Putin: Don't worry about the peace negotiations. Just do your job!
Basically, Putin said that it's a complex situation, and didn't reveal any details. But his hint clearly indicates that he's on it, and any attempts to swindle Russia, like it happened in the past, won't work. I also read it as a reassurance that the army shouldn't worry that Russia would just stop and not fulfill the goals of SMO because Trump or Europe so desire.
Putin also hinted on what will happen to the UK and France's ambitions, saying that 'they simply don't get that we have subs like yours and what that means for them'.
Special addition - Trump throws a tantrum:
Per NBC report, Trump says he's angry with Putin because Putin isn't doing exactly as he wanted.
