is predominant.
When we calibrate macro-systems, such as a large city, country or continent, we take into account the composite of all individuals, the collective consciousness, and composite result of all activity produced by a collective of individuals residing in this geo-location.
The crucial two differences between lower levels and the Life-Affirming Levels are:
1. The Life-Affirming Levels rely on a mix of negative and positive, where a relative balance of positive vs. negative exists and where positive energy begins prevailing as calibration grows.
2. At 200 and above, we have left the self-service levels. The energy of subjects calibrating on the Life-Affirming Levels is geared towards understanding, getting along and serving others to sustain 3D life.
Unlike higher Life-Creating Levels, the Life-Affirming Levels have no drive for accomplish and make life better, but are simply contented with defending or sustaining existence as is.
200-249 COURAGE (the level of honor, warriors and heroes)
Last confrontational level.
Often, the subject values his/her own life lower than that of one’s country, cause, or another person. Often one's life may be sacrificed so others can live.
This level is very physically active and entirely at home in 3D, but with the heart and beginnings of spirituality.
For the purposes of Geo Calibrations, the city or country is still a composite of all people living there, with all their high and low calibrations. However, A Geo-location vibrating on the 200-249 level will function well, like a well-oiled machine; problems are handled in a speedy, straightforward and effective manner. Citizens are treated strictly, and without warm and fuzzy feeling, but with deference. Authorities generally take responsibility for their actions. It is comfortable and secure to live in such place, although there still may be a feeling that something is lacking, but it’s hard to tell what.
200-229 confrontational courage/ determination
More confrontation and suspicion on this level, but there is also strict honesty, honor and lack of pettiness. Due to the toughness of this level, certain dark choices and human vices are frequently present, such as drinking, affairs, etc.
230-249 high (noble) courage
A noble defender level, when service-to-others is first priority. Human vices may still be present, or not.
250-309 NEUTRALITY / FRIENDLINESS
First non-confrontational level, when getting along with others due to natural mutual respect and understanding how others feel is paramount. On this level the distances and proprieties are observed and subjects are very particular not to violate another’s space and privacy. People are good neighbors, but not necessarily close friends.
Husbands and wives who've been together for many years, whose marriage survived all life’s ups and downs and who developed a certain level of comfort and understanding of each other, may vibrate at this level.
The feeling is that of a very even, gently warm (luke-warm), safe place, where no one would interfere, gossip, stab you in the back, or violate your trust. This is quintessential live and let live.
310-349 WILLINGNESS / COOPERATION / POSITIVITY
A lovely level of international cooperation and diplomacy. Often present during friendly high profile negotiations and meetings of all sorts. The key word is ‘friendly.’
This is a very interesting level at which subjects judge that getting along and moving along towards a major positive resolution or universally better future is a lot more important than petty squabbles and remunerating each other’s faults. At this level subjects tend to close their eyes on the faults of others in order to move along towards a brighter tomorrow. The macro-level orientation and strategic thinking is one of the main characteristics of this level.
As a matter of fact, global thinking begins at this level, to expand in later calibrations. Cooperation is the key word; enthusiasm is another.
Another crucial key is understanding the shortcomings and downfall of this level: by closing one’s eyes to the true nature of your negotiations partner, in one’s haste to move along the positive agenda, one can tremendously misjudge the result and inadvertently create an undesirable future.
The solution to this problem lies in employing a brutally honest analysis and synthesis, without skirting a complete picture of risks and rewards. The real truth must be looked squarely in the eye. These are the functions of the sharp Level of Reason at 400-479.
Only after that the essential ingredient of enthusiasm, heart and compassion should be added, but now on a higher level. This is the function of the Level of Humanity and Compassion 480-499.
A typical example of the Level of Willingness and Cooperation is the USSR. While possessing an absolutely terrific and exceedingly rare Geo Calibration, it also spelled the downfall of the Soviet Union. NOTE! I am talking of the Russia/USSR I grew up in and knew intimately, the one that existed between 1970s and late 1980s. I am not talking of a very different situation between the formation of the USSR in 1920s and Stalin’s period (this is a very big, separate discussion).
There are plenty of examples to support what I've said, but here are a few that jump at me, all calibrating on the level of willingness and cooperation:
1. Russia treated Soviet republics under her umbrella and satellite socialist countries with unquestionable positive willingness to cooperate and share. In fact, Russia shared a disproportionate amount of her resources and income with these republics and countries, leaving much less for herself, and getting much less in return. Russia routinely swiped under the rug and closed her eyes on the historic behavior of countries such as Poland and Romania, which later came back to haunt her.
2. Post WWII integration of Western Ukraine into the Ukrainian SSR and building of an industrial infrastructure in Lvov/Galitchina came back to haunt Russia. Same with the transfer of the Crimea to administrative care of Ukraine in 1954.
3. Many people in Russia and abroad blame Gorbachev for giving away the farm; many have branded him traitor. In my upcoming book THE PUTIN ENIGMA I’ll tell you the real truth of why Gorbachev acted the way he did, which is confirmed by my Geo Calibrations. There is a multitude of very telling examples of how Mikhail Gorbachev tried to extend a hand of cooperation to the USA, Germany and EU in mid-to-late 1980s, only to be lied and swindled in response.
Another historic example of the same was how the Native Americans once hospitably greeted Pilgrims and welcomed them to their land, only to be slaughtered later in return.
A VERY IMPORTANT CONCLUSION! There is nothing wrong with the Level of Willingness and Cooperation. In fact, I met a number of people who calibrate at this level. I personally like and very much appreciate those who calibrate at this positive and valuable level. Although not often, some geo locations, such as schools, companies, towns and cities may successfully reach this level, and even higher. However, on the country or large political union level this calibration doesn’t work at current level of human development.
At one point, the calibration of Russia within the framework of the USSR reached this distinctive service-to-others value, and even exceeded it. Russia began giving to others disproportionately, while getting much less in return. In fact, Russia tended to carry all other 14 Soviet republics and satellite countries on her shoulders. At the same time, Russia was surrounded by countries calibrating substantially lower, on the level of self-service. As a result, eventually these surrounding entities threatened to eat Russia alive. Alas, this is exactly what happened to the USSR. As a result, Russia almost disappeared from the map.
Therefore, it is understandable why Russia’s calibration had to lower itself; it was done simply out of self-preservation. The 3D-4D life on Earth is so interconnected that we all depend on each other. When one society gets too far ahead of others in development, it must come down to earth sufficiently to be level enough with others. If the majority of the world exists on the levels of self-service, it is dangerous to be too high on the service-to-others scale, if one plans to survive.
