Ritual Meditation
POWERFUL RELEASE OF THE OLD AND EXPANSION OF THE NEW!

THE MOST POWERFUL MEDITATION / AFFIRMATION, OR MAKE IT INTO A FULL RITUAL!
As a result of its usage, a powerful cleansing and release, plus opening up to the new, is possible!
Use any time, as needed. You can just say or whisper it, as a mantra, or do a special ritual.
If you decide to do a special ritual, with even more power added through candles, oils and herbs, you can do it:
during the waning moon; on full moon; on new moon, on Christmas; on New Year's!
Do it no more than 2-3 times a year.
Alternate with my other rituals for best result.

TAKE 3 DEEP BREATHS IN AND OUT...
and begin:
I declare the purest and highest intention.
I invoke the most potent light of the universe and mother Gaia.
I invoke the assistance of Archangels Michael, Gabriel, Raphael and Metatron, and any archangels who want to assist.
And of all of my angels, guides, guardians and power animals, as well as the most powerful and benevolent ancestors.
I am blessed and protected by their combined energy. THANK YOU!
I shine the pure universal light onto my energy field, my Akashic Records and my soul's presence here on Earth, at this time and in this incarnation.
With thanks, I release all that which served me in the past, what taught me lessons and made me wake up.
I make peace with all that didn't serve me in the past, and release it in love and light.
All the old and outmoded contracts, lingering dramas and traumas I hereby declare null and void, now and forever.
My space, my energy field, my karma and destiny are hereby cleansed and purified!

WASHING OFF & SENDING BACK WHAT'S NOT YOURS!

IF YOU ABSORBED NEGATIVE ENERGY THAT DOESN'T BELONG TO YOU, DO THIS:
Open water and start washing your hands.
As you do, say:
Whatever isn't mine, whatever I absorbed,
I give back to whence it came from!
I wash it off with water clean,
And let it go, seen and unseen!
It is done! Thank you!
Repeat the same while washing your face.
