GOLD/SILVER QUESTIONS for Workshop 1:
Lada, a long time ago you said that gold/silver/metals aren't a good investment in Period 9. However, they have dramatically gone up in price in the past few years.
I am doing some estate planning and want to know if I should buy and hold precious metals?
Has your view on them changed? Are they a buy at these prices? And if so, how long should I hold them?
Is it a short or long term buy? Or should I expect to simply pass it on to my children?

1. I am interested in alt coin and crypto investing. I am new to it, and have many reservations.
So far, my trading in alt coin hasn't produced much gain, which is disappointing.
Fiat currencies are supposed to suffer. But the government control over crypto could also increase. What if it all goes bust? Should we be worried?
What's the best way to invest: should I go with Bitcoin or Alt coin? What do you think about trading? Or is buy and hold better?
What's your general prognosis for Crypto? I remember you said it will be good for a long period of time - is that still the case?

We notice that inflation has picked up, especially since Covid, but also with wars and energy uncertainty.
Gasoline prices are on the rise and many goods, but especially foods in our part of the world doubled and tripled in price.
We recall you predicted the pick up in inflation in your webinar series 3 on Covid and its consequences.
How will inflation impact our everyday lives? What can an ordinary person do?
What investments are best from the point of view of combating inflation and preserving capital in Period 9?
And how will it impact the economy in the US?

Currently, I have set aside some cash reserves in anticipation of a major market correction, particularly in the equities market.
However, notwithstanding some stress in the bond markets and rising interest rates/inflation, I wonder if the correction will ever come and if I should just invest slowly into the markets.
Should I just continue to wait out, or should I just invest steadily into the equities market or other investments through dollar cost averaging?

I bought some precious metals such as gold, silver and a bit of platinum in the run up earlier this year, but unfortunately, their prices crashed thereafter and have been directionless since.
You had mentioned that Period 9 is not a good time for gold, although others claim that precious metals is just in a secular bull market. Should I sell my existing holdings, wait out for a future rise, or buy at this time given the weaker prices?
What is the outlook for gold and silver over the next year, 5 years and 10 years?
Would you recommend buying the physical assets instead of their financial derivatives, such as ETF?

Besides equities and precious metals, what are other worthwhile investments over a 10 years horizon if this is meant for my retirement and I want to keep administration to the minimum?
You had mentioned real estate for Period 9, but that’s pretty expensive in my part of the world. Cryptocurrency and products offering hedge fund products have also been talked about - you have also mentioned Bitcoin - but I don’t really understand them or wonder about their intrinsic value.

1. LIVE + QC - This question follows our recent discussion that the EU published plans to use or activate lazy cash deposits in Europe. Many of us own international stocks and securities, either personally or through retirement funds, that are held in segregated custody accounts, separate from the bank’s assets and therefore protected in the event of bankruptcy. Will such stocks and securities be safe from full or partial confiscation or freezing by the Danish State or the EU during period 9?
2. LIVE + QC - If we use the period around 1980 as a guideline, a high interest rate of around 20% corresponded to high inflation, followed by high unemployment, and low stock prices. Will we see interest rates of 20% or higher in Europe during period 9?
3. LIVE - Denmark is not a part of the Euro and with relatively low debt; however, the Danish krone is pegged (+- 0.5%) to the Euro (until it is not). Will the Danish currency krone be more solid compared to the Euro and the US Dollar during period 9?
4. EP 4 AND 5 + Bonus
Index‑fund stocks from the so‑called developed markets (the US, Europe, Australia, New Zealand, and Japan) have performed twice as well as those from emerging markets over the past 15 years. Will this change? Will it be better to invest in emerging markets? Note that although Apple is a US stock, it also earns a significant share of its revenue in emerging markets. The question is: will emerging markets deliver better total returns over the next 10 years (2026–2036) compared with developed markets?

1. LIVE - From calibrations, as I understand it, US and China economies stay more or less at present performance levels through 2031, if I recall correctly. What happens after 2031 and what is the best action/assets now to prepare for then?
I suppose this begs the question: inverted collapse in US includes regional breakup or revolt/civil war?

3. Also, in general, what happens to the global economy in Earth Shift and when, approximately, will be US "Berlin Wall"-moment?

In Russia the economy is doing not too bad today and even thriving in many areas. It would be doing even better without sanctions and sabotage.
Still people are concerned that big crisis is being pushed on us by the West, or even a big war is coming. Some warn about it all the time.

- Pay yourself first: before spending your earnings, regularly set aside an amount for your future goals. Examples include: retirement, kids' college, rainy day, vacations, renovations, personal growth, starting a business, estate planning, creating a legacy, passing on, etc.
- It's your sole responsibility to make final decisions on investing: your advisor can only guide you, but it's your money, and only you can decide what's best for you.
- Take emotions out of it: use cold and detached reason! If you feel too excited, fearful or emotional, take a step back to reassess and detach, before acting.
- Protect your principal: Focus first on avoiding major losses and high-risk speculations you do not fully understand.

- Take inflation into account. The investment portfolio should at a minimum keep up with inflation. If it's ahead of inflation overtime, you are sitting pretty! And note! Inflation is on the rise everywhere in the world!
- Buy low, sell high.
- Never go where the crowd rushes: it may be too late, or you may not be prepared.
- Time isn't running out: you'll always get another opportunity. What's for you will never pass by you!
- It's better to miss an opportunity than to lose your shirt.
- Consistency is key: invest regularly.
- Choose a sensible strategy and follow through: even a bad strategy is better than no strategy.
- Long term and conservative investments create the best nest egg and make us most money. Long-term investing gives your money time to grow through compounding, treating investing as a multi-year or decades-long journey rather than a quick bet.
- Correct diversification is paramount! Never put everything in one basket. Spread your money across different assets and sectors to lower your overall risk if one market drops.
- Risk only what you can afford. Always remember that the riskier the investment the wider the fluctuations. Make sure you have the stomach for it!
- The older you get the more conservative you should be.
- Use investments appropriate for your life's season (more conservative with age) and the period we live in (currently we are in the FIERY PERIOD 9, the final wrap-up of the 180-year cycle).
- Keep costs low: Minimize management fees and charges that can quietly eat away at your returns over time.
- MULTIDIMENSIONAL TIPS: If you feel nervous or unsure about an investment opportunity, close your eyes, ground yourself and take 6 to 9 deep breaths. If it doesn't get better, perhaps it's not for you.
- Invest in yourself! Your health, lifestyle, craft and professional development; in your soul, spirit and personal growth! These are the best investments in your future!