Sometimes the light has to be dimmed so it can shine again later. This is the conundrum Russia is presently facing.
From the Geo-Calibration perspective: 310-349 is a lovely calibration, very rare for a large city. But it can exist in certain cities and towns. More often, it will be a small, very good neighborhood or building. If you live in an area calibrating at Willingness, it's very rare and you a are truly blessed.
Even more rare are calibration we will discuss below.
350-399 ACCEPTANCE / OPENNESS
This is a beautiful level at which one begins experiencing interconnectedness and oneness. There is understanding and forgiveness of others’ faults. At this level people genuinely want to help others and provide gentle and holistic service. Many holistic practitioners and spiritual counselors calibrate at this level. This is also the level of open and unconditional hospitality, as well as basic kindness. This is the level at which those who devote their lives to helping and rescuing innocent animals vibrate (God bless them).
People at this level don’t have enemies. They try to understand everyone, welcome and extend their hand to everyone in need.
Global travel and discovering new favorite places and friends in new countries also calibrate here. (I don’t mean the bloody conquests of the past by Columbus and such; I am talking peaceful discovery and shared experiences).
A lovely, lovely level. There are some very holistically oriented and internationally welcoming towns and cities that may calibrate at this level, such as Santa Fe.
The city of Odessa, when I grew up there in the 1980s, calibrated at the level of Acceptance, and sometimes even above 400. You’ll see from the table below how catastrophically it has plunged since, under the fascist Kiev junta regime.
Levels of reason and accomplishment 400-499
At 400 we are leaving he Life-Affirming Levels and entering the Life-Creating Levels.
This is the first level at which a high IQ and drive to accomplish something significant is required. A highly functioning and organized mind is the trademark of this level.
Genius, multidimensional insight, intuition and psychic ability start being more common at the 400+ level, although some intuition and psychic ability is already present at the levels of 310-349 (willingness) and 350-399 (acceptance).
However, the true blossoming of genius, multidimensional insight and psychic ability occurs on levels 500 (love) and above.
The 400-499 levels are based primarily on 4D and 5D consciousness.
400-479 REASON AND ACCOMPLISHMENT
Based on very little 3D and mostly 4D consciousness, with possible elements of lower 5D.
The level of justice, truth, cold facts, philosophy, science, academia, medicine and rocket science. Many inventors calibrate here. Also the level at which many geeks, computer geniuses and hackers calibrate.
The main criticism regarding this level is that there is too much cold reason but not enough warm heart. Manipulation and ulterior motives are very possible on this level of consciousness. In fact, any manipulation is very effective here, as subjects possess higher than usual IQ, which makes it easier to mislead others, if so desired. If there isn’t enough integrity and heart, such deception can be very costly to the community and world in general. Great examples are how the Big Pharma operates, or how CIA operates.
Some of the top colleges may easily calibrate at this level. That said, due to the fact that the world in general is going through a major confusion and turmoil due to the Great Earth Shift, presently, fewer and fewer schools that formerly reached the 400+ level still calibrate this high. I’ll continue monitoring to see where this is all going. I’ll share more with you in my future reports and books.
480-499 HUMANITY AND COMPASSION (compassionate accomplishment)
I have isolated this level from the traditional Reason (based on the Hawkins Scale) because there is a crucial difference between this level and calibrations below it.
The 480-499 Level is based on a practical and seamless blend of high 3D, high 4D and lower-to-middle 5D consciousness.
As far as the IQ, the Level of Reason description applies fully to the Level of Compassionate Accomplishment.
At the 480-499 level, people are just as intelligent, efficient and effective as at the 400-479 level. Intuition is just as, or more, developed as at the Level of Reason.
However, there is a crucial distinction: on this level subjects choose to apply their talents differently. On the Level of Humanity and Compassion there is a required presence of high integrity and a warm, beating heart. There is also a burning desire to help those in need and tell the truth.
On this level people would never harm others – their integrity and good heart won’t let them. But they won’t shy away from a confrontation if they need to help or protect those who cannot help or protect themselves.
At this amazing level subjects are intelligent and effective defenders of those who cannot defend themselves, counselors who change people’s lives, effective yet caring bosses who make sure their employees are well-taken care of, beloved coaches, inspirational teachers, whistleblowers, truth tellers and great humanitarians.
Some in this category choose to become highly accomplished defenders of their motherland or their community in its hour of need.
Levels of Mastery and Magic 500-699
Here we make a truly epic qualitative leap from the lower levels.
These very rare and incredibly inspiring levels are based in most part in higher dimensions, usually high 5D through 7D, although 8D and higher-dimensional connections are also present in many cases. Although incarnated in 3D human bodies, subjects functioning on these levels feel most comfortable in dimensions 5D and above.
The Levels of Mastery and Magic are characterized by high and seemingly effortless manifestation. In most cases there is a creation of unique, important and forward-looking systems and works of art, science, spirit, as well as other endeavors that shape present and future and leave an indelible and lasting fingerprint in human development. Service to humanity, to Mother Earth and its beings, and an insatiable burning desire to create, share with all and show the way are the trademarks of this level.
People calibrating on these levels are philosophers, spiritual teachers and wayshowers to mankind, those who have created treasures in writing, music and art, and exceptional Earth Keepers and Earth Shifters who have saved or changed the world.
Due to the fact that most humans calibrate at the levels of self-service, in other words, below 200, and any Geo Calibration is a reflection of the collective consciousness of the entire population, plus the sum of their activities and quality of life in any given location, there are no human-populated places that calibrate at the Levels of Mastery and Magic.
However, such treasured geo locations exist on Earth. In most cases these are sacred points where beautiful nature meets exceptional energy vortexes, such as the hidden treasures of Lake Baikal. In other cases these are man-made focal points of forbidden history such as Stonehenge or the man-made rocks and lost ancient cities of the Urals and Siberia.
There are natural wonders on our planet that calibrate at 500, 600, into 700s, and well above. It has to be noted, however, that frantic human activity and pollution, such as geoengineering and radiation from Fukushima, have been harmfully effecting many such natural wonders. As a result, many calibrations have been catastrophically plunging. This is extremely worrying. Unless humans make amends and change their ways soon, they will leave a much poorer and worse off planet for their children. There may even a be a question of the very survival of this human civilization 20-25 years from now.
An example of a natural wonder that used to calibrate off the charts in the past, but is presently dying, is the Great Barrier Reef in Australia.
500-539 LOVE
The overriding characteristic of this calibration is that everything one does is done through and because of the all-encompassing love, appreciation and respect for others and life itself. It is a very beautiful, bright and light level.
