If you aren't getting a response from the Patreon help desk: Please first give them up to 3 days to acknowledge your ticket, and up to 2 weeks to respond and fix the issue! They always do, but their first priority is to help creators, so our sites function smoothly!
If you still don't hear from them (acknowledgement email) after 3 days, or if they do not fix your problem in 2 weeks, repeat request at above link.
If they still fail to respond, feel free to contact me @ Official Business Contact & Customer Care Form or email direct (for those clients and customers who know my email)! I will engage and help you get through to them!
