In the past, I released a number of posts, in which I detailed how to contact Patreon customer support in case you lose access to my page, or if you have a payment or other technical issue.
In the past week, two people contacted me, saying they've lost access to my LRP page and could I please help. I am glad they contacted me - that was the right thing to do when in doubt, because I was able to direct them to the right info!
I am ALWAYS happy to help, however, the whole point of customer service, for which I am charged every month, is to work with you when you have a problem. They are the only ones who have access to your personal info. I only do content -- and well, try to hold your hand when necessary.
I feel it's VERY important that I reiterate what was said in several articles over the years. I noticed that some people may sometimes get unnecessarily frustrated when they seem to lose access and just delete or abandon their pledge, leaving without a word. But it's actually an easy fix, if you work with me and Patreon!
Therefore, I'm reminding you that this info is ALWAYS posted on two pages, which you can access any time:

You literally cannot miss it. But I recommend copying this whole post and saving it as a draft email you can always access, or as a document in your computer or device!
BELOW I AM REITERATING HOW TO HANDLE A SUDDEN ACCESS LOSS, or any other technical or payment issue!
If you lose access:
FOUR ACTIONS YOU MUST DO IMMEDIATELY!
- Flash your cache and reboot your computer. Or simply reboot your computer/mobile device, which btw you should do daily, or at least weekly. I hear that more people than before have access issues due to cluttered cache or because they fail to reboot their device. BELOW IS A GUIDE ON HOW TO DO IT!
- Check if you have the right password. If you forgot it, reset it. (Disregard this one if it doesn't apply).
- If the above doesn't work, immediately contact Patreon customer service - LINK AND HOW TO DO IT BELOW!
- If you have contacted Patreon because you are experiencing unexplained loss of access or other technical issues, also contact me just to let me know. I would like to know! If Patreon hasn't handled your issue within 2 weeks, definitely let me know and I'll contact them to ask to expedite the handling of your matter.
As you know, I publish on Patreon regularly: 2 to 4 times a week as a rule. Therefore, if you haven't received any emails from me for a week, most likely you've lost access!
In addition to above, also check your email provider, to make sure they don't send your notifications to spam, promo or social tabs!
I also invite you to not just look at the emails you receive, but to regularly visit the actual https://www.patreon.com/LadaRay page! Please LIKE my posts, and take part in our forum, which always has interesting comments and oftentimes my replies! It not only helps you stay engaged with our fabulous and world's only Multidimensional Earth Shift community, but it also keeps you signed in, which ensures smooth, uninterrupted access!
(If you've been visiting, you know I'm a little under thew weather, but just to let you know, I am recovering and feeling better every day. I'll continue taking it easy for some time, until full recovery. However, all this time I keep posting and you keep receiving my content.)

If you have a problem with payment, Lada Ray Patreon page access, any technical issue, or if you have trouble joining, or understanding how the system works after you've joined -- please contact Patreon support desk!
It's their responsibility to help my members, after all they charge me every month for it!
And don't worry, they are very good and responsive.
At the link below fill out a ticket and they'll get back to you. Their usual turnover time is within 24-72 hours for initial response.
Solving any technical issue may take between 1 and 2 weeks, and they will need to correspond with you directly!
I cannot solve the issue for them, as they are the only ones who have access to your info!
HOW TO:
If you are a current or prospective member and have issues listed above, please be mindful that I am just a creator, and have NO access to your passwords, your page, payment, or any other of your settings or private info!
Therefore, please first contact help desk @ https://support.patreon.com/hc/en-us/requests/new?ticket_form!
If you aren't getting a response from the Patreon help desk: Please first give them up to 3 days to acknowledge your ticket, and up to 2 weeks to respond and fix the issue! They always do, and they are very good, but their first priority is to help creators, so our sites function smoothly! If you still don't hear from them (acknowledgement email) after 3 days, or if they do not fix your problem in 2 weeks, repeat request at above link.
If they still fail to respond (which would be an extremely rare occurrence) feel free to contact me @ Official Business Contact & Customer Care Form or email direct (for clients and customers who know my email)! I will engage and help you get through to them!
With my help it'll move faster, but please be cognizant that only they can solve your issue, as they are the only ones with your info (I don't have access to it). Therefore, please work with them first!

FIX DEVICE PROBLEMS!
INSTRUCTIONS
To fix a Patreon login failure by clearing cached data, clear your browser or app cache, disable extensions, or try an incognito window. [1, 2]
Clearing Cache on Web Browsers
- Google Chrome: Open Settings > Privacy and security > Clear browsing data. Select Cached images and files, then click Clear data.
- Mozilla Firefox: Open Settings > Privacy & Security > Cookies and Site Data, then click Clear Data and check Cached Web Content.
- Safari (Mac): Go to Safari > Settings > Privacy, click Manage Website Data, search for Patreon, and click Remove All. [1, 2]
- iPhone / iPad App: Go to device Settings > Patreon > Storage & Cache, then tap Clear Cache. If that option is missing, delete and reinstall the Patreon App for iOS.
- Android App: Go to device Settings > Apps > Patreon > Storage, then tap Clear Cache. [1, 2, 3, 4]
- Private Window: Test logging in via an Incognito / Private Window to bypass corrupted local site data.
- Disable Extensions: Turn off ad blockers or strict privacy add-ons that block login scripts.
- Password Reset: Use the Patreon Login Help steps or request a password reset email if authentication tokens stay stuck. [1, 2, 3, 4]