540-579 JOY
The energy of joy and bright, positive excitement permeates this level. It is a very high manifestation level at which magic is possible and seemingly, there are no obstacles.
That’s actually only an illusion: individuals on this level and above usually have to contend with a lot more hardship and obstacles than an average person. The difference is attitude. The focus is on manifestation and creation, as well as spreading the wealth of joy.
Incredibly high level of energy of manifestation and energy sharing.
Generally, individuals on the Levels of Love, Joy, High Creation and Peace have so much energy that it is one of their assignments in this incarnation to donate some of their high energy to others. They are like public energy banks: others can tap into these banks when a pick-me-up is needed. The energy transfer may be done through art, movies, live or recorded performances, books and articles, singing and music, videos, photos, listening to someone uplifting or highly admired speak, watching inspiring sports, etc.
Of course there are energy vampires, who try to suck all the energy out of others. Energy vampires are always starving because any energy they consume goes into a sort of energetic black hole, sort of like an internal void. This is because their energy body is full of holes and they cannot hang on to the energy they possess. The holes are there because they were irresponsible and egotistic with their energy. As a result, they allowed too much darkness to penetrate their energy body and settle in. These are the people who normally calibrate at levels below 100, but instead of being physically harmful to either themselves or others they choose to focus on energetic harm (although physical harm can also be in the picture).
Protecting oneself from energy vampires (incidentally, many of them in our day and age pose as trolls, shills and stalkers) is paramount to the well-being of the people with high energy. If vampires suck out such person’s energy, then these remarkable energy-bank people will have no positive energy left to share with the world. And the world desperately needs their energy every day.
580-599 HIGH CREATION
Everything that has been said for the previous Level of Joy 540-579, applies to the Level of High Creation! However, at this level the creation and manifestation are even more exalted and focused. The burning desire to create and share is all-encompassing, bordering on obsession. At least that’s what others think. Those on this level can only exist and breathe if they are constantly creating.
This is the level of Mozart, Tchaikovsky, Tolstoy and Leonardo da Vinci. This is the level of the Creators and Earth Shifters of our world. This exceptionally high level possesses seemingly inexhaustible well of creative CHI energy. The productivity is out of this world. This is the level of true mastery.
600-699 PEACE
Level of Peace is when the creation takes on such a natural form that the person doesn’t seem to need to move much to make things happen. It seems so effortless that manifestation appears to happen by magic.
Incidentally, this feeling of effortless manifestation begins at the 500-599 (love-joy-high creation) levels, gradually expanding towards 600.
Someone on this level is a master manifestor of their own reality. A good example of this level is a master who doesn’t eat human food, existing just fine by simply breathing in the air. Or those yogi who can stop and restart their heart at will.
Manifestation of anything desired on the Level of Peace can often easily occur simply through silent meditation, ritual or making a wish. The defining feature of this level, however, is that very few usual human desires are present. It is an essential paradox infrequently understood by those of lower calibrations: the higher one’s calibration, the easier a person can manifest whatever they want. But at the very same time, the higher one’s calibration, the fewer physical trappings are desired by such person.
People on the level of peace may spend the majority of their time praying for others and dreaming up a better future for our planet, better world for our animals and nature, and for mankind.
Another paradox is that the higher the calibration, the fewer such people, subjects and geo locations there are on our planet. These are rare treasures. There are very, very few people calibrating on the levels of Love, Joy and High Creation. Out of seven billion people on the planet, there are perhaps only thousands of such people.
There are even fewer people on the Level of Peace, several hundred at most.
When we get to the Levels of Light, there are only about 25-30 such people on the planet at the moment.
However, the paradox of paradoxes is that their manifestation may seem effortless, but in reality the people with high calibration carry the weight of the world on their shoulders. Their positive and highly charged energy of creation outweighs the negativity and energy destruction by the majority of the world's population. This is what stops wars and allows this human civilization to go on, despite all the craziness out there.
Levels of Light and Ascension 700-1000
These levels are based entirely or almost entirely on higher dimensions (6D and above). So much so that subjects on this level most likely cannot exist in the physical 3D realm.
Sometimes, as it happens on the Level of 700-799 Functional Enlightenment, it is possible for a subject to exist in a 3D earthly human society. The reason to hang on to a human body at the Level of Light is only one: the subject is here to teach others something extremely important and to show the way that generations after will follow. To be functional, often such teachers deliberately dull, aka, lower their energy vibration to calibrate on a more palatable level for a physical 3D existence. But once the Level of Light has been attained, such individual doesn’t linger in physical form for too long.
For the purposes of Geo Calibrations and Quality of Life, there are at present no human-populated locations on our planet which calibrate that high. However, there may be few natural wonders that calibrate at these levels.
700-799 FUNCTIONAL ENLIGHTENMENT
Functioning is possible for one reason only: to show the way, teach and guide mankind, albeit with great detachment and great physical difficulty.
800-899 HIGH ENLIGHTENMENT

0 DEATH

1-9 NEAR DEATH
This is a war of all against all: the end of the line.
Usually, this is a country experiencing a state of a long-term, devastating war, extreme destruction, where the majority of the population has lost all will to live or resist, with a large number of refugees and people without any means to existence. There is no law and order in such country and it becomes a natural breeding ground for terrorism and illegal bands, who don’t value life, such as ISIL. No elementary quality of life or safety requirements are met. No industry to speak of. Natural resources are mercilessly looted by all factions. No redeeming values whatsoever.
The best contemporary examples of this level are Afghanistan and Iraq, destroyed as a result of American aggression, wholesale looting, terror and devastating civil war. See the Global Calibrations table below for exact values for Afghanistan and Iraq.
An example from WWII: after US dropped nuclear bombs on Japan in 1945, Hiroshima’s GC was 4 and Nagasaki’s GC 8.
As a telling example of the opposite, even during WWII, the most devastating war in modern human history, the Geo Calibration of Russia - country most destroyed by the German Nazi attack - was on average well above this value: at 85 between 1941 and 1945 (it fell to 45 (guilt) in the most brutal second half of 1941 and rose to 180 (pride) in the first half of 1945, in the run up to victory). The average of 85 is violent/angry grief, which, while being very, very low, still expresses enough energy to propel people to rise up and defend life. The USSR continued maintaining strict law and order, although at a huge cost to individuals. USSR also had a large and growing army, as well as various partisans and spies, who together won the war. The collective life force of the people turned out stronger than the Western war machine unleashed on them. After May 9, 1945 Victory, Geo Calibration of the USSR temporarily shot up to 410 (reason) – an extremely high GC value you will not encounter in any other country today. Despite the country’s extreme devastation, this unbelievable spike in Geo Calibration occurred due to an enthusiasm for many soldiers returning home, victory over the deadly enemy and anticipation of a better life. At the end of the day, this example simply speaks of the hidden life force reserves of the country.
10-19 HOPELESSNESS (total loss of hope/deathly shame)
For the purposes of Geo Calibrations the interpretation is basically the same as for the value: 1-9 near death. Albeit, with a bit less intensity and urgency.
Much like with the preceding level, at the level of Hopelessness the collective consciousness of the population vibrates on the level of shame for misdeeds they had perpetrated. Alternatively, it can be misdeeds done to them, which they failed to prevent. In short, there is a general understanding that karma has done its job and a hopeless regret that past opportunity to reform was lost.
20-29 SHAME
This value can be incurred due to extreme devastation that can happen as a result of a major war, accompanied by destruction, combined with very little, if any, will to live, resists and/or rebuild. The devastation is extreme, violent gangs roam the land, people hide however they can, often underground, and are afraid to show their faces in the sunlight. Complete blurring of the notions of good and evil. The survival instinct is non-existent.
This level resonates with a general notion of karmic retribution, as in the preceding level of 10-19 Hopelessness.
The difference with lower values is that there is still a sliver of hope that remains at the bottom of all this hopelessness.
Today’s example of this calibration is the Palestinian Autonomy - see Table for the Quality of Life GC value.
30-49 GUILT (Regret)
Guilt carries just a little more energy than the near death / shame values above. There is also a little more self-awareness here. The main characteristic of the Guilt level is an extreme self-suppression. Another typical characteristic is Regret and being stuck in the past, which completely paralyses one’s ability to move forward.
This usually happens due to many extreme mis-deeds, whether they were perpetrated by the subject or against the subject. Guilt usually eats one alive, unless remedied and unless there is external help, OR if sufficient internal life force reserve is found to rise above it.
While in lower calibrations 0-29 we are well past the Karma (repercussions have already taken place), with Guilt an extremely heavy Karma weights in. With this QC, CHI and GC, if the energy is not risen soon enough by all means possible, the subject will eventually slip into lower calibration with a real danger of death and annihilation.
The best contemporary example of the level of Guilt is today’s Ukraine (see Table for calibrations).
Historic example: Germany in 1945 after it lost WWII: GC 40. Germany at the time was revived and collectively helped out of the bottomless pit of death by the USSR and USA.
Who will help Ukraine?
50-74 APATHY
Total dulling of senses and perspective, can’t discern, can’t act. Usually is a result of being overwhelmed to the extreme by the demands of life and being disoriented about the world, environment and self. This is normally accompanied by extreme indifference to one’s own quality of life and life itself, and/or that of others.
Apathy can be an accompaniment or result of a devastating war, when there is nothing left to lose, or it can be the result of extreme poverty. Drugs, severe drinking together with deep depression, or serious illness can also result in this level. Apathy can often happen in a seemingly relatively peaceful environment. There is very little life force.
The best examples of Apathy: the infamous slums of Calcutta during the times of Mother Theresa (its GC is much higher today – see table). In truth, Calcutta's QC and GC circa Mother Theresa could fall below Apathy in many cases and go as low as 8 – near death. Due to her personal very high calibration, Mother Theresa, by her very presence, managed to lift Calcutta’s calibration to levels at which it could function. Her actions gradually raised awareness and invited external help, eventually propelling the energy higher and raising Chi.
A contemporary example is Haiti: its QC today is 55, GC is 50.
75-99 GRIEF / DESPONDENCY
This value, which I also subdivide into 3 sub-categories already carries enough energy to express one’s negative feelings. It may be done in different ways, based on subdivision below. The essence of this calibration is that a lot of perceived harm and injustice took place. It may have been self-inflicted, or it may have been perpetrated by others. There is usually a lot of karmic debt at work here. Oftentimes, but not always, the subject is deluded and refuses to take responsibility for its actions, blaming others for its problems.
However, it has to be pointed out that the GC value is cumulative. It tells you the overall calibration, which consists of a number of smaller values.
Many of the world’s terrorists began with Grief, but due to devastation they inflicted, they usually regressed towards Death or Near Death. Great examples are ISIL or AlQaeda.
An example of a cumulative Grief in the table below is LDPR (Lugansk and Donetsk Republics). In some ways, due to devastating bombings by Kiev, LDPR calibration may have been near death, however, the people’s will to resist and determination to build a better life is so strong, that it outweighs deathly hopelessness. Therefore, the overall cumulative GC is in the 80s, which accurately reflects the overall situation (see table below for more).
75-79 paralyzing grief/despondency
There is less action and more apathy in this value. The grief is overwhelming, paralyzing ability to think and act. Crying, complaining and immobility are main characteristics.
80-84 violent/destructive grief
Usually there is violent and angry energy, which is normally directed towards outer destruction or self-destruction. The subject perceives destruction as a necessity to avenge a perceived injustice or to destroy the source of pain. Destruction is usually excessive, as there is little reason and ability to control oneself. It can lead to self-destruction as well.
85-89 survival grief
This is already a more reasonable Grief, when a subject has certain amount of internal checks in place. Because the subject already begins perceiving a fear of retribution and danger to own existence, it will not destroy or harm as easily. A more ‘discerning’ version of Grief, if you will.
Life-diminishing (survival) levels 100-199
While still insufficient to sustain life, the levels between 100 and 199 already begin valuing life sufficiently to focus on survival and own needs. This level also carries a lot more energy than the previous 0-99 level. Usually the only life that is considered valuable is one’s own. Sometimes it is expanded to include one’s family or clan because it is perceived as a subject’s ‘ownership.’
This level is self-serving and egoic. Only one’s own life, possessions and inner circle (such as in the case of a Mafia ‘family’) matters. Others don’t. However on this level the importance of self-survival dictates that entities will try to preserve their own by negotiating with others. The destruction is no more the goal, but a means to an egoic end.
100-124 SURVIVAL FEAR (primal fear)
This is the lowest of survival levels. There is infinitely more energy here compared to the lower levels. However, it’s still severely stunted and insufficient for any normal existence.
The 0-99 levels had a decidedly hopeless, negative and destructive energy to self and others. The main distinction is that at the 100-124 level there is already a glimmer of hope in the end of a tunnel. There is action and some productive beginning at work. In fact, there can be a flurry of activity on this level. The important significator of this type of energy is that it is directed specifically and solely at self-survival, sometimes with a vague idea that life will somehow get better in the future. Violence on this level is performed when one may fear that harm can come to one’s existence (whether such fear is real or imaginary).
A subject at this level will do everything to survive, such as work hard for pennies, keeping his head down. As some examples, a subject may risk being shot while illegally crossing a border or die taking a leaky boat across the sea in order to gain refugee status in a well-to-do country.
Overworking, overeating, drinking, smoking dependencies, sleeping disorders and anxieties originate at this level. (Drug dependency, as well as very severe drinking and smoking that causes cancer, belong in 0-99 category).
For the purposes of collective consciousness and GC, we presently have many regions, cities and countries calibrating at this level.
In international relations Fear and Survival demonstrate a severe lack in proper perspective and reason. The infamous American panic regarding the imaginary “Russians are coming!” calibrates at this level.
Wars have been known to start from Fear. One of the good examples: using the innate fears of the American population, manipulated and expanded by MSM and politicians, US government began ‘preemptive’ wars in Iraq and Afghanistan. The USA’s ‘preemptive strike doctrine’ calibrates at 100 and belongs in the Survival Fear category.
Typical historic examples of survival fear are: Protestant ‘Pilgrims’ fleeing to the US from prosecution by Catholics; the Irish fleeing Ireland to the USA as a result of Potato Famine and/or prosecution by the British. Same is true for Jews fleeing to the USA from Russia in early 1900s and Jews fleeing Germany during Hitler.
These same people, such as Pilgrims and other US immigrants, later sought to exterminate or enslave the indigenous population of America. American and European Jews were instrumental in building unjust MSM and present day predatory financial system. This is how the Level of Survival Fear works: subject only cares about their own survival, never about that of others.
125-149 GREED / EGOIC DESIRE
At this level wars are only likely when the subject wants to score a large economic gain or take over a territory for the ultimate goal of self-enrichment. Wars are often induced through coercion, manipulation and lies, and are executed with the others’ hands.
This is the level of Globalism, NWO, Wall Street and international conglomerates.
On this level it is preferred to act surreptitiously and quietly, behind the scenes. The goal is to enrich oneself and get ahead of others in the material sense. This can be done simply through the outward luxury and glitz, by outspending others, in order to impress. A good example of this type of Greed and Desire is the glitz of Hollywood. This is the most innocuous expression of Egoic Desire.
OR it can be done through swindling, sucking out resources and impoverishing other countries to enrich oneself. The great example of the latter is the work of US economic hitmen, as described by John Perkins in his book, Confessions of an Economic Hit Man.
150-174 ANGER
Anger can possess quite a punch of an external physical energy. That said, this burst of energy feeds of an extreme negativity coupled with a very significant life force. Usually, the burst comes from within when the subject rebels against a situation it deems confining in any way. This burst of energy, drawn from darkness or subject’s own hurt, can be very violent and abusive.
As the rest of the Levels of Survival, it is largely, or entirely, self-centered. There is no place for compassion, love, acceptance or any other wonderfully peaceful things here. All of this energy is concentrated in the physical 3D realm, none in the spiritual.
150-159 destructive anger
If it is in the process of plunging, then the energy is moving in the direction of negativity and therefore, it will continue going down, until it drops to the 0-99 level, if not stopped on time with some positive hope.
160-174 productive anger (stubborn anger)
Productive anger occurs when calibration rises from the lower levels and more inner Chi becomes available to the subject. Although angry, the subject tends to direct energy not towards destruction, blaming or hurting anyone, but towards the goal of getting out of the hole, out of a bad situation. This causes a huge spike in physical energy and if used productively, it will continue propelling one towards higher values.
A defining characteristic of this level is stubbornness focusing on surmounting the odds at all cost and achieving personal victory. This often occurs in sports and various competitions; also during liberation wars, revolutions or protests, if they are based on productive and fair agenda. A great examples are Dr. King, racial equality, as well as anti-Vietnam war protests of the 1960s in the USA. The energy here often became courageous and inspired, and could rise to the levels of Courage: 200 and above.
It has to be remembered that anger is still a life-diminishing calibration, it is egoic/self-serving in nature and carries a decidedly physical energy of 3D. Only when a spiritual and service-to-others elements are added - only then this energy can have a hope of rising to higher levels.
None of this will happen if there is no plan and/or dream; in other words, when a burst of productive anger isn’t moderated with reason and creative energy. In that case the subject will remain stuck at the Anger level or plunge lower.
Example: pointless protests that lead nowhere, such as 2017 SWJ anti-Trump protests. The kinds of protests we are presently seeing around the world are mostly based on destructive anger. The result is that their energy invariably plunges well below 100, thus never achieving their main goal of change.
175-189 PRIDE
Pride is the very first value where confrontation and harming others becomes undesirable. But it isn’t because the subject is noble or humanistic, as in the 480-499 values, and above. It is merely because the subject doesn’t want disruption to his/her own established well-being, which is valued extremely highly. So high, in fact, that nice appearances, negotiations and delicate tiptoeing around issues are infinitely preferred.
This is also the level at which ‘see no evil, hear no evil’ adage applies, even if such evil stares you in the eye. This is how WWII began in Europe: the West shyly averted eyes and pretended not to see the rise of Hitler. They all preferred to negotiate with him as long as he promised to leave THEM PERSONALLY alone. Never mind that he ripped apart other countries. This attitude only enabled the global bully, resulting in the entire Europe takeover and the bombings of London.
The typical illustration of Pride GC in action is how the EU behaves in regards to fascism in Ukraine and the bombings of Donbass. Note the wishy-washy way in which Merkel conducts her international affairs.
Appearances and superficiality are the defining characteristics of this level. The level of Pride is ‘keeping up with the Joneses’ and being very superficially respectful of others, but only from an egoic standpoint, not because it is meant. Usually behind the scenes, such entities gossip, snitch and plot against each other. However, it is all done hush-hush. On the surface, the proprieties are observed.
190-199 YEARNING / STRIVING
I’ve isolated this level from the traditional Pride level because I see it as almost the opposite of Pride in many ways, although many Pride characteristics are still a part of this borderline calibration.
This is the last of the life-diminishing levels. At 200, we make a huge qualitative leap to life sustaining levels, when the life of others is respected and when service to others (as opposed to self-service) becomes a norm.
At the 190-199 level the subject is still brewing in a self-serving karmic brew. However, there is a very interesting metamorphosis that is occurring at the same time. The subject already feels that there is something better than Pride and lower levels out there. There is a rebellion (quiet, or not so quiet) going on against the constraints of society and a matrix into which one is thrust upon birth and conditioning.
There is an attempt to break free. There is a sense of longing, seeking and yearning for something, akin to a search for the Holy Grail. A false sense of stability, characteristic of the lower energy of Pride usually suddenly goes out the window as the subject struggles to make a leap, but doesn’t quite succeed, just yet. This is the level at which people quit cushy jobs and become spiritual seekers.
Sometimes the rebellion against status quo happens as a result of a visible personal or collective crisis, but not necessarily. It may develop very quietly and internally, until one day the subject snaps and begins doing everything differently.
If one has enough energy and spiritual underpinning, plus reason and desire to serve others, such subject will eventually make the necessary leap into higher calibrations, and often will become a global leader, inspiring being or a remarkable country.
A great historic example of this scenario is the breakup of the USSR, the 90s crisis and subsequent rise of Russia and Putin.
Another historic example is the true life story of Siddhārtha Gautama Buddha.
On an individual level a person may leave a lucrative Wall Street career and dedicate life to helping others see the truth and awaken.
If one doesn’t have spiritual and service-to-others underpinning, the rebellion will turn shallow. Such as what we call ‘a middle age crisis,’ like running out and buying a sports car or suddenly coloring your hair purple. The result may be that the subject ends up lingering at this level till the end of his/her life, turning juvenile, or regressing back to more comfortable levels.
Life-affirming /life-creating calibrations 200-1000
Life-affirming levels 200-399
First set of truly life affirming and life sustaining levels. Here, there is a relatively healthy balance between positive and negative energy, with positive and life-affirming energy ratio gradually increasing with the increase in calibration.
I again want to remind everyone that we all are a composite of many different layers and calibrations. The finalized composite calibration depends on which energy is predominant.
When we calibrate macro-systems, such as a large city, country or continent, we take into account the composite of all individuals, the collective consciousness, and composite result of all activity produced by a collective of individuals residing in this geo-location.
The crucial two differences between lower levels and the Life-Affirming Levels are:
1. The Life-Affirming Levels rely on a mix of negative and positive, where a relative balance of positive vs. negative exists and where positive energy begins prevailing as calibration grows.
2. At 200 and above, we have left the self-service levels. The energy of subjects calibrating on the Life-Affirming Levels is geared towards understanding, getting along and serving others to sustain 3D life.
Unlike higher Life-Creating Levels, the Life-Affirming Levels have no drive for accomplish and make life better, but are simply contented with defending or sustaining existence as is.
200-249 COURAGE (the level of honor, warriors and heroes)
Last confrontational level.
Often, the subject values his/her own life lower than that of one’s country, cause, or another person. Often one's life may be sacrificed so others can live.
This level is very physically active and entirely at home in 3D, but with the heart and beginnings of spirituality.
For the purposes of Geo Calibrations, the city or country is still a composite of all people living there, with all their high and low calibrations. However, A Geo-location vibrating on the 200-249 level will function well, like a well-oiled machine; problems are handled in a speedy, straightforward and effective manner. Citizens are treated strictly, and without warm and fuzzy feeling, but with deference. Authorities generally take responsibility for their actions. It is comfortable and secure to live in such place, although there still may be a feeling that something is lacking, but it’s hard to tell what.
200-229 confrontational courage/ determination
More confrontation and suspicion on this level, but there is also strict honesty, honor and lack of pettiness. Due to the toughness of this level, certain dark choices and human vices are frequently present, such as drinking, affairs, etc.
230-249 high (noble) courage
A noble defender level, when service-to-others is first priority. Human vices may still be present, or not.
250-309 NEUTRALITY / FRIENDLINESS
First non-confrontational level, when getting along with others due to natural mutual respect and understanding how others feel is paramount. On this level the distances and proprieties are observed and subjects are very particular not to violate another’s space and privacy. People are good neighbors, but not necessarily close friends.
Husbands and wives who've been together for many years, whose marriage survived all life’s ups and downs and who developed a certain level of comfort and understanding of each other, may vibrate at this level.
The feeling is that of a very even, gently warm (luke-warm), safe place, where no one would interfere, gossip, stab you in the back, or violate your trust. This is quintessential live and let live.
310-349 WILLINGNESS / COOPERATION / POSITIVITY
A lovely level of international cooperation and diplomacy. Often present during friendly high profile negotiations and meetings of all sorts. The key word is ‘friendly.’
This is a very interesting level at which subjects judge that getting along and moving along towards a major positive resolution or universally better future is a lot more important than petty squabbles and remunerating each other’s faults. At this level subjects tend to close their eyes on the faults of others in order to move along towards a brighter tomorrow. The macro-level orientation and strategic thinking is one of the main characteristics of this level.
As a matter of fact, global thinking begins at this level, to expand in later calibrations. Cooperation is the key word; enthusiasm is another.
Another crucial key is understanding the shortcomings and downfall of this level: by closing one’s eyes to the true nature of your negotiations partner, in one’s haste to move along the positive agenda, one can tremendously misjudge the result and inadvertently create an undesirable future.
The solution to this problem lies in employing a brutally honest analysis and synthesis, without skirting a complete picture of risks and rewards. The real truth must be looked squarely in the eye. These are the functions of the sharp Level of Reason at 400-479.
Only after that the essential ingredient of enthusiasm, heart and compassion should be added, but now on a higher level. This is the function of the Level of Humanity and Compassion 480-499.
A typical example of the Level of Willingness and Cooperation is the USSR. While possessing an absolutely terrific and exceedingly rare Geo Calibration, it also spelled the downfall of the Soviet Union. NOTE! I am talking of the Russia/USSR I grew up in and knew intimately, the one that existed between 1970s and late 1980s. I am not talking of a very different situation between the formation of the USSR in 1920s and Stalin’s period (this is a very big, separate discussion).
There are plenty of examples to support what I've said, but here are a few that jump at me, all calibrating on the level of willingness and cooperation:
1. Russia treated Soviet republics under her umbrella and satellite socialist countries with unquestionable positive willingness to cooperate and share. In fact, Russia shared a disproportionate amount of her resources and income with these republics and countries, leaving much less for herself, and getting much less in return. Russia routinely swiped under the rug and closed her eyes on the historic behavior of countries such as Poland and Romania, which later came back to haunt her.
2. Post WWII integration of Western Ukraine into the Ukrainian SSR and building of an industrial infrastructure in Lvov/Galitchina came back to haunt Russia. Same with the transfer of the Crimea to administrative care of Ukraine in 1954.
3. Many people in Russia and abroad blame Gorbachev for giving away the farm; many have branded him traitor. In my upcoming book THE PUTIN ENIGMA I’ll tell you the real truth of why Gorbachev acted the way he did, which is confirmed by my Geo Calibrations. There is a multitude of very telling examples of how Mikhail Gorbachev tried to extend a hand of cooperation to the USA, Germany and EU in mid-to-late 1980s, only to be lied and swindled in response.
Another historic example of the same was how the Native Americans once hospitably greeted Pilgrims and welcomed them to their land, only to be slaughtered later in return.
A VERY IMPORTANT CONCLUSION! There is nothing wrong with the Level of Willingness and Cooperation. In fact, I met a number of people who calibrate at this level. I personally like and very much appreciate those who calibrate at this positive and valuable level. Although not often, some geo locations, such as schools, companies, towns and cities may successfully reach this level, and even higher. However, on the country or large political union level this calibration doesn’t work at current level of human development.
At one point, the calibration of Russia within the framework of the USSR reached this distinctive service-to-others value, and even exceeded it. Russia began giving to others disproportionately, while getting much less in return. In fact, Russia tended to carry all other 14 Soviet republics and satellite countries on her shoulders. At the same time, Russia was surrounded by countries calibrating substantially lower, on the level of self-service. As a result, eventually these surrounding entities threatened to eat Russia alive. Alas, this is exactly what happened to the USSR. As a result, Russia almost disappeared from the map.
Therefore, it is understandable why Russia’s calibration had to lower itself; it was done simply out of self-preservation. The 3D-4D life on Earth is so interconnected that we all depend on each other. When one society gets too far ahead of others in development, it must come down to earth sufficiently to be level enough with others. If the majority of the world exists on the levels of self-service, it is dangerous to be too high on the service-to-others scale, if one plans to survive.
Sometimes the light has to be dimmed so it can shine again later. This is the conundrum Russia is presently facing.
From the Geo-Calibration perspective: 310-349 is a lovely calibration, very rare for a large city. But it can exist in certain cities and towns. More often, it will be a small, very good neighborhood or building. If you live in an area calibrating at Willingness, it's very rare and you a are truly blessed.
Even more rare are calibration we will discuss below.
350-399 ACCEPTANCE / OPENNESS
This is a beautiful level at which one begins experiencing interconnectedness and oneness. There is understanding and forgiveness of others’ faults. At this level people genuinely want to help others and provide gentle and holistic service. Many holistic practitioners and spiritual counselors calibrate at this level. This is also the level of open and unconditional hospitality, as well as basic kindness. This is the level at which those who devote their lives to helping and rescuing innocent animals vibrate (God bless them).
People at this level don’t have enemies. They try to understand everyone, welcome and extend their hand to everyone in need.
Global travel and discovering new favorite places and friends in new countries also calibrate here. (I don’t mean the bloody conquests of the past by Columbus and such; I am talking peaceful discovery and shared experiences).
A lovely, lovely level. There are some very holistically oriented and internationally welcoming towns and cities that may calibrate at this level, such as Santa Fe.
The city of Odessa, when I grew up there in the 1980s, calibrated at the level of Acceptance, and sometimes even above 400. You’ll see from the table below how catastrophically it has plunged since, under the fascist Kiev junta regime.
Levels of reason and accomplishment 400-499
At 400 we are leaving he Life-Affirming Levels and entering the Life-Creating Levels.
This is the first level at which a high IQ and drive to accomplish something significant is required. A highly functioning and organized mind is the trademark of this level.
Genius, multidimensional insight, intuition and psychic ability start being more common at the 400+ level, although some intuition and psychic ability is already present at the levels of 310-349 (willingness) and 350-399 (acceptance).
However, the true blossoming of genius, multidimensional insight and psychic ability occurs on levels 500 (love) and above.
The 400-499 levels are based primarily on 4D and 5D consciousness.
400-479 REASON AND ACCOMPLISHMENT
Based on very little 3D and mostly 4D consciousness, with possible elements of lower 5D.
The level of justice, truth, cold facts, philosophy, science, academia, medicine and rocket science. Many inventors calibrate here. Also the level at which many geeks, computer geniuses and hackers calibrate.
The main criticism regarding this level is that there is too much cold reason but not enough warm heart. Manipulation and ulterior motives are very possible on this level of consciousness. In fact, any manipulation is very effective here, as subjects possess higher than usual IQ, which makes it easier to mislead others, if so desired. If there isn’t enough integrity and heart, such deception can be very costly to the community and world in general. Great examples are how the Big Pharma operates, or how CIA operates.
Some of the top colleges may easily calibrate at this level. That said, due to the fact that the world in general is going through a major confusion and turmoil due to the Great Earth Shift, presently, fewer and fewer schools that formerly reached the 400+ level still calibrate this high. I’ll continue monitoring to see where this is all going. I’ll share more with you in my future reports and books.
480-499 HUMANITY AND COMPASSION (compassionate accomplishment)
I have isolated this level from the traditional Reason (based on the Hawkins Scale) because there is a crucial difference between this level and calibrations below it.
The 480-499 Level is based on a practical and seamless blend of high 3D, high 4D and lower-to-middle 5D consciousness.
As far as the IQ, the Level of Reason description applies fully to the Level of Compassionate Accomplishment.
At the 480-499 level, people are just as intelligent, efficient and effective as at the 400-479 level. Intuition is just as, or more, developed as at the Level of Reason.
However, there is a crucial distinction: on this level subjects choose to apply their talents differently. On the Level of Humanity and Compassion there is a required presence of high integrity and a warm, beating heart. There is also a burning desire to help those in need and tell the truth.
On this level people would never harm others – their integrity and good heart won’t let them. But they won’t shy away from a confrontation if they need to help or protect those who cannot help or protect themselves.
At this amazing level subjects are intelligent and effective defenders of those who cannot defend themselves, counselors who change people’s lives, effective yet caring bosses who make sure their employees are well-taken care of, beloved coaches, inspirational teachers, whistleblowers, truth tellers and great humanitarians.
Some in this category choose to become highly accomplished defenders of their motherland or their community in its hour of need.
Levels of Mastery and Magic 500-699
Here we make a truly epic qualitative leap from the lower levels.
These very rare and incredibly inspiring levels are based in most part in higher dimensions, usually high 5D through 7D, although 8D and higher-dimensional connections are also present in many cases. Although incarnated in 3D human bodies, subjects functioning on these levels feel most comfortable in dimensions 5D and above.
The Levels of Mastery and Magic are characterized by high and seemingly effortless manifestation. In most cases there is a creation of unique, important and forward-looking systems and works of art, science, spirit, as well as other endeavors that shape present and future and leave an indelible and lasting fingerprint in human development. Service to humanity, to Mother Earth and its beings, and an insatiable burning desire to create, share with all and show the way are the trademarks of this level.
People calibrating on these levels are philosophers, spiritual teachers and wayshowers to mankind, those who have created treasures in writing, music and art, and exceptional Earth Keepers and Earth Shifters who have saved or changed the world.
Due to the fact that most humans calibrate at the levels of self-service, in other words, below 200, and any Geo Calibration is a reflection of the collective consciousness of the entire population, plus the sum of their activities and quality of life in any given location, there are no human-populated places that calibrate at the Levels of Mastery and Magic.
However, such treasured geo locations exist on Earth. In most cases these are sacred points where beautiful nature meets exceptional energy vortexes, such as the hidden treasures of Lake Baikal. In other cases these are man-made focal points of forbidden history such as Stonehenge or the man-made rocks and lost ancient cities of the Urals and Siberia.
There are natural wonders on our planet that calibrate at 500, 600, into 700s, and well above. It has to be noted, however, that frantic human activity and pollution, such as geoengineering and radiation from Fukushima, have been harmfully effecting many such natural wonders. As a result, many calibrations have been catastrophically plunging. This is extremely worrying. Unless humans make amends and change their ways soon, they will leave a much poorer and worse off planet for their children. There may even a be a question of the very survival of this human civilization 20-25 years from now.
An example of a natural wonder that used to calibrate off the charts in the past, but is presently dying, is the Great Barrier Reef in Australia.
500-539 LOVE
The overriding characteristic of this calibration is that everything one does is done through and because of the all-encompassing love, appreciation and respect for others and life itself. It is a very beautiful, bright and light level.
540-579 JOY
The energy of joy and bright, positive excitement permeates this level. It is a very high manifestation level at which magic is possible and seemingly, there are no obstacles.
That’s actually only an illusion: individuals on this level and above usually have to contend with a lot more hardship and obstacles than an average person. The difference is attitude. The focus is on manifestation and creation, as well as spreading the wealth of joy.
Incredibly high level of energy of manifestation and energy sharing.
Generally, individuals on the Levels of Love, Joy, High Creation and Peace have so much energy that it is one of their assignments in this incarnation to donate some of their high energy to others. They are like public energy banks: others can tap into these banks when a pick-me-up is needed. The energy transfer may be done through art, movies, live or recorded performances, books and articles, singing and music, videos, photos, listening to someone uplifting or highly admired speak, watching inspiring sports, etc.
Of course there are energy vampires, who try to suck all the energy out of others. Energy vampires are always starving because any energy they consume goes into a sort of energetic black hole, sort of like an internal void. This is because their energy body is full of holes and they cannot hang on to the energy they possess. The holes are there because they were irresponsible and egotistic with their energy. As a result, they allowed too much darkness to penetrate their energy body and settle in. These are the people who normally calibrate at levels below 100, but instead of being physically harmful to either themselves or others they choose to focus on energetic harm (although physical harm can also be in the picture).
Protecting oneself from energy vampires (incidentally, many of them in our day and age pose as trolls, shills and stalkers) is paramount to the well-being of the people with high energy. If vampires suck out such person’s energy, then these remarkable energy-bank people will have no positive energy left to share with the world. And the world desperately needs their energy every day.
580-599 HIGH CREATION
Everything that has been said for the previous Level of Joy 540-579, applies to the Level of High Creation! However, at this level the creation and manifestation are even more exalted and focused. The burning desire to create and share is all-encompassing, bordering on obsession. At least that’s what others think. Those on this level can only exist and breathe if they are constantly creating.
This is the level of Mozart, Tchaikovsky, Tolstoy and Leonardo da Vinci. This is the level of the Creators and Earth Shifters of our world. This exceptionally high level possesses seemingly inexhaustible well of creative CHI energy. The productivity is out of this world. This is the level of true mastery.
600-699 PEACE
Level of Peace is when the creation takes on such a natural form that the person doesn’t seem to need to move much to make things happen. It seems so effortless that manifestation appears to happen by magic.
Incidentally, this feeling of effortless manifestation begins at the 500-599 (love-joy-high creation) levels, gradually expanding towards 600.
Someone on this level is a master manifestor of their own reality. A good example of this level is a master who doesn’t eat human food, existing just fine by simply breathing in the air. Or those yogi who can stop and restart their heart at will.
Manifestation of anything desired on the Level of Peace can often easily occur simply through silent meditation, ritual or making a wish. The defining feature of this level, however, is that very few usual human desires are present. It is an essential paradox infrequently understood by those of lower calibrations: the higher one’s calibration, the easier a person can manifest whatever they want. But at the very same time, the higher one’s calibration, the fewer physical trappings are desired by such person.
People on the level of peace may spend the majority of their time praying for others and dreaming up a better future for our planet, better world for our animals and nature, and for mankind.
Another paradox is that the higher the calibration, the fewer such people, subjects and geo locations there are on our planet. These are rare treasures. There are very, very few people calibrating on the levels of Love, Joy and High Creation. Out of seven billion people on the planet, there are perhaps only thousands of such people.
There are even fewer people on the Level of Peace, several hundred at most.
When we get to the Levels of Light, there are only about 25-30 such people on the planet at the moment.
However, the paradox of paradoxes is that their manifestation may seem effortless, but in reality the people with high calibration carry the weight of the world on their shoulders. Their positive and highly charged energy of creation outweighs the negativity and energy destruction by the majority of the world's population. This is what stops wars and allows this human civilization to go on, despite all the craziness out there.
Levels of Light and Ascension 700-1000
These levels are based entirely or almost entirely on higher dimensions (6D and above). So much so that subjects on this level most likely cannot exist in the physical 3D realm.
Sometimes, as it happens on the Level of 700-799 Functional Enlightenment, it is possible for a subject to exist in a 3D earthly human society. The reason to hang on to a human body at the Level of Light is only one: the subject is here to teach others something extremely important and to show the way that generations after will follow. To be functional, often such teachers deliberately dull, aka, lower their energy vibration to calibrate on a more palatable level for a physical 3D existence. But once the Level of Light has been attained, such individual doesn’t linger in physical form for too long.
For the purposes of Geo Calibrations and Quality of Life, there are at present no human-populated locations on our planet which calibrate that high. However, there may be few natural wonders that calibrate at these levels.
700-799 FUNCTIONAL ENLIGHTENMENT
Functioning is possible for one reason only: to show the way, teach and guide mankind, albeit with great detachment and great physical difficulty.
800-899 HIGH ENLIGHTENMENT
